good location. serene. hospitality good. overall very clean.

room not well prepared for next guest. Was rush to another room not as per what we booked. Toilet rolls not available, kettle not in place. aircon water dripping. Later we asked to change room which was willing obliged without questions asked. That was good. There was no indication that I can only order the breakfast from the kitchen once. As I did not fancy local food with rice, I ordered more egg omelette and scrambled eggs for the 2 morning breakfast. I was later politely told by a male staff that guests are allowed to make one order only. Well I was shocked as I though that its buffet and guests are allow to eat to their hearts content. ANYWAY I APOLOISED AND OFFERED, AND PAID 50,000 Kips FOR THE EXTRA food.

I felt instantly at ease with the hotel’s genuinely warm welcome and consistently kind, attentive staff. My room was spacious, well presented, and kept clean by a wonderful team of ladies. Each morning began with a generous, varied breakfast - with fresh eggs cooked to order. Tucked away from the main roads, the hotel was a calm oasis, and the tranquil pool quickly became my favourite spot to relax, exercise and escape the heat. A peaceful, friendly haven— I highly recommend.

Everybody was warm and accommodating. There were lots of smiles ,people we’re always prepared to help and do a little bit extra. I love the pool with the garden and trees almost going right into the pool providing shade. 🥰 lovely 😊

Both doors in the unit squealed, squeaked and scraped along the floor. The door to the apartment and the door to the bathroom. It would be very simple to remove the doors and sand or trim them back a little bit, so they would fit properly and not literally scrape against the ground or floor.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was possible to pay with THB or USD at a fair rate and get the change back in the currency of my choice. The rooms are in a cozy 2-story building surrounding a calm courtyard with a pool. The room and the bathroom were spacious and in good condition with nice accent lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable to a level you would not expect in a hotel if this price range.

While the buffet breakfast wasn't bad, there could have been more bacon

I am surprised that people have given bad reviews. I wanted somewhere where I could sit by the pool in peace and this was the third in the price range I tried. It was very comfortable with smiling staff, (particularly Mr Pat and the night worker)generous buffet, close to night market and the river. Nice clean room. I wish I had spent longer there rather than the other 2 hotels I stayed during my 5 night stay. .. Baker Yardie Bar a few doors up was really friendly and fun.

It is a little Oasis in Vientiane. I love the pool just outside your room. Very peaceful hidden area. Close to the night market, great restaurants and the included breakfast was always great. The staff is amazingly helpful and helped with all of my needs from getting transportation to the airport, printing out my visa or anything else I needed help with. This is my second time to stay here and will stay again in the future if I return to Lao.

The Peace and Quiet Away from the hustle and bustle on the local street markets but close enough to walk to absolutely everything which I did... staff were extremely friendly even drove me to the airport... breakfast choices were great... I actually booked an extra night as I needed a little more time in Vientiane than I had planned for...

Nothing to dislike at all... I didn't go in the pool but it's always looked inviting...

Lovely hotel with a nice pool garden, great for a refreshing night swim. Delicious breakfast made on demand. There are plenty of tuktuks available closeby if you want to move around town and the reception provided excellent service to get a ride to our next location.

Unfortunately there were some works going on and we had to move to another room because the electricity went out. The reception was most helpful to make sure we still had an amazing stay.

Excellent value for money to have a pool and breakfast. Staff helpful and good. Good location for walking into town and a Country and Western bar on the street. Clean bed and linen.

The room and bathroom was very worn (including broken drawer, grubby walls and bathroom). They just need a maintenance person to be there for a week or two. Quite a long delay in replacing run out breakfast items. Breakfast was a bit basic for international standards but really good value for the price. Hard to find on Apple Maps.

Initially on arrival i was disappointed, Lady working reception seemed unwelcoming, room and surroundings seemed sparse and drab. However the young man lugged my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and i settled in. After a 5 day stay my thoughts had shifted: The bed was firm but comfortable, not 'asia' hard. REALLY good pillows. Nice, clean, high quality linen. Good, working AC. Plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful - renting me a scooter for a few days without hassle or wanting a PP/deposit. Breakfast of delicious freshly prepared bacon and eggs with a few other mixed dishes available too which were adequate. While there was no other food or drinks available on the premises there are a multitude of options literally next door or a across the street, which are preferred anyway. Reception lady was much more cheerful other days. I left having thoroughly enjoyed my time in Vientiane.

The rooms are sparing lit by 'cold white' LED downlights, which, coupled with white walls does not give a warm, comfortable feeling. Bathroom has a single such LED. When you look closely its actually got a nice tiled floor and tiled walls. Better lighting would make the bathroom feeling much more inviting. No mirror in my bathroom. Very small soap button provided, luckily i had my own shower gel. Nothing much in the way of drinks available from the Hotel itself, have to walk across the road to the well-stocked little local shop (which makes great iced coffee, has fridges full of drinks and also does laundry FYI)
