Great hotel but quite a walk to get anywhere. Room was big and comfortable and most of the staff were lovely and friendly.

This really good hotel is in an industrial part of the city and it is quite a walk to get anywhere of interest. One night my wife and I went to the restaurant on floor two. The guy there pointed us to a table right by the door by the bar. We asked to sit further in the restaurant nearer the other diners for the atmosphere. He said no because you are only two. We walked out and went to a another restaurant to spend our money. His haughty manner was inappropriate.

Breakfast was good. There are local fruits, eggs, toast, porridge, fish soup, hams, sausages, fried noodles, coffee, tea and orange juice. From the hotel, we walked to the local market, Thong Khan Kham Market, where they sell everything under the sun: live fishes, live poultry, fruits, rice, eggs, plenty of vegetables, noodles and all you can think about. There was a nice classic burger cafe next to the hotel which serves nice western burgers and fries.

The hotel staff was unable to provide much information on nearby attractions or suggest any places of interest or nice cafes. Communication was limited due to language barriers.

The room was spacious, has good top view of the city and cleaned.

The shower dispenser wasn't working. The reception took my passport for verification and did not return it until I found out they did not return my passport. The worst part is they are aware and kept it on the front desk counter with a note 'forgot 705 & 706'. Since it is a very important document, there should have return my passport at the room the minute they aware of the matter. It would have been a disaster if I checked out without knowing my passport was not returned by the reception. For this, I would not return for another visit bcoz it's almost 20minutes to the next place of interest. The shower room was wet bcoz no shower curtain was installed. And the hanger rack was missing too.

The​ room​ is​ very​ well​ equiped​ and​ confortable​ for​ the​ price​. Very​ clean​ and​ big​ room​ with​ balcony . Stay​ 8​ floor​ have​ nice​ view​ by​ night Staff​s​ very​ kind​ at​ the​ reception and​ service​s​ are​ good​ and​ easy Not​ long​ far​ from​ airport about​ 15​ min​ by​ taxi.

Restaurent​ closed​ early and​ by​ night​ have​ nothing​ to​ do​ around. Have​ Burger​ restaurent​ just​ next​ hotel​ but​ close​ 8pm if​ you​ want​ go​ out​ by​ night​ must​ take​ taxi​.

It was very neat and clean. The staff was cooperative and the room was very comfortable.

I didn't like their reception. We were not given any formal welcome. When you book a boutique hotel, there are certain formalities to appreciate your customers for choosing their hotel. For example, offering a welcome drink and providing a steward to carry your bags to your room. We weren't given breakfast whereas it was mentioned in my booking.

Spacious room and the friendliness of the staff.

Far from the city center. Internet was really slow. I assumed they didn’t change the bedsheets when I checked in. I opened the blanket and found many stained on the sheets. I always open the whole blanket when I checked in my room. I checked especially the bottom part of sheet. I don’t just jump in and cover myself with blanket. No no no. It’s on my checklist.

Very helpful staff especially Marissa who was cheerful, assisted us for transport arrangements to the riverside, meals, massages and to the railway station. Buffet breakfasts were value for money and included in package. Restorant was clean and staffs were polite and helpful.

Located in a industrial area. Otherwise ideal.

location a little bit far away: in walking distance to the traveller center (Patuxai, Nightmarket, CBS, ...) just for the very sportive people (more than 30 minutes); balcony faces a busy and a bit noisy street (although the noise wasn't disturbing once the balcony door was closed)

Stayed for one night & the room was gorgeous, super spacious & gorgeous decor, balcony is a nice touch even if the view isn’t great staff were very helpful & friendly get breakfast delivered to your room at either 8am or 9am (sausage, fried egg, toast (no butter), ham- note it is cold though) also got yummy orange juice & watermelon the bed is super comfy & the duvet was the nicest we’ve had yet backpacking would definitely recommend location is close to the night markets & 30 min walk to patuxay & around 40 min to COPE (but for how nice & cheap the hotel was we didn’t mind being a bit further out) check out can be 12 or 1pm which is really late compared to other places which I liked as there’s not much to do in Vientiane at all

no utensils in the kitchen, we didn’t need them but I don’t see the point of a kitchen then. shower water was very tepid & the shower head will not face in the right direction so you have to either hold it or cramp against the wall few exposed wires by the shower which looks dangerous breakfast was cold they put us in a smaller room with 2 single beds initially but when I told reception we got moved right away to the king room we had booked
