Nice apartment and a very good location near the beach! Nice area. All the rooms were big and there was an air heat/cooling machine in each of them. Good parking place. Friendly staff when we checked in. Nice comfy beds. Liked the place a lot.

The oven had some burned stuff inside it from previous people, so it smelled a bit when used. Also we never received the one time cleaning for the apartment during our stay like promised. There was never anyone in the reception when we tried to go ask about it, and just couldn’t bother starting to call them about it.

The apartments were ~5 minutes from the sea. There was a lot of space in every room. We had everything that was needed for the short stay. We were glad that there was a coffee machine (also some filter paper was left) and we had an opportunity to make ourselves good coffee.

We ordered a room for 5 people but there were only 4 chairs and also some mugs were missing. Also, the wi-fi connection was so slow (in bedrooms it was terrible) and we were not able to have proper usability of it.

The location was good. Check-in time was from 17:00 till 18:00. We agreed to check in at 19:00. Thanks to personnel. The apartment was clean.

The issue is parking. The hotel has its own parking, but rooms there are much more than parking places. On weekends you have to park your car on the street. Our room was on the street crossing side, and sitting on the terrace was quite loud. Not a big issue, but TV is quite old. Son is a YouTube fan. TV supports only local Latvian TV. For that price, everything should be perfect, but it was not.

Would like mattresses being thicker and firmer. Quite minimalistic assortment of kitchen items.

Very good place to stay with family. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom to share. Kitchen was very well equipped. There is a restaurant and shops across the street. Beach is in a walking distance. Parking is free and safe in the yard. There are the places for bycicles.

We had a big apartment but a balcony was tiny. We could not sit outside with whole family. There was also heavy rain the day we arrived and our balcony was exposed to rainfall.

Location and the size of the apartment was good. Also the balconies were nice.

The air condition was could not be used because it made loud noise. It made loud banging noise even when it was off and during night too.

Beach is close , rooms has two balconies , clean , nice siting and kitchen. Comfy beds. easy check out . Big parking space. Restorans and shops not far away.

Need to check in till 18 . No air condition, but it ws not neseceary because room is in the shadows of the trees . All the rest is perfect

The location was good, not far from the beach. Free parking on the property. There were couple of eating places across the street.

There were no paper towels in the kitchen nor anything to use with the washing machine. The floor heating in the bathroom was not working. The apartment was on the ground floor facing the street, there were good blinds though.

The large apartment could fit 5 of us, a couple with grandparents and a 1 year old kid. The location is nicely close to the beach and the train station to Riga. There are good restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dinner (but stay away from Olivje on the opposite side of the street, very pricey, rude staffs and not tasty food, the beer house next to Olivje is quite good though, similar price but tastier) The place was clean when we checked in, but you need to manage your own trash since they do not clean the house at all within your 6 days stay. We came 1hour earlier so we need to pay 30 eur extra for early check in.

I might book another one closer to majori next time. The apartment number 2 where we lived was quite noisy with some kids living upstair running during the night, and the road was quite restless.
