The price-quality ratio is excellent. I was surprised by the free breakfast, which is buffet-style and has a wide variety of choices. Something for everyone.

Unfortunately, the hair dryer did not work, and from the vent there was first a green light, then a red light, when I turned off the light in the room. It was as if the camera had been placed in the vent. Since the reception couldn't tell me what the light was, I covered the opening for safety reasons. what everyone should keep in mind is that hptel is not in the safest part of the city. You are close to the bus station and the train, but in the middle of the day I witnessed the theft of a bag from one woman and the attempted theft of another. I do not recommend the hotel for solo female travelers.

The price for a room in this hotel is very affordable. The hotel is situated very close to train and bus station. The old town is within 10-15min of walking distance. The breakfast buffet is included in the price.

The selection at the breakfast buffet is quite small with limited options for vegeterian and vegans. But understandable that for this price it's quite difficult to offer a bigger selection of food. The breakfast area is quite small.

Very good hotel , clean room , clean bathroom . We had a room for three persons it was huge . They cleaned the room every day . The breakfast was good every day the same but it’s ok . The only think was that there wasn’t curtain and the light was a lot . Exactly like the photos . The area was a little bit strange but I didn’t feel unsafe

Rooms were great, shower and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of cheeses and cold cuts. Parking is done at an underground private lot basically in front of the hotel, which during the day is essential.

Beds were a bit too soft.

Very cheap, pretty comfortable. Good location - bus and train station are close, so is airport bus. Old City is not too far either.

Fridge was very noisy. Breakfast orange juice was very bad. Seems it was watered down. It was basically orange water.

Very good cost-to-value ratio. Convenient place to stay to explore Riga. Reception open 24/7. Our room was sufficiently big. Beds and pillows comfortable. Desk and regular fridge available (not the very tiny fridge as in some hotels). TV with various channels. Bathroom: hot/cold water available at all times, good water pressure, all clean including the spotless towels. Many previous guests commented that the neighbourhood did not look good. Well, houses require renovation, but I did not feel unsafe in any way out there. There is a small convenience shop very close to the hotel. Parking is easy. You have 2 options: to park in the street (more specifically, it can be at the small round square where the hotel has its main entrance; it is almost empty so usually we could park right at the hotel door) or at the nearest street where the parkometer is located. This is Zone C, so 1st hour costs 1.5 EUR, each subsequent one 2 EUR, parking is paid on weekdays 8-20 and Sat 9-17. Or, you can walk not far away to a city parking where the cost would be significantly lower (we were told it would be about 7 EUR per 24 hrs). There are parkometers there too i.e. it is not manned. All these can be operated using an app., or at the parkometer (by card only. You can request a receipt to be sent to you to your email (or app), so you can double check until what time you had paid. We decided to go to the city by car (because it seems that for public transport, there are no paper tickets anymore, and e-tickets and apps seemed too complicated really for such a short stay). The parking in the city center is well organized too. The fee for Old Town is so high that naturally it is to be avoided, but it was easy to find a spot at the main route parallel to the river (between river and Old Town), it was Zone B (2.5 EUR/hr). Breakfasts (buffet) are OK for this price.

Excellent relation price vs service. Well connected with the airport, using bus, just 8 minutes walking.

I chose this place especially because I had an early morning bus to catch. The hotel is very close to the bus as well as the train station. It's a short tram/bus ride away from the city center. Regarding facilities, the hotel was perfect. There's an elevator, the neighbourhood is quiet. They had a breakfast option too which I couldn't avail of as I had to check out early the next morning. I was impressed with the size of the room. Clean, comfortable, spacious with a TV, closet, work desk and even a small fridge. And the price was very reasonable.

Even though the facilities were exceptional, I wasn't impressed with the staff which is why I couldn't give it a higher rating. There were two receptionists when I arrived. One of them was speaking to a customer over phone for more than 20 minutes while the other one couldn't check me in. The entire process took half an hour when it could have easily been completed in 10 minutes. Since I was the only customer around at that time, I didn't appreciate the unnecessary waiting after a long journey. I wish the staff were more pro-active. Other than this, absolutely no complaints.

It was my perfect hotel room and my perfect hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff, an elevator, a lovely room which is fully equipped and functions alright but still has a pleasant old touch. I loved the wooden shutters on windows, a stunning view to beautiful old buildings and the quiet street, and seagulls' cries in the morning. The bathroom is modern and convenient with clean towels. There's a kettle and a desk beyond two wide nightstands, a closet with hangers, and a bag holder. Wi-Fi worked well. The Hanza pub came very much in handy since the area did not have too many cafes, food was delicious and there were many options for breakfast. Quite close to public transport stops.

I had a sunny, very nice and spacious corner room with a big bathroom. Even the room face a small square it was quiet. In the room you find a water cooker with coffee, tea and mineral water. A fridge is also available. The breakfast and breakfast room improved since my last stay in May 2023. Also check in was now more efficent than in 2023, The staff was friendly and kind. There is the possiblity to leave your luggage. About the location it depends what you want or need. Bus station and train station with markethalls and department stores are only a 5/7 min. walk away . To reach the old town center by foot takes a bit longer 15-20 min.

The room and bathroom itself was clean. but the carpet had several stains
