I liked that the place was silent and cozy, comfortable rooms. The restaurants were nicely in the walking distance, the lovely seaside only a couple hundred metres away. There was a big parking space next to the hotel, convenient to arrive by car.

I chose specifically this hotel as the headline clearly stated a "spa-hotel". However, beware that the spa access is only available for an additional fee! Somehow I missed the previous reviews already from 2020 state that the staff does not say that fact clearly in the description of their services. I was utterly disappointed to arrive at the hotel, for my birthday weekend (!!!), only to discover the spa that I had been looking forward to costs extra 55eur per person/per each hour!!! Devastated. Hotel itself was nice. Probably because of the deception will not visit again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the area is very safe and calm, the staff was helpful and tried to do the best every time, special thanks to Irina and Oksana for being being patient and helpul.

The lack of variety of food served for breakfast! The spa not included in the price, so you have to pay for the spa!

The room was comfortable for 3 friends travelling together, and bonus points for having plenty of shelves to put things on. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection and was definitely plentiful enough to get our day off to a good start. The location was perfect for walking through the resort town, but also far enough away from it to still be peaceful.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but we were surprised driving into Jurmala that the town charges a small fee for driving in/through with a car in the high season, and that you have to pay it online and to pay it you have to know the VIN of the vehicle you are driving. We saw the signs as we were driving in to the town, and without further information, thought we had to pull over and pay it immediately (not the case, we had until midnight to pay it, but we did not know). It seemed like much ado for a €2 fee. A head's up about this during the room booking process would have been useful and appreciated.

Location right in the center is perfect for a stroll to the beach and dining. Breakfast is good and sufficient and in a beautiful setting. The room was in the side building.

Nice to have a french balcony (superior room), but sad to have not view at all because the balcony is entirely covered by trees right in front. Drove into the hotel parking place without having finalized the booking.com reservation yet - hotel staff did not like that and was very unfriendly at first; did not fell welcome, not a nice first impression.

Hotel and staff are awesome. Very clean. Very accommodating. Close to beach and boardwalk. I was there in the low season. I loved the quiet and solitude. They're just getting the beach ready for their high season. It's beautiful!.

Trying to figure out the entry pass thing was a little interesting. After all there are lots of options

Location was perfect, right in the middle between the beach and the main street with terraces. Beautiful, fairytale-like (pils means castle, it does the word justice) outside look of the building, cute balcony came with the room too.

It was a bit expensive, our room was too small to walk comfortably past the beds, minibar was at reception instead of in the room (although open 24/7). Breakfast buffet was not stocked with (for us) necessary things like bread when we got there, they were very busy restocking it however so we just came back at a later time.

Central location in Jurmala, nice ambiance of the historic building, friendly staff, and good breakfasts on order until 11 am.

Outside, one and the same Joe Dassin album plays almost all day from the hotel's speakers - when you open the window, you can hear it very well, and my head was bursting from it after a few hours.

Very supportive staff! Beautiful buildings. Excellent location, very close to the Baltic Sea beach. Breakfast included.

A disabled chair was not available. Free parking for disabled persons near the property wasn't available. We paid 8 euros. Some 3* hotels around are cheaper and have better facilities. The price might be a little lower for the early spring time.

The hotel is located in an old historic house. Proximity to the see and to the city center. Convenient parking.

Don't come too late for breakfast, or you'll have to settle for what other hotel guests won't eat. The level of ongoing care of the room doesn't meet the standards of four star hotels.

Very good location, close to the music arena. Helpful staff and flexible pet accommodation. Nice breakfast area in the restaurant and fair catering.
