We stayed in a family room for 5 of us and it was spacious. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Slept so well. It also had air conditioning which as so good due to the heat at the time of our visit. Really easy walking distance to beach and town. Had a kettle, TV and plenty of power points. We asked for an earlier check in which they were happy to accommodate. Staff friendly. Hotel has character and charm.

No breakfast served at the property even though there are photos of breakfast posted on the property in booking.com, no big deal as we went out for breakfast in the town. You could store food in fridge and they provided plates, cups etc and kettle provided. I didn’t see a hairdryer but I always bring a travel one anyway.

Very good location, everything is nearby, but not noisy. House is beautiful, interior is vintage. Convenient check out time - until 12:30. Smart TV. Fridge, kettle and some dishes are provided, as well as towels and sheets.

Dishes are provided, but we missed bowls and kitchen towel. Also, in bathroom pipe is damaged, because floor is wet almost all the time (in our room), although bathroom overall is good. Parking is very full - there are not enough places for all cars if you come on weekend.

Very good location, 5 min walk to the beach side and 5 min walk to broadway and all the shops and parks also you can walk to Majori than station to get 20-30 min centre of Riga, I like this place

The room was nice, the location was excellent, so we chose this hotel. Next to the hotel are the beach, the main street, and all the cafes.

The kitchen was not working, breakfast could not be ordered. The first floor was a bit dirty and unclean. Overall, this did not significantly affect the positive impressions.

The location is excellent. The parking is also a big bonus. Good size of rooms with a terrace. Staff was helpfull. Coffee in a lobby for free. A little fridge in a room.

A shower cabin was leaking underneath and water went to the next door kitchenette's wooden floor therefore was a bit smelly. There is no microwave in a kitchenette. There are inappropriate towel hooks.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Jurmala! Located in less than 1 minute walking from Jomas Iela, 2 minutes walking from the beach. The guesthouse is very lovely, the room was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable. There's also a bike rental at the place. Highly recommend!

Excellent location next to Jomas street but very peaceful, very friendly owner, beautiful little wooden house with wooden walls and wooden floor, very natural relaxing vibe.

I believe the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet, no toilet paper. I guess it was an occasional mistake.

The place is in a very good location,actually an amazing location,and the host was very nice and the building itself is very unique.

The only thing that really bothered us is the isolation of the building,as some person in the night did not feel good,we could here all night long him being sick and every single step was heard.

Location was good (not two minutes but 5+ minutes from the beach). Our room with a balcony was good. Owner was friendly when we came to the hotel.

There was a building site next to this place and most of the daytime we had to listen to building noise, especially a bobcat running back and forth very close to this hotel and our balcony. The yard was full of cars, we still got ours on it. Later a man who was at the hotel all the time asked us to move it to a different location. Later that day he started calling us when we were at the balcony that we have to move it now and he was angry. Note: we never wanted to move the car in the first place, it was his choice. Now he started complaining and telling that he doesn't even work at the hotel and that it is his parking place. That was really annoying!! Not sure if it was because of this incident, but when we left the owner did not say or ask anything.

Great location, friendly staff, the room turned out to be better than in the photos.

I think the price is a bit high, but nevertheless, it’s one of the best deals in Jūrmala.
