Booked a room with kitchenette. V spacious. Separate kitchen door and bathroom door. Bathroom had a bidet. Shower over bath tub did not leak. Beds were comfortable. Had to leave air con on all night. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Good breakfast. Although it never varied, the food was good quality and got re filled constantly. Lifts were fast.check in and out v quick. Ample parking. Easy 25 minute walk to The House of the Blackheads. Great 65 inch Smart TV with plenty of international channels. Excellent wi-fi. Transport options right outside, but we walked everywhere. Neatest small Lats supermarket 4 mins walk away. Salmon salad and duck salad in restaurant, v good.

The cleaning consisted of emptying the bins and stretching the sheets! Maybe vacuumed once in 7 days. No free mineral water given during 7 night stay. 12 euro fee for one hr sauna use is expensive. Staff seemed friendly enough and all spoke good English. The gym was a little small, but, at least it had hand weights. No face towels. Riga is full of mosquitoes!

Breakfast was great. Reception staff were exceptional and very helpful.

Unfortunately the spa facilities were not available but jacuzzi was great.

For breakfast there were a lot of choices. Staff was really friendly.

SPA is not worth additional payment. Only two saunas (one of them wasn't working) and jaccuzzi.

Hotel Bellevue is a good hotel quite close to the river and only a 10 minute tram ride away from Riga centre. The room we had was a bigger one and thus we had plenty of space for our little daughter to run around. Breakfast is decent and has all the main items you would expect. The view from the room overlooks a park so it's nice and green (during the summer season at least).

Air conditioning unit is a bit tricky and getting the room to stay cool during warm nights was somewhat of a challenge. The hotel room door has a little gap underneath so sometimes you can hear people talking in the corridor.

The room size is definitely bigger than in other hotels. Plenty of choices for breakfast (after travelling through Italy and Italian breakfast it was such a joy to see savoury options 😄). There is a lovely market not too far away, a park just outside the hotel. Great value for the money.

The receptionist seemed a bit lost. I appreciate the fact that he was a trainee (however, no one was around to guide him or help him) but for some reason he jumped from checking us in, to checking a group behind us. No explanation given. We were left standing until I asked about the key to our room. Also, only 2 EV charging spots. I appreciate that they are there but getting access to it was a bit hectic as you pay the fee and leave the car for as long as you wish aka it strongly depends on other people's consciousness. .

The hotel kindly accommodated my special request and added a surprise for the special occasion, which was very sweet! The beds were incredibly comfortable. I stayed in a superior room with a balcony on the 9th floor – it was such a pleasure to spend summer evenings on the balcony after exploring the city and enjoy the view. Very satisfied! I liked that the hotel is slightly away from the city noise.

It would be great to add a unique signature dish to the breakfast that stands out and leaves a lasting impression – something that sets it apart from all other hotel breakfasts!

Reception staff as usual were great particularly as I was a late arrival both Anita and Davis do such a great job for you. Also, the food in the breakfast area is cleared away very efficiently these days, which helps with crowding in busy periods. Two suggestions I would also make: 1) introduce a microwave machine in the restaurant as often food can get cold when guests leave tray lids open. 2) please train more people to change gas behind the bar as Anastasia, who was very good bye the way, could only sell bottled beer of which the most popular brand (Valmiermuiza) had ran out. Overall, an excellent stay at a great location for transport links with nice staff.

Everything clear and understandable when explained at check-in, nice first impression on arrival. Hotelroom was clean and up to date. Bed comfy and i liked that there were several pillows with different sizes., Blanket seemed thin but was actually warm. The AC was confusing as we set it to 24 but when returned to room it showed 12 and was even lowering the temp. I liked the room layout and it was quite spacious. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of things to choose from.. Specially loved the coffee - nice and strong. Extra points for having wakame at breakfast. Porridge was also very tasty.

AC was not workin as suppose to or just did not understand how to use. No salmon at breakfast. Would like to see more glutenfree bread options like rice galettes or smthn similar. A bit too dark lighting in bathroom- Would have liked some extra light for makeup.

The room was very clean and nice, pretty spacious for two people. Breakfast and restaurant were very good. There is a big parking lot for free and a tram stop right next to the hotel. The temperature in the room was OK, we were able to regulate it. Also we liked a drinking water available near the reception, so we could always fill up our bottles and not waste any plastic ones :) I would stay there again.

As said in other reviews, you can hear other guests a little, for example we heard the TV from the other room. We did not mind, but count on that and maybe bring earplugs just in case :)

The main advantage of the hotel is its location-right next to the tram/bus stops to city center/airport which makes everything very easy. Breakfast was great as well-so much to choose from, you will surely not get bored if you are staying longer. Early check in was also possible and very much welcomed since we had an early flight. Staff was friendly anytime we needed something :) We´ve also tried the hotel wellness , which consists of one sauna, steam bath and whirpool so nothing huge but in my opinion the price is reasonable. The overall value for money is really great.

Bathroom would deserve a renovation, same for the breakfast area
