The view was amazing! Good location - can walk to old town attractions. Used Bolt to get back when tired for 7 euros.

It was annoying that you needed to pay to use the pool and gym.

From the time we entered to departure (stayed 2 nites) everything was perfect and much beyond expectations! The staff at reception welcomed us with lovely surprises, helped with directions and helpful advice, ensured our cab was ready and waiting when we left for airport at 4.30 am even escorting us to the cab in biting cold. Breakfast has to be the finest we've had in our last 10 days in Finland and Baltics. And a lovely spacious room, very clean with all amenities (love the Nespresso pods) and a beautiful view across the river... I would ONLY stay at the Blu when in Riga. Thanks!

Very good value for money. Receptionist Juta was very nice. In general staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast, i was not able to eat before 12.00 (because of my medicine) so i asked for a take away container which was provided by friendly staff where i was able to put some food. There is a spa with pool and variety of saunas which is nice. (Additional price! But worth it). Parking could be cheaper, however there is One tiny spot with Type2 charging station, Only ONE, but free of charge :) (Must have your own cable).

Pool could be a little bit cleaner. Sauna with Salt needs to be renovated.

We were staying in junior suite because in pictures it looked so much better than the rest of the rooms and yeah, it really was very stylish and modern interior, quite large, comfy, amazing view to Riga outside of the big windows, cool mood lighting options and with big tv. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for late checkout and that was granted without extra pay.

1) Hairdryer was terrible. Didn’t do the job. 2) Couldn’t connect Apple devices to our tv to watch some Netflix. I guess, only android works with miracast. But some standard tv channels worked well so not so much of a big deal. 3) Parking costs 15€ for a night. We thought that was quite expensive for private hotel parking and that location.

The staff are very nice and friendly. We have changed rooms because the hotel air conditioner and fridge were not working.

It is not normal that in the Ebooking it shows a gym and swimming pool) and once there it is a separate partner and you need to pay 15 Euro/per person ( For the family it becomes an important budget). finally, we went to Jurmala Beach Parking needs to add extra cost per day. Despite many leaders being there, The hotel NEED refreshments as it it getting quite old the first day the air-conditioning went OFF. I saw a similar comment in June. Which means this happens often.

The rooms are exceptional.and their breakfast is breathtaking. I loved everything, truly lovely, beautiful, large rooms that could possibly be classed as presidential suite and affordable .Breakfast was the best I had eaten throughout my stay in other hotels in Europe . I.trult didn't want to leave. i felt so happy, been a while, and any hotel got me feeling this way. Radisson blu Duagava, you guys have won me over as the best hotelEurope Please keep up.the good works are that your rooms are exceptional and your breakfast is fit for a king .

The hotel is located in the banks of River Daugava and very close to the Old Town. We stayed in a triple room and the room was spacious with three single beds and enough working space. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast; it was very rich and delicious, I recommend booking a breakfast included option, that is so worth the price. One final note would be the Sports Bar within the hotel. It was quite convenient to have a drink or two after a long day in beautiful Riga.

It is 2024 and the hotel still uses shower curtains, at least in triple rooms, which obviously cannot be fully cleaned. And if I could comprehend this from the pictures, that would change my mind about the reservation. Besides, though every reasonable person understands the sensibility about environmental issues, I find it quite rude and unprofessional for Front Desk to question our request about cleaning the room everyday, especially considering we stayed in a triple room.

The hotel is old, but cozy and once very luxurious. We were surprised by the deluxe apartment for our family with amazing views of Riga's Old Town across the river. Also the terrace... - old, but great for just taking a breather, looking at the sunset of Riga. Once upon a time, Angela Merkel or George Bush may have lived in such apartments, whose photos - former visitors - hang in the hotel's central hall. Breakfast was very varied and of high quality.

I have no complaints or comments. The value for money was astonishingly good. Well, except for the fact that you have to pay for parking, and for every visit to the swimming pool and the gym, it was a bit confusing. A small fee, but we expected it included in the room price.

Very comfortable bed, pillows and duvets, that’s what any hotel should have first and foremost! Spacious room and great location.

Something needs to be done with cleaning. Probably providing staff with an extra training. Because they keep forgetting to replenish amenities, the dusting wasn’t done daily. We stayed at the hotel for a week, there was a little food stain on the table made by us, and it was never cleaned during the whole stay((( Also the state of some towels was very bad. Sometimes the staff left towels with torn edges.

Everything was well and in the right places, facilities, bar, restaurant, elevetors, stairs. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was loaded with lots of towel and bathroom stuff. It was comfortable to stay there. Amazing view if you are lucky and got room with city and river view. Breakfast was quite nice, they have fresh pancaces (kids love them) and tasty salmon. A hotel with great history and soul. Something looks a bit old, but I think it is old school stylish and looks great. Staff was nice and willing to help in every situation. I hope I will come back.
