Really friendly staff, good breakfast with quite a big variety of food, clean room, nice view from the balcony.

There are 5 Radisson hotels in Riga, I've used the location provided in Booking and it led me to a different Radisson hotel than the one I've booked. It was raining outside so I wasn't really happy with finding the right one. This is not the hotel fault itself, but please make sure that your navigation is set to the correct hotel. The parking location is 100m away from the entrance to the hotel so if it's raining outside - you're in a bad spot. About the room: it was old-school, with emphasis on "old", like straight from 2000-ds but it was clean nonetheless.

My recent stay at this hotel in Riga was an absolute pleasure. I had booked a superior room overlooking the charming Old Town, and it couldn’t have been more perfect: spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully cosy. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A special mention must go to Uldis at reception, who welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I truly appreciated the way he made me feel immediately at ease: attentive, approachable, and a credit to the team. Breakfast was another highlight, with a varied selection that set me up brilliantly for the day ahead. A lovely experience overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Great bed, amazing size of a room. And the view was probably the best thing. Me and my husband said down on a coach and enjoyed the amazing view of Ryga from 9th floor. Usually we never order room service but since a storm was coming it was awesome to view old town of Ryga from the other side and count lighting and lightning. The view is amazing. Oh and perfect options for breakfast. If you think of a breakfast food it's there

I did not anticipate that it is one of the older Radisson Hotels. The room has some wear and tear. 2 tv that show only cable. Despite the amazing size of the room, one of the ACs was not working, some of the tech was probably older than me :D the reason I did not like was not because it's a big issue, but I was expecting a different thing.

The view was amazing! Good location - can walk to old town attractions. Used Bolt to get back when tired for 7 euros.

It was annoying that you needed to pay to use the pool and gym.

From the time we entered to departure (stayed 2 nites) everything was perfect and much beyond expectations! The staff at reception welcomed us with lovely surprises, helped with directions and helpful advice, ensured our cab was ready and waiting when we left for airport at 4.30 am even escorting us to the cab in biting cold. Breakfast has to be the finest we've had in our last 10 days in Finland and Baltics. And a lovely spacious room, very clean with all amenities (love the Nespresso pods) and a beautiful view across the river... I would ONLY stay at the Blu when in Riga. Thanks!

We stayed at the hotel that was familiar from several previous visits. This time, the deciding factor was the free room upgrade that was offered. I was a bit surprised by the hotel's somewhat low rating on Booking.com. However, our experience during this stay was really good. Although the building looks a bit bleak and worn from the outside, the renovated room on the sixth floor was truly impressive. The breakfast was also good, both in terms of quality and variety. There is a generously sized parking lot at the end of the hotel with very reasonable pricing.

Very good value for money. Receptionist Juta was very nice. In general staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast, i was not able to eat before 12.00 (because of my medicine) so i asked for a take away container which was provided by friendly staff where i was able to put some food. There is a spa with pool and variety of saunas which is nice. (Additional price! But worth it). Parking could be cheaper, however there is One tiny spot with Type2 charging station, Only ONE, but free of charge :) (Must have your own cable).

Pool could be a little bit cleaner. Sauna with Salt needs to be renovated.

Breakfast was great. landscape view was beautiful. but we had to change the room when we arrived, because windows were dirty and it was blocking out the view, but there was no issue about changing, staff was understanding. room service was also nice. food service was fast and food was delicious. spa and pool was very clean

I believe free staff for example toothpaste and toothbrush, should be delivered before visitors ask. we ask them several times and they delivered only one and after that we just gave up :)

We were staying in junior suite because in pictures it looked so much better than the rest of the rooms and yeah, it really was very stylish and modern interior, quite large, comfy, amazing view to Riga outside of the big windows, cool mood lighting options and with big tv. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for late checkout and that was granted without extra pay.

1) Hairdryer was terrible. Didn’t do the job. 2) Couldn’t connect Apple devices to our tv to watch some Netflix. I guess, only android works with miracast. But some standard tv channels worked well so not so much of a big deal. 3) Parking costs 15€ for a night. We thought that was quite expensive for private hotel parking and that location.

The staff are very nice and friendly. We have changed rooms because the hotel air conditioner and fridge were not working.

It is not normal that in the Ebooking it shows a gym and swimming pool) and once there it is a separate partner and you need to pay 15 Euro/per person ( For the family it becomes an important budget). finally, we went to Jurmala Beach Parking needs to add extra cost per day. Despite many leaders being there, The hotel NEED refreshments as it it getting quite old the first day the air-conditioning went OFF. I saw a similar comment in June. Which means this happens often.
