Everything about this place is fabulous - perfectly located in the heart of old town, lots of sights are just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite the location being in an area where the nightlife lasts until the wee small hours, the double glazing takes care of any noise and makes sleeping no problem. The room we had was huge, and included a massive bed/twin beds, a kitchenette, a little dining area, seating area, sofa, and en suite bathroom with a big shower - plus some lovely, antique furniture. Fabulous value for money too. There’s lots of places to eat and drink close by, including a great spot for breakfast/brunch directly opposite - and for Devotees, the Depeche Mode Bar is only a 5 minute walk away! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Good size room with large window. Bed and pillows comfortable. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven and two hob stove top. I didn't cook however just made hot drinks and used the fridge. Check in was excellent, I arrived early and they very kindly let me check in once the room was ready, only had to wait 20 minutes so had a nice cold beer while waiting! The receptionist was very helpful explaining about the card which you left in the slot in the room so fridge kept cold. She also offered the use of a washing machine which was nice. Lastly she asked if I needed help with my luggage but I didn't take her up on this and found the three flights of stairs fine. Apartment in a good location very near the cathedral square and near a supermarket. Very good value for money.

Some noise from street, which was understandable given the location, but nothing awful.

The location is excellent – right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was beautiful with tasteful interior design that made it feel cozy and stylish. There was a small kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing light meals. The 24/7 reception was a big plus, and it was reassuring to know help was always available. Also, the room had a fan, which was very helpful during the hot weather. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Unfortunately, one of the female staff members was not customer service-oriented at all. When handing over the key, she simply said 'bye' without any other communication, which felt quite dismissive. This was in stark contrast to the woman working during the day, who was absolutely delightful and provided excellent service. Although the location is great, it's worth noting that during the summer, when the windows are open, all the noise from the pubs downstairs can be clearly heard in the apartment. This can be quite disturbing, especially at night, and may affect the quality of sleep.

No way to unlock the downstairs door, so we had to rely on a staff member to open if we came back really late in the night. While we never had an issue with that it just gives you a bit of unnecessary anxiety. However, I am sure this has the benefit of keeping the place sane and noise free at night as other guests wouldn't be able to bring back crowds in to continue after-parties. Overall we had an amazing experience!

15 minutes from coach station, 20 from railway. Centrally located in town, ground floor snooker / pool, rooms above. Clean room with small kitchen area, reasonable size. Comfy bed. Fridge, kettle, microwave and tiny hob. On a narrow street, which meant sunlight didn't blast through the window at dawn and wake us early! Lots to do nearby, several supermarkets, loads of bars and restaurants. A good base for exploring Riga.

Noisy bars across the narrow street keep going until 3am - Friday and Saturday night particularly lively. Our room (10) was on the first floor directly opposite a shots bar. However the windows of our room were triple glazed and cut noise considerably, and we slept well. Just means you can't leave the window open overnight. WiFi a bit erratic, signal often dropped out. No plug for kitchen sink, but we're used to that and carry our own.

Very conveniently located in Old Town, short walk from the Bus Stop that drops you from the airport, less than 100 meters from the Christmas Market, always someone at Reception (which is a reception bar). Plenty of restaurants/supermarkets in the vicinity and tourist sites. We walked everywhere. Also, there’s a bar across the road and it didn’t disturb our sleep, nor did the new year shenanigans. I did bring earplugs mind you.

We were a little cold in our apartment on Night 1 and went to ask for additional sheets or a fan heater, the reception said they would find one and bring it up. This never happened. Fortunately by Day 2 we had acclimatised. There were no additional pillows in the room (only one each), also not ideal. But honestly neither of these two factors were detrimental to our overall stay.

Unbeatable location, easy to find, and we were able to check in early. I loved the apartment, the bed was super comfortable. Windows on the street, but with double glass, it would cut out all the noise. Nice shower too, soap is provided. Hairdryer too. There was an air heater, in the beginning I thought it wouldn't be enough, but the room got nice and toasty pretty fast.

There is no lift, but our apartment was on the first floor and the one flight of stairs was pretty ok. There is one more floor, so you might want to check with the property which floor you are booking if you have any issues.

Our stay at this apartment in Riga was simply perfect. The location was perfect: which allowed us to explore the city with ease, without needing any public transportation. Everything we needed was within reach, from restaurants to shops and the main tourist attractions. The apartment itself is original and atmosphere that made us feel right at home. A warmer approach with barista girl would have enhanced our overall experience.

The place is in the heart of the old town. They have rooms over a pool (billiards) bar but don't be scare, looks safe and it is quiet, players here were very polite. Also at the night there was not much noise and we slept very well. The so called "apartment" is quite small (better call it "room") but it has been recently (and well) restored, it is is clean and with a kitchenette. The manager is a kind and helpful person.

Would the room had been a little larger it would have been easier to go across the bed

Location, it was clean,shower was big enough, just perfect room temperature (not too hot), quiet (low season) everything were close by, like restaurants, minimarket, bars etc.
