The hotel is located in Old Town, very close to all the main attractions. St. Peter's Church and the House of the Blackheads are just a 1-minute walk away. The airport bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. I arrived when the reception was closed but had no issues checking in thanks to the clear instructions provided beforehand. The room looked exactly like in the pictures. My windows faced the street, so there was some noise in the evening, but it quieted down around 11 PM. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and the TV worked with YouTube only.

I had a room with a double bed, but it was made up of two separate mattresses, which was bit inconvenient.

The apartment is in the old town and opposite some thumping bars which means depending on the night, it can be quite loud. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.

When I was there, there was a large group of German guys that were staying and creating a racket (I think one guy passed out in the room and another two were locked out and were banging and shouting), which was unfortunate but obviously not the hotels fault. My only wish is that they would keep the communal area down past the reception opening hours 9am-6pm) since that dictates how long you can leave your luggage and I feel like 6pm is quite early (I had to take my suitcase with me to the opera but I would have preferred to leave it and pick up afterwards).

Nice location just off the main streets but very close to attractions. Short walk from the station and airport bus close by. Lots of eating places nearby. room was big and comfortable, great shower. Staff friendly and allowed early check in. Reception has limited open times but this did not cause any issues and a simple code lock lets you in. Room faced out over street with outdoor cafes but the soundproofing was good and you would have to be a very light sleeper for it to bother you.

Location is great, close to everything in the old town. I took bus 22 from the airport to a stop called "Grēcinieku iela" which is the first stop after the bridge and it took about 30 minutes. A single ticket costs €1.81 and you can pay by card on the bus. From this stop, it's only a few minutes walk to the hotel. Reception is open from 10am to 5pm and I arrived after 9 pm but it's no biggie since they send you check-in instructions and you can get your key from a box with a code that they send you. I liked the lights in the street at night. My room was right next to the elevator which was convenient.

The only thing I can mention is the size of fridge in the kitchenette which feels rather small compared to the size of the room. This wasn't really an issue to me as I was traveling alone but can be problematic for a family.

The staff I chatted with were responsive and helpful, and the room was clean and cosy. Good location, and the common areas look nice and clean too. Entry without working reception was easy though, and the instructions for getting the key were clear and the check-out time is amazing - by 12pm. Overall, I would give them 7.5 points and definitely recommend the place. I would stay here again, but at a discounted price as it was this time.

Considering the full asked price was around 120 €, I think the way the hotel operates could be a bit better. I didn’t like was that there was no-one at reception after 5pm, and no immediate help if something came up (though they did provide a phone number). Maybe I missed this in the description that there will be no-one at the reception, but I did not feel completely safe at the hotel. Also, the lock on my door was a bit flimsy as well but ok, it did its job. I am not quite sure if there was any other facility open like a restaurant (is there one at all?) as it was pretty quiet and empty inside when I arrived. The TV was connected to wi-fi, but it did not have local channels (pity as I wanted to watch a bit of a bad television).

Good location, in the old town, walking distance to all main attractions and train station, plenty of restaurants around. Facilities as advertised, small fridge, tea, coffee making facilities. Good value for money.

Hotel reception was not always staffed, had to return to the room and leave access card in the rooms as reception was closed. Also, right next to the hotel there are bars which work well into the night. Luckily there was not much noise as we stayed on sunday and monday and night club was closed, with one or two other bars. Be advised about the pottential issue with sound, if this is important for you. But during our stay, it was not an issue.

Room rate is very affordable. It is an old building in the Old Town but the interior is well renovated. I like the spacious room and the brightly lighted bathroom with white tiles and rain shower. Location-wise is perfect 10. Only 5 minutes to the Town hall square and Lido restaurant for the daily affordable meals. The front desk staff, Ms. Leila, is welcoming and very accommodating but she failed to tell me regarding checking out, such as where to leave the key card if early morning check out since front desk is not 24Hrs. Overall, i highly recommend this Hotel and will stay again if have the chance to visit Riga again.

Front desk is not 24 hrs. There are kettle, cups, teas, and coffees in the room but there are no sugar and creamer and free bottled water. There are bottled water in the front desk but was not offered when i checked in, so no idea if it was for sale or free.

Location is excellent. Hotel is placed in the old town, very close to everything, also clubs and bars. They upgraded our room from standard double to suite and so we had really large room and large bathroom. There is even a small kitchen in the room. Hotel staff were friendly and we could check in earlier (around 12 o clock). We also checked out a few minutes after check out time, also no problem. There are some reviews mentioning noise from the clubs in the street. We stayed in the hotel during the weekend in January. There was no loud music or anything else that would break our sleep.

The bed has two mattresses instead of one large, so there is a small gap in the middle.

The location was excellent. It is just a 3 minutes walk to the famous attractions in the old town area. There's a bar nearby and lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the area where you can buy food at any time. We checked-in late around 10pm. The instructions on how to access the building and room were clearly mentioned in the email. The room was quite big with sofa. It was clean and there is a coffee and tea available.

Everything was good. Probably it would have been great if they are refilling the coffee and tea everyday in the room, but that is not a big deal anyway.
