I stayed in the private room with two single beds and it was very comfy, there was a mini fridge and the shared bathroom on my floor was very comfortable and clean, even had a washing machine.

The message with all the check in information never came to me on time so when I reached the hostel at 8pm I spent a bit of time trying to contact the remote reception to get the information to access the building and then my room. Eventually they did answer and help me, and then apologised for the inconvenience.

It was indeed amazing - I was expecting very basic room and other facilities. But turned out we were at the very heart of the city in an amazing rom at the top floor with bathroom we shared just with few other residents. And the beds were very soft, thanks:)))

Well, sometimes at night I would wake up very suddenly, becouse other residents were using the bathroom and the sounds were very clear in our room. But that's the only thing that indeed can be overlooked in comparisson with other good things the place gives:)

The location is fantastic. It's right in the middle of Old Town Riga with plenty of attractions and interesting locations nearby. The room was a decent size with a bunk bed but plenty of space around. Plenty of plugs around the room to charge your equipment and not too much noise coming in during the night even though I knew there was lots of noise outside.

The room was on the fourth floor with no lift which wasn't a problem for me but could be for others. There was one bathroom on the floor and I'm sure there was a capacity for about fourteen on that floor which could be a problem during peak season. There was no television in the room but since I was so busy wasn't a problem.

Hosts provided us with access for our very late arrival and everything was clean and as expected. The hostel is quirky but everything you need for a short stay is there. The location is ideal and it is easy to find. We enjoyed the quiet that our double glazed window over the back yard brought us.

Our room was rather small but it was as advertised and we were ok with that. The stair to reach the rooms is narrow and steep. This is just the nature of an old property in the old town and we enjoyed getting to stay in the old building.

The hostel Red Nose has amazing location (it is situated in the center of Riga). I get all information before than I arrived. The room was clean and very nice.

The second day the toilet paper ran out in the communal toilets and it was not replenished until the fourth day, but that is just a small thing :)

Lovely place. Great location and nice place. Very quiet and very warm, very friendly staff. Clean place and you can use washing machine if needed. Beds are very comfy. There is fridge you can use and was very satisfied with everything. You can get soft and clean towels for extra 1.5 euro. Bed sheets are very clean.

The location of the hotel was good. It was in the Old Riga area. The hotel sent an informative message beforehand for self-check-in. Everything was as stated. There was free tea and coffee in the hotel kitchen. The bed and duvets were clean.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was just in a slightly noisy place. There was a little squeak coming from the bed. Towels could have been free.

Location is perfectly in the heart of the old town Riga. Self check-in was very easy. Staff were so responsive in attending customer questions chat. The room was clean and very quite ambiance of the hostel.

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like.

Easy check in. I arrived at 1.30 am and had no issues with getting inside. There was a detailed instruction that they send me in the morning. The room was small, but for staying over night it was perfect. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but I would recommend to have a pair of flip flops anyway. They also have a washing machine in bathroom (€5 per cycle washer+dryer), but I didn’t spot a dryer, maybe it was on another floor. I had a great experience.

Since it’s a small cozy hotel the stairs are so tiny. It was a real challenge to get my 23kilo bag upstairs. Also rooms are so close to each other and it was very hard to be quiet at night cause of loud door locks, running water/flashing toilet etc. I was trying to make less noise at 1.30 am, but some of the guests didn’t really care much. So be ready to wake up in the middle of night because of someone’s activity (talkings, slamming doors, dropping the toilet seats and leads etc.) But in general it was a great place for stay. Ah, forgot, the towels were for extra payment.

It’s located in the heart of old town Riga, where all landmarks are just a blocks away. Close to transport junctions to and from the airport.

The showers were cold on the top floor, it did not heat the water.
