- Amazing team. Friendly, accommodative, supportive, human-like. - I travelled for my birthday and got an upgrade as a little present for the birthday. I will comment on the quality of the room below, but it’s indeed a very nice gesture to receive a minute after walking in the hotel. - Fantastic interior design. Love the modern approach working together with saving historical heritage of the building. That’s why I chose the hotel and that’s why I’ll certainly come back.

- very average breakfast. Very-very basic, not very tasty, small variety. Riga is cheap enough to have fun breakfasts somewhere out every morning instead - small details are not thought through. Say, in the room with a bathtub there’s not showerhead stand that would make it comfortable to have a shower under. So, there is a stand, but you can only put showerhead strictly vertically there. At this point I wished they didn’t upgrade my room bc the one I booked had a walk-in shower

Beautiful new boutique hotel with FANTASTIC brewery/restaurant, huge delish breakfast and stylish, roomy rooms. Lots of storage space. In the most central location; old town at your door! Cool relaxation with tons of cool coffee table books to peruse & a cute cash cafe also attached. Walkable to everything: in center of old town, minutes to bus/train stations, Jewish ghetto museum, arts nouveau district!

Pillows weren’t comfortable & no robes (though we didn’t ask if they had other pillows or robes, to be fair). Hairdryer was awful as one has to keep the button pressed w/one’s thumb to keep power on and it’s exhausting. Plus dryer made hair frizzy. It was attached to wall so if the bathroom was hot & damp (no fan), it was not an ideal place to dry one’s hair.

Family suite was a massive room. Staff were really friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Lovely modern decor. Right in the centre of the old town within easy walking distance to all the main sights. Quiet room despite its central location.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss... The room was kept clean but one day we got an extra bath towel and for the next 2 days all our hand towels were removed. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but never replenished when we used any items. Worth noting that the layout of the hotel is several old buildings joined together and as a result there may be a few stairs to reach the bedroom.

This hotel was just perfect. It is located in the heart of old Riga, everything you want to see and do is just in a walking distcance. We parked the car in the car park just round the corner of the hotel - and you also pay it at the hotel reception (there are no parking lots right next to the hotel). We didn't need our car during our stay. We went to Jurmala by bike (about 20 km one way, nice ride) - we rented them just round the corner of the hotel We liked the breakfast which is served in the pub next door. We could sit outside which was very nice. The room was really big, very spacious and so was the bathroom.

To get to some rooms, you need to take some stairs. So if you are handicaped in any way, just mention with the booking that you need a room you reach without taking stairs (we saw a woman having problems).

Staff on check in were really friendly and welcoming despite our room not being ready at the check in time, we were provided vouchers for a drink and cake from the attached cafe The hotel spans multiple old buildings and building 2 which we stayed in had views of both churches and despite old town was very quiet. Breakfast is served in the bar next door and again a good selection of offerings so cannot fault the hotel

Unfortunately we found within 5 minutes a problem and the only one which would stop me rating a 10 - the shower drain had not been cleaned in so long...the water overflowed the shower tray resulting in me removing the clump of dust and hair...it isn't such a big deal so we planned on informing reception the next morning on checkout but instead of being greeted by the 2 professional staff the day prior we walked in on 4 behind reception and the only question we were asked is did you use the mini bar...not ask how was the stay which for a hotel like this I would have expected....and I know will some will say maybe it was due to a language barrier...we were speaking in Latvian (my wife a native)

Great hotel in the middle of the old town. Great beds, we all slept like babies! (Hard and stable) Great restaurant/bar opposite, a must for beer lovers. Windows can be opened, which I like, but I don't remember if there was airconditioning. I guess it can be hot in the middle of the city in the summer. We were very happy and will definitely stay here again.

There was a problem with the sewage, so it was smelling very bad in the bathroom. We tried to flush with water in all openings, and it became a bit better after some day. Probably this room was not used in a long time. I guess (hope) this was just in this room, so it should not stop you from staying here.

A very beautiful and modern hotel in an excellent location. Right at the heart of the old town. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The entire decor of the hotel including the rooms have a premium feel to it. We had very spacious room with a slightly smaller than ideal bathroom but was perfectly fine. I was very happy with our stay here and I would happily stay here again!

Everything was great. The smallest of downfalls was the bed wasn't very comfortable as it's 2 single beds pushed together. Even though it has a joined mattress cover, I found myself in the gap between the two beds. Otherwise everything else was spot on.

On arrival the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The hotel reception area and foyer also was welcoming. The hotel was located in an ideal situation in the centre of the Old Town amongst the narrow streets. All attractions could be reached within a 10 minute walk and there were numerous restaurants and bars located around and close to the hotel. I liked that the hotel rooms were situated in several seperate historic buildings around courtyards. Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and welcoming with good size beds and a good shower - plenty of hot water. It was winter and cold on our visit but the rooms were lovely and warm. The rooms were spotless.

I had a great stay here during my weekend trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice, comfortable and clean, it had a hairdryer at the bathroom and other necessary stuff. Also I could relax in the evening watching TV comfortably. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of an old town close to the local attractions. I also enjoyed breakfasts at the bar opposite, they're really good, you can choose from a wide variety of food. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel was amazing. Location was fantastic and very accessible to all the major points of interest as well as good restaurants and bars. It was also very handy for the train for day trips out. The room was very spacious, supremely comfortable and well appointed. It was warm and cosy and modern. The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a great variety. It was my birthday whilst we were there and I was surprised with both some chocolates and Prosecco. It was a great touch to a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing - it was all 10/10!!
