A really great breakfast, with lots of different options. Fresh fruit, local food, even champagne was available. The room was clean and nice but beware, they only clean on request. Also toilet paper should be asked for. The location is very good, close to all the sights and the market, but because of the proximity to the bars it was very noisy all night and as a result we had a very bad night's sleep. Next time I would prefer to stay in a hotel in the new part of Riga.

We had a very cold response from the reception staff, but we knew that before we arrived. People there are generally very reserved. In the spa, guests do not follow the rules of behaviour. They are very noisy, they don't use towels in the sauna, they enter the sauna with drinks, they leave the door open, etc. In short, a waste of money to use the spa.

Amazing location - everything is around and nearby. All the restaurants and shops just around the corner. Extremely nice staff, who will advise where to go. Cosy small spa with 2 decent saunas, jacuzzi and a pool.

SPA rules are awful - even if you live in the hotel, you have to register for spa in a separate booking system, and there might simply be no time slots for you for the desired day. Limit of 1,5 hours per spa visit is also strange. Beds and pillows were not the best for me, too tough. At 10:00 sharp the breakfast ends and the staff starts pushing you out.

Absolultely wonderful hotel in a really central location in the city, which was great for us getting out to see the Old Town. The breakfast was incredible, and by far the best of our entire trip - we found the reception to be extremely helpful and polite and we enjoyed our stay greatly. We also visited the SPA during our stay and this was very clean, wasn't over booked and was a great experience. The hotel even goes to the effort of providing non-tap drinking water on every floor and a container so that you can collect some and have some in your room if you would prefer not to have tap water.

There wasn't anything that we did not like about the hotel, it was wonderful.

Nothing comes to mind. Spa treatment a bit pricey for what is was. Price of hotel ditto. It worked out at 80 to 90 euros per night and was more expensive than hotels in Tallinn. One small thing is tge hotel map of Tallinn is tiny and needs a magnifying glass to discern the street names. I spent the first half day going round in circles. Get a bigger map from tourist info next to the Blackhead House. There are no signposts in the city directing you to the sights of interest as in Tallinn or Helsinki so you need a decent map

The location couldn't be better, whether you're sightseeing within the old town, or going further afield - buses and the train station are very close by. We had included breakfast which was great with a good choice each day. We also ate our evening meal in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. We had included daily access to the spa and this was a great decision, we took full advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

We had asked for twin beds as I was travelling with my daughter and this request was met. However, I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with the mattress topper sliding about during the night. On the other hand my daughter found her bed comfortable. A few things felt a little "tired", but not so much as to put us off, and certainly not enough to stop it being great value for money.

Very nice location - right in the middle of busy oldtown street, can reach most of the attracions within a few minutes walk. Hotel itself was nice and comfortable, room was very spacious, all the needed amenities were included. We enjoyed the spa, although I recommend booking your visit as far in advance as possible as the entrance to spa facilities is limited and gets fully booked pretty fast. Breakfast was delightful as well, plenty of great options, including fruit and veggies.

Not exactly a negative, but worth to mention that spa visits are limited to 1.5 hours, however for us it was plenty. Coffee during breakfast could be better.

Every aspect of my stay was of the highest standard. Special thanks to the wonderful staff in the SPA area – this place is a true oasis of relaxation! The treatments were professional, and the atmosphere in the wellness zone allowed me to completely unwind and forget about everyday worries. I felt exceptionally well taken care of, and the hotel’s ambiance made it possible for me to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The location also turned out to be perfect. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful time that will stay in my memory for a long time.

The breakfast is top, number one in all my trips. So, containing a lot of options, hot food, delicious (tomatoes was super tasty), good service, long slot for it, in the restaurant environment with the view to one of the central street decorated for Christmas. The breakfast place itself has a Christmas tree. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to sleep there all day, it has very good energy. The room has a lot of facilities (e. g. iron, teapot). The hotel allowed early check-in without a fee. After check-out it was possible to leave the luggage for four hours. The receptionists were very polite, efficient and helpful (no lines like in five stars hotels). The location is very central and near the bus station as well the main train station. The big shopping mall is only 20 meters away. To sum up, this is an example how the hotels should look, cost and serve the clients. Definitely, I'll come back if they do not rise the prices.

A lot of additional fees (early check-in, late checkout etc.) but it did not touch me, so, all is good. The SPA hotel without SPA? At least for me, since it was not included. Even the pool. There was a pool but I did not use it because of the additional charge (not cheap). I would add minus one or two points for it but the breakfast were so good that it compensates my disappointments, therefore, I cannot give less than 10. Moreover, better to have a pool/SPA like an option instead of high prices. Especially, if the pool is not so big, not to have a very crowded place. People who wants a pool/SPA have an option to pay additionally, anyway, the pool could be cheaper.

Receptionist ladies Aleksandra and Nikola were amazing - very friendly customer service. We had the smoothest experience checking in and it was also possible for us to store our luggage both before checking in and after - we are very grateful for this as it made our sightseeing experience so much more enjoyable. Breakfast selection was great and they even had sparkling wine on offer. The location is superb, too.

When we checked in, we were allocated a room at the front of the building overlooking the street and the music from the downstairs bar was keeping us awake until just after 11 pm, but then at just before 6 am some random guy decided to play his guitar and sing some ballads. The songs were great and I recognised some of them, but it really wasn't the best time to be kept awake. The hotel has no control over random people, but combined with tmusic the previous night, really wished we had been allocated a room elsewhere in the building - part of our group were on the other side of the building and heard nothing.

Great stay in the old town! The hotel was an easy walk from the train station and accessible via share rides. The hotel was prominent and located within a 10 minute walk of all activities to do in the old town/city. Rooms were clean and a good size with the beds comfortable, however we could hear others moving about the hotel or in other rooms at times. The breakfast was decent and a nice inclusion. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
