We took this hotel for the location (close to the train station) and we didn't expect it to be so good. It only had a few reviews in Booking so we weren't sure, but we found more reviews somewhere else and saw that it is a well-known hotel. The room was big, the bed very big and everything was clean. We were afraid of the noise from the street but you couldn't hear anything at all in the room. We will stay here 100% if we come back to Riga.

There could be a kettle in the room and perhaps complimentary tea/coffee?

Initially, based on the reviews, I did not expect much from the hotel. I was just looking for a good place to spend the night. As a result, the quality of service and the hotel itself exceeded all expectations! I sincerely believe that this hotel deserves a higher rating! I arrived late at night and checked in without any problems. The room was big and very clean! Very comfortable bed and pillows! Wonderful bath! The breakfast had a great rich selection! For example, eggs, ham, regular and sweet baked goods, cheeses, cereals, hot and cold drinks, vegetables, fruits etc. There was a large selection of everything and I am sure everyone can find something to their taste! Thank you so much for the such pleasent expirience!

I loved EVERYTHING- - big rooms, with desk, multiple side tables, couch chairs... - lovely elegant style - Super clean (first in a while I did not feel need to put on my shoes flip flop) - great wifi (needed it for work one day) - Super attentive staff!, While I normally want to return to my apartment leaving this hotel made a difference and I felt sad to leave

Hotel was at an excellent location, walking distance to all sights. It’s so perfectly located that you’re in the heart of the city but with peace and quiet. The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating to my request and it made my stay in Riga such a memorable one. The hotel cleaning staff were also so sweet, knowing that I had trouble with my keys they actually waited for me to get my keys fixed to make sure I’m okay, and when I could finally get into my room, everyone went yay! It’s professional but with a human touch. 10/10 will recommend!

Close to the city center, the rooms are renovated. Pillows and the bed were very comfortable, room was clean. Good for the price.

Most likely got the smaller room than was booked deciding on the pictures and the room size (I actually measured it!). Double checked at the reception, but was not told that. Homeless people near the hotel entrance as the underground crossing is just 10 meters from the door. It was heartbreaking all 3 days :( Not the best district, would be unsafe for a woman alone at night. The price is decent but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Room was very spacious, clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was nice. Very good location. The receptionist could take his/her sweet time when having to make the bill - but at the end , everything will work fine: just be patient! We appreciated very much the restaurant recommendations: they were top! and let us see a side of Riga that we did not expect! (the middle age atmosphere was the most magical one!)

in the bathroom there was no shower plate and the water easily spread on the floor. Wifi was not working properly but this was immediately addressed by the hotel - providing me individually with a modem.

We’d been able to check in online prior to arrival which made actual check in quick - appreciated as our late flight was delayed. Our superior room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We slept well and it was nice and quiet. Toiletries, slippers & robes provided, as were tea/coffee and bottled water. Plenty of storage. We’d opted for breakfast and were happy with what was offered although perhaps more variety of bread would be appreciated. Any staff we encountered (mainly Reception) were lovely and friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect for us - close to transport & shops and on the edge of the Old Town/park & canal. We loved the area.

The shower - whilst not too small in itself it takes careful management to avoid soaking the bathroom floor.

The stay was a lot better than what I expected! Žanete, a young lady from reception was simply the best! She was very friendly and helpful towards us. She fulfilled our needs beyond expectation and always helped us out, when we had a question or a problem. Breakfast was also very good. It may not seem like they had a lot to offer at first, but they had a wide selection of foods, they were high quality and tasted amazing. They had everything I could've asked for. Good coffee, pastry products, eggs, pancakes, sweets, muesli, drinks etc. The staff at breakfast was also very friendly.

Location is very central, nice Places to visit are about a block away. Hotel was very clean and staff exceptionaly friendly. Fridge in the room.

Breakfast was a bit on the Expensive side.
