Breakfast can be more different. I stayed for two nights and it was very similar. Need more hot food options. Also you need to wait till waiters will add more food then it was finished. I waited more than 10 minutes. Waiters work very slowly - you just sit with your dirty plates and no one take them. It is 4* hotel so it would be very nice to get body balsam in the bathroom and bottle of water.

All was clean ,staff was welcoming.

I stayed one week Breakfast was amazing,but some other hotels make every day some different options not exactly the same every day,that would be a plus. And only person who i think was not friendly with staff and Customers was some lady every day at Breakfast maybe Manager. I didn’t like how she talk with Staff and Customers.

Breakfast was excellent, many good choices. Coffee could have been better. Room was spacious, clean, pleasing. Location was very good, one of the main reasons for choosing it.

I arrived a little after 8 on Sunday evening. It would have been nice to have some dinner, but the restaurant was closed. I didn´t get any recommendations for other restaurants either.

Our room was larger than expected, with modern decor and amenities. The staff were always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Staff was very polite, answered every question. Breakfast was very good, big variety to chose. Room was tidy. location 10/10. parking facilities also 10/10.

Temp control in room was confusing, and curtains workable but somewhat broken; wondered why they hadn,t been fixed.

The location was excellent, close to the old city, national ballet and train station. Rooms are clean but different sizes. Enough tables for breakfast as the hotel was really booked with guests.

We were a group of 4 with two rooms that were very different in size! One small and one large. At breakfast the coffee machine dilemma!!!! All 3 mornings!!!! Waiting in line for a coffee and there was a third machine that wasn‘t turned on???? Really cannot fathom this minimalist ideology: is it laziness or stupidity? You tell me? Having cleaning personal coming into room very early in the morning: at 06:00? That scares guests! At the reception after reporting this incident, it was viewed by staff as normal and not serious?

The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning — spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings and soft lighting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linens added a touch of luxury. But what stood out most was the excellent soundproofing. Even though the hotel is located in a lively area, we didn't hear any noise from the streets or neighboring rooms. It felt like we had our own private oasis in the middle of the city. This level of quiet is rare in city-center hotels and made our stay exceptionally restful. The blackout curtains also ensured that we slept peacefully without any light disturbance.

This hotel was AMAZING. I loved it so much and hated to leave! When I go back to Riga, I will only book in here again. The staff were super helpful and kind (especially when after 18+ hours of travel I did not realize I had to push harder on the my room door to get it to open). The hotel is conveniently located right next to the central railway station which has a large mall with a grocery store, restaurants, and a low fee money exchange. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. They also accept pets, which was critical to me since I was bringing a dog home from Latvia. The staff are very, very good about answering questions through Booking.com before you arrive too. Since I was getting a puppy in Latvia, I sent a query about nearby vet clinics just in case. They quickly responded back with three different options. Fortunately I did not have to go to any of them, but I felt much more comfortable about traveling alone with my new dog in a country I have never visited before. No matter what I asked the staff while I was there, they always had the answers and went out of their way to help. My room was modern and spotless. The toiletries were an organic local brand, The Botanist and the Chemist, and smelled fantastic! My bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home and had both firm and soft pillows. I liked the assortment of tea and coffee supplies as well as the electric kettle and glasses of various sizes. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide range of choices, including gluten-free bread options. The best part? I was booked on a 6:05 am flight from Riga to Frankfurt. Since I was continuing on to the U.S. and had a dog with me, I had to be at the airport by 4 am. The hotel arranged a minivan service to pick me up at 3:30 am and because I would not be there for breakfast later that morning, they gave me a breakfast bag with water, juice, fruit, a muesli bar, and a perfectly made croissant sandwich to take with me!

Breakfast was plentiful and had variety which was great. Room was comfortable with a very nice bed and pillows. Great to have been able to make tea in the room. The location was excellent! Most of the receptionists were very friendly and keen to help and suggest places to see in the city.

The bathroom floor and shower were not entirely separated, which led to leaks which couldn't absorb quickly due to the material of the floor. The floor material was a bit uncomfortable to step on with bare feet. I would have preferred tiles or the usual bathtub/shower material. Also, the spa was not monitored by anyone. There were people playing their own music and disturbing the calm ambience that spa facilities should provide. This was unfortunate as I selected the hotel based on the spa facilities. In addition, I felt there was a lot of customer demand at specific times in the day/night and there were not enough receptionists available which resulted in longer waiting time and I'm sure this might have been challenging also for the receptionists themselves.
