Breakfast can be more different. I stayed for two nights and it was very similar. Need more hot food options. Also you need to wait till waiters will add more food then it was finished. I waited more than 10 minutes. Waiters work very slowly - you just sit with your dirty plates and no one take them. It is 4* hotel so it would be very nice to get body balsam in the bathroom and bottle of water.

All was clean ,staff was welcoming.

I stayed one week Breakfast was amazing,but some other hotels make every day some different options not exactly the same every day,that would be a plus. And only person who i think was not friendly with staff and Customers was some lady every day at Breakfast maybe Manager. I didn’t like how she talk with Staff and Customers.

Breakfast was excellent, many good choices. Coffee could have been better. Room was spacious, clean, pleasing. Location was very good, one of the main reasons for choosing it.

I arrived a little after 8 on Sunday evening. It would have been nice to have some dinner, but the restaurant was closed. I didn´t get any recommendations for other restaurants either.

The rooms were impeccably clean — you could feel the care in every detail. Not a speck of dust, even under the bed!

Our room was larger than expected, with modern decor and amenities. The staff were always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Staff was very polite, answered every question. Breakfast was very good, big variety to chose. Room was tidy. location 10/10. parking facilities also 10/10.

Mercure Hotel was wonderful and fully met our expectations. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh salmon and pancakes. The room was in great condition. The location is good, close to the city center. Nearby, there is a shopping mall and a Rimi hypermarket, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is open until midnight — which is amazing.

The area where breakfast was served was very cramped, and it was difficult to get food; we had to wait in queues. Also, sometimes the staff couldn’t keep up with bringing out the food, so we had to wait for fried eggs or other dishes. On the last day, our safe stopped working because the battery died, and our valuables were just stuck inside, but the hotel staff were able to help us quickly.

The accomodation has a good location, near to the train station in case you want to travel also around Riga. Near to the main market and in walking distance to city centre. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is huge. Excellent breakfast, so many options.

Cleaness was not on the top level. I could use vacuum when we arrived and toilet was spotted. My pillows didn´t smell well, but I always have my own. The breakfast was delicious, it was just dificult to find a place to sit. As the time range is 7-10am. Who is waking up at 6.30 on vacation??? so everybody got there at 8.30-9.00 and you had to fight for everything. Space, plates, cups.

Nice hotel in good location next to nice mall, grocery store, and train station. Very good breakfast with outdoor patio option.

Temp control in room was confusing, and curtains workable but somewhat broken; wondered why they hadn,t been fixed.

Excellent location just by the train station, shopping center and easily walkable to old town in 10 minutes. Close to airport bus 22 aswell. Breakfast was OK and as expected of breakfasts. Would have liked more healthy alternatives, such as oatmeal. No jam or anything either for the pancakes. Three elevators so never much time to wait to go out or in. Room was very comfy and spacious. Bathroom has excellent size, however no conditioner in the shower. Good that it's not a frosted glass door for the bathroom! Good hanging space for clothes and towels. Carpet floor. Good mirrors in room. English Tv channels.

Conditioner in shower. Breakfast should open earlier than 7 for us early birds. Bit dark in the corridors on 7th floor.
