One of my best experiences in hostel. Probably also the best choice for travelers passing the Baltic states. Clean room and bed, good location, great common space, friendly and enthusiastic staff, free snacks and breakfast included (though I'm not sure there's a kitchen). I was lucky enough to join the events and the following Riga folklore dance and built friendship with many travelers. The folklore dancing restaurant was authentic and fun. After that we when to a karaoke bar drinking and dancing till midnight. If i back to Riga one day, this hostel will be my first choice for sure. Cheers

Perfect location especially when you need to go to Jurmalla or take a train to anywhere outside Riga. Very affordable, and the breakfast was giving. And if you’re hungry, Mcdo is just at the ground flr.

The elevator & the noise outside. I had a hard time sleeping coz you can literally hear the loud noise of cars or buses. Make sure to wear earpods or headphones when sleeping.

Great location, yummy breakfast, friendliest and helpful staff. I loved staying there. Common room was an amazing way to connect with others. Made a lot of friends. It was my first hostel and I believe this hostel set up the bar so high. Celebrated my birthday there with friends I made there and it was best one yet.

Riga has a lot to offer - especially great food, great coffee and great karaoke bars. The location of the hostel is super convenient as you can easily walk to all the interesting spots. The staff, the volunteers and the visitors were all amazing, special thanks goes to our Swedish friend who kept us entertained during our whole stay. This hostel offers great breakfast, comfortable beds and overall fantastic atmosphere.

If you are looking to do a lot of sightseeing be aware… you might not get a chance because you’ll be busy having too much fun.

After 10 years of traveling, this is in the top 2 hostels I've experienced! The Layout is perfect, the walls are thick so the rooms feel quiet and private. There are several areas to work quietly or socialize without disturbing others and the Breakfast is homemade and a great opportunity to socialize and make new friends. I spent 5 days at Cinnamon and loved that all ages came together in the hostel and became close friends from 60-19... Also, having a coffee machine with free espresso all day made everyone more talkative and social! I couldn't recommend this destination enough.

Amazing hostel in a perfect location in Riga - close to old city center, new town, central market and the railway station and still calm enough to sleep peacefully. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well equipped and all facilities spotlessly clean. There is a large community room to meet other travelers and even a co-working space if you’re on workation. And not to forget the breakfast included in the price that has a great variety (even freshly baked waffles & croissants!) and is super delicious! What I liked the best were the little details and amenities provided for the guests: Free earplugs, shower gel in the shared bathrooms, coffee all day long, drinking water…, all together with a great community vibe and staff that goes above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The beds were very comfortable. There was an amazing breakfast. It was very friendly but there were spaces to sit alone if that's what you wanted to do. There were free ear plugs. There was beer for sale on tap and bottled. There was free tea, coffee and fruit available 24 hrs a day. Brilliant place.

It was very noisy, the windows were all open because it was hot. I feel asleep listening to cars racing around the streets. The showers were very high off the floor. They could do with a step or a handle for those less able.

We went with my brother för two nights. We couldn't be more happy to arrive on this amazing hostel where the owner, the employers and volunteers opened the doors for os and left us check in before 15 o'clock. They showed os the instalations and recommended oss all the places to see in Riga. They gave us a map. Very cozy hostel where we met so many nice persons from all over the world. The atmosphere is fantastic and it is very easy to socialiize with averyone there. Also the activities during the evening like quez and to cook food together was a big plus for me. The breakfast is very good and generous from 08 till 12 o'clock. Coffe and te free during all day. Full equipped kitchen in wich you can cook or if you don't you can buy from Mc Donalds just at the bottom of the same building or in the near supermarket. Thanks a lot! I will definitely come back one day.

The hostel is pretty close to the old town, the staff is extremely friendly, and overall is seemed cozy and clean. In terms of value for money, they also offer free tea and coffee and breakfast is included, so I think is the best offer you can find in Riga.

I don’t really have what to complain about but I’ll tell you that finding the entrance is a bit tricky. if you see a McDonald’s on the corner of the street that the place you want to be. Inside the McDonald’s is another stairway that leads to the hostel. It took me like 30 minutes to figure out that the entrance is threw the McDonald’s.

Beds: very comfortable beds and there is a shelf on the wall for each bed to put some personal items. However, there are spacious lockers for other items; Kitchen: it is a good place to socialize and to eat. Snacks and warm beverages available. Free breakfast makes it even more convenient to wake up early, eat and socialize; Bathroom and shower: they are new and there are all necessary things for hygiene, like shampoo, etc (so there's no need to bring everything with yourself); Cleanness: no shoes inside, the staff takes care of the cleanness too

Location: it is difficult to notice the entrance of the hostel since a fast-food restaurant occupies both sides of the entrance. The building where the hostel (apartment) is located is quite busy. There was even also a false alarm in the building at 5 am. Check-in time: If you arrive at the city early in the morning, you will have to wait outside since the receptionists aren't there 24/7 and the hostel door is locked. Maybe contacting the hostel beforehand can help.
