The person who helped me check in was so nice! Very friendly and had helpful tips. Probably best customer service I've received in my trips to Rīga. Room was adequate. Definitely small. Only stayed for a night so not a big deal. Breakfast had a good variety. Great location. Can walk easily to main attractions.

Bathroom didn't smell the best and the room didn't look dusted. The tea cups especially had build up dust still in them.

The hotel is located in a very good's. Everything is accessible, cafes, shops, shopping centers, everything is within a short route. The staff is very friendly. The comfort corresponded to the stated room.

the fact that you can see a new construction site from the hotel window, but the soundproofing is very good - you couldn't hear the workers The breakfasts at the hotel are disgusting, the plates are dirty, There was not enough food., there are too many waiters, they don't have time to wash and clean the glasses, there aren't enough. The coffee machines were always busy, there was no water, breakfasts, I don't recommend taking them at this hotel.

Location, room and staff were perfect

Sauna and jacuzzi were opened only in the morning 7-11 AM, not so convenient. Room cleaning is done by special schedule not every day. I stayed 4 nights and my room wasn't cleaned, towels were not changed even once.

Basically booked this hotel at the last minute as my tour got cancelled very late in the day and I needed to check out of hotel etc but sequently needed somewhere to chill before my late airport flight (there is only so long you can sit in a bar or restaurant after ordering!). This place fit my needs perfectly and looked far more expensive than price I paid. As a genius member I was also upgraded for free which was nice but it was a shame I only spent a few hours here. I would return to Tallink as it has good amenities close by and whilst not in the centre of the old town it is about a 15 - 20 min walk from the old town

breakfast was great, lots of different foods, the tables and cutlery was clean. the yoghurt and fruit brilliant. the brown bread was amazing. the soft boiled eggs were great. a good selection of cooked breakfast and buffet style. the guy that checked us in on the first night, tuesday, was happy, helpful and very welcoming. we give him 5 stars. the woman who sorted out our change of room and rechecking in on sunday was also brilliant.

the coffee queues were long. not enough fresh fruit. apples were not very nice. the pillars were in the way. the toaster was slow. i would have liked some nuts and seeds. the coffee was not very tasty. we had to ask to be moved into a larger room as we were a two then we became a three sharing. the two remaining were asked to move into the one. there was a drip on the window of 613 which was torture for about two hours. a couple of the staff had no knowledge of where cafe were locally. we had to ask for the room change and towels to be changed.

The hotel front desk receptionists were very helpful when their service was required, and the Breakfast Concierges were very cordial. Breakfast was exceptional every day. There was an abundant choice, ranging from English breakfast to cereals, croissants, cakes, as well as ice cream. The hotel is situated 2 minutes away on foot from the shopping complex Origo and Riga Central Train Station. In 7 minutes, Vērmane Garden can be reached, and 12 minutes away from the hotel, there is Freedom Monument and Bastejkalna Park. Within 15 minutes walking distance, there is the old city. The room was modern, comfortable, and furnished with all the necessary facilities.

The hotel room was not cleaned every day. During a 7-night stay, the room was only cleaned twice. However, at least guests are aware of this as it is communicated on the hotel's screens situated in front of the reception desks and lifts.

Comfortable beds, breakfast was tasty but a bit lacking of variety. (not a problem for a few days) Hotel is very big and cosy, staff was friendly. Room was quiet. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room. Good location, walking distance to the city center, took about 15-20 minutes only. A lot of shops and simple cafes around the area.

During check-in we were told our car was too heavy for the parking which is super weird as we have a very average car. Receptionist took our car document and probably checked the wrong number for weight. However, we found parking on the nearest street.
