I can highly recommend this unique accommodation!!! My mood wasn’t the best when I arrived due to the heat & a broken suitcase, but I was immediately happy when I entered this place, it’s a special experience I never came across somewhere else before!! Even though the bathrooms are shared, it still feels very private as two showers and two WCs (in three rooms) are more than enough for the amount of potential guests, also it was very quiet when I stayed there and I met no one else besides one other nice solo traveller. It’s the perfect combination of hotel & hostel, you don’t feel lonely but still have your privacy – perfect for people who like to be on their own but don’t mind meeting other people occasionally! :) The owner is really helpful and puts a lot of effort into the well-being of their guests, what gets represented in the lovely and very stylish interior (I did not only take photos for the review but also as inspiration for back home as I loved the details!) as well as the uncomplicated communication in case of upcoming questions/concerns. If you come to Rīga and want to upgrade your stay with an exceptional adventure (it kinda feels like that, just without the 'inconvenient' factors of camping), that’s your go-to! The location is great as well if you don’t mind walking a bit, just within a few minutes you are in the center and the market hall is even closer! :)

It was such a fun experience! It had everything - comfortable beds, coffee, dishes, 2 toilets!!, 2 showers, a microwave and many other things, it also had beautiful decorations. We recommend everyone to try this instead of staying in a boring hotel room. The owners were so kind and nice. We are very thankful for letting us stay with our dog, she liked it very much! :)

It was a little bit cold inside the building (not in the van) and there were some problems with water heating, but they have mentioned that it is an historical building and there are some constructions going on so it’s not their fault, we recommend to bring warmer pyjamas if you are going there on winter!

Really cool and unique atmosphere - you can tell the owners put a lot of love and effort into the design. We stayed in the green forest van and it was really cosy despite the cold temperatures outside. The staff texted us in advance to let us know that it might be a little cold so they provided heaters and extra blankets around the entire room. Would definitely recommend!

Such a cool place to stay. Perfect for the people who like old cars and campars and and some nostalgia. Place is situated exactly to the citycenter. You cant sel better place than this. All interio was cool and relevant. You are like way back in time like in 90s or so. Bes was very comfortable and inside very cozy all interior in the car very beautiful. For morning was fresh coffee proovides. What you can ask for more?

Dita and Jänis were very lovely. The place is very original decorated with small and big details done with a lot of love and passion. Very good bed . sleeping in the Van was great. The bathroom and toilet are beautiful. It is situated in a very quiet street and not far from the old town and the center. Everything walking distance. Nearby you have the Central Market of Riga, Shops, Supermarkets and public transport. We definitely recommend It 100% the Urban Van Glamping in Riga. We will see us again😃

The hosts are very lovely couple, check in proces was very easy and quick, they also let my check-in earlier. Location is not really close to the centre but it is not too far maybe around 20 mins, 10 minutes to bus station on foot. The van is very cosy I was in the grey one, I could stand there with my 178cm and had a few centimetres above me still. When I arrive there was a problem with locking the door in the bathroom I let them know and when I got back it was all fixed. The van and the bathroom were nice and clean. You also have a small kitchen counter with small fridge, microwave, coffee machine with small creams and suggar, plates, cup, glasses and cutlery.

One minus, the bath pressure is a little bit lower which is because is an old building, but that was not a problem for me. because they notify you about that. The problem was that when I was showering the temperature kept changing, it was nice and warm and from all of the sudden it changed to cold ice.

The place is very clean and perfectly located close to the city centre. The host is super nice. Our van got locked from the inside and he quickly fixed the problem. There are also some tables and chairs to sit next to the van. The beds are really comfortable

It's a very original way to spend the night. A great experience.

It is a little inconvenient to get up to go to the toilet at night as you have to leave the car and go to the toilet. One could see this place as a small private room with a shared toilet and bathroom. But if you expect that then there is no inconvenience. I was there for the experience not for the comfort.

The hotel is in a perfect place and the idea of thoose vans is just great. Very good coffee, and all clean. I recomend it strongly.

The door handel in the bathroom needs improvement. Its hard to close it inside, and if you at last manage, the opening is even harder. Definitelly, the handle that you can grab in your palm will help, just like they are on outer part of the door.
