Very clean and newly-refurbished room. Had pretty much everything u need for the stay, missed only TV and mini-fridge. Bathroom was good, apart of the noise, that would appear, whenever u use any kind of water-tap, shower, toilet.. but I assume that's a "modern" fit into an old building. Location is extremely convenient-opposite is a railway station, bus station-10 min walking, old town-10 min, art Nouveau streets as well 10 min. Cafes, famous restaurant Lido and local supermarket Rimi-just across the street. A bonus was that I could leave my luggage in the common area after check out, so could explore the city more)

Apart of noise from the bathroom, I had a struggle to lift up my heavy luggage by stairs (no elevator, although 2nd floor only). Additionally, the walls ARE thin, so could hear neighbours.

The location was excellent. With McDonald's and KFC right below the building, it was very convenient for a quick meal. Additionally, just a 3-minute walk uphill allowed easy access to drinks and snacks. If you're planning to use FlixBus, it's about a 10-minute walk to the destination. Lastly, I really appreciate you accommodating my 1 hour late check-in request. Wishing you good health always!

Since we were sharing the same space, I could hear the sound of the door opening and closing quite well, as well as the noise from people entering the room. Also, the hot water in the shower didn’t seem to last very long—roughly around 2 to 3 minutes.

Spacious bedroom really close to the Riga bus station (8 mins walk) and around 13 min walk to the Toem Hall. It's just 3 mins walk to the Train Station. Very spacious room with private bathroom inside. Double bed a table, chair and a wardrobe are in the bedroom. Easy check in. The day I arrived I received the code to get access to the main building and the code to access the hall that gives access to the room. Then the room was open and the keys were left over the table. The keys are to open (a) the hall's door and (b) the room's door.

The windows of my room faced restaurant kitchens and therefore, when I arrived at the room there was a combination of many different food smells from the restaurants, as the windows were left open before my arrival.

The location is very close to the historic city centre and in close proximity to the main railway station of Riga. The room was very clean and well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the Internet connection was fast and reliable. The instructions provided by the host on how to find the place and enter the building were sent on time and clear.

The two floors of the hotel are shared with other owners and the common staircase is rather dark and badly maintained, the smell is quite unpleasant. It is an old building with high floors and no lift and reaching the third floor with a heavy suitcase and with no lift was quite a challenge. -although the curving staircase is really beautiful.

We were nervous about ‘self check in’ as hadn’t done it before, but we were lucky that a lady entering the building at the same time as us got us through the outside door, and we could then gain access using the other key codes given to us, it’s just travelling is tiring and your carrying luggage adds to the pressure! Room was plenty big , huge bathroom and all very clean. Great view,

Maybe have some maps of the area (from the tourist office) and various points of interest to see. Maybe access to a little fridge would be useful.

The self check-in was so smooth, and the location was perfect for me, close to both the old town and the art nouveau area. It felt very safe and was in walking distance to fantastic places to eat. The staff were helpful when I had to rearrange my dates last-minute. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet with great facilities such as a decent-sized wardrobe, a safe, a desk, a good amount of coat hooks and coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom was well fitted out and had a hairdryer.

The only recommendation I have for visitors is that you should bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap if you don't want to use the small amount of combo hair and body wash provided but it wasn't really a problem for me. Other than this very small thing it was an absolutely perfect stay.

I am staying here for the second time because it's very convenient to get to from the station, and the room is very clean and comfortable. The communication is also fast, and I knew what to expect from this place. It definitely matches the price.

I didn't feel safe entering the building because a man, who didn't look very presentable, let me in. He knew the code but didn't go inside himself, and there was a person lying on the stairs. Since I was traveling alone, I didn't feel secure. However, this is not related to the apartment itself, but rather the location.

The location of the flat is great, everything is reachable by walking. Train station just in front, bus stop for the airport nearby, centre of town accessible in 5 minutes. The room was spacious, clean and even though it was in a central location, it was very quiet.

The curtains are pretty much transparent, so the light gets in early in the morning, not helping with sleep. A key or instructions for the safe were not provided and even after reaching out we could not use it.

Very comfortable and clean place with easy check-in. Our room was turned to the street, but because the windows are really well isolated, we didn't hear any noise from the street, which is a plus. Well located: 3min walk to a shopping centre and 10min walk to the main bus station, which is convenient.

Fantastic location next to the train station. Noisy with the window open but it was ok during the night. There is also an ac unit in the room if you prefer he window closed. Communication was good throughout and check in was easy to follow.

Building is definitely on the older side though the room its self was nicely remodeled. WiFi did not appear to be working.
