Hilton is the standart so that what we got. Almost all the way through 👍

When we checked in, the staff was a bit rude talking to each other, used RUS bad words in front of us while we waited for checkin. We were the only 2 people.

Most of the staff was very nice, I liked the cleanness of hotel and room, the location of the hotel is very good, everything in the center can be reached within a few minutes.

I didn't liked that not all supplies was in the room, it can be seen that the hotel is saving money, the water flow is weakened, the tap generally runs out of warm water. The price of the breakfast is too high, it does not correspond to the quality and food range, in addition, the 2 mornings in a row that we visited, food was cold. I would say 3 stars hotel, but definitely not 4.

Nice spacious room and although we were above the main entrance(a street with traffic) and opposite the guest laundry room, it was very pleasantly quiet. I have to again mention the guest laundry room, such a great idea, especially as so many of us were doing quite a bit of travelling around. Such a simple idea and much appreciated.

🤔 Couldn’t think of anything. Apart from perhaps the 25€ price tag for breakfast. Although really this didn’t bother me as there were so many local eateries where we could both breakfast for that price. Seems like a missed opportunity though.

Great position… great breakfast…. Great dinner in the restaurant… staff friendly and helpful ..

There was some sort of constant noise that I was told was the filtration system… sounded like rushing air flowing into the room.. made sleep very difficult (had to wear noise cancelling headphones to bed) and time in the room uncomfortable… complained to front desk.. said it would be checked but nothing was done… when I checked out and I reported the noise again I was told ‘yes we’ve had a few complaints about that… not sure what we can do about it.’ So even with all the positives I would not recommend a stay as I has 3 nights of very poor sleep!!

The location of the hotel was excellent—you step right into Riga’s Old Town, and everything is within walking distance. You can also clearly see Hilton’s standard of comfort and cleanliness throughout the property.

Even though we had already paid the full amount due for our stay, I found it quite inappropriate that a bottle of water—sold for 50 cents in local markets—was priced at €3.5 “for all other guests.” It felt genuinely disrespectful. It’s a frustrating and rather tricky practice, and honestly, I didn’t expect this from Hilton. Additionally, while using the kettle in our room, it suddenly started leaking, causing water to spill everywhere. Some of our belongings got wet as a result. I truly couldn’t understand how such low-quality issues could occur at a place that carries the Hilton name.

An excellent, very modern and stylishly designed hotel in the best part of the city center. All major sights are within a 10-minute walk. There are countless cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and towels were changed daily. The bed was very comfortable, and we also found extra pillows, so we slept very well.

The breakfast was somewhat modest compared to what is usually offered at Hilton hotels. Apart from the local rye and wholegrain bread, the selection of pastries was minimal (no croissant, just local sweet pastries). Aside from the traditional English breakfast and waffles, no other hot dishes were available, and the cheese selection was limited to just two types. We stayed at the hotel for three nights but only had breakfast there once — on the other occasions, we preferred to eat at cafés where we could also enjoy a proper coffee.

Parking. Before coming the website had stated that parking was “first come, first serve” with an aditional option of paying extra for underground parking. Upon arrival we were given a parking fee for 50€ which also included underground parking. It would all be good if they had mentioned in advance that ALL parking spots are billed

As much as needed and a little more. The receptionist offered a welcome drink- sparkling wine- unexpected and more pleasant, even if not necessarily relevant. After forgetting to take a toothbrush and asking if they could help, it was delivered directly to the room with the speed of a minute at no extra charge.

The noise and vibration of the laundry, which could be heard/felt for a significant part of the night, could have been absent. It was explained at the reception in the morning that the room was located several floors different- 6th vs 4th, but this did not make it less uncomfortable.

Very nice, elegant hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very comfy, with a big bed, very quiet and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful, I got a late checkout without any problem. Breakfast was nice, good selection of food, and everybody would find something for themselves. Overall good place to stay!

- The room was supposed to have a fridge, and there was one, but it wasn't cooling. I called reception about this, and the nice lady told me that it's not a fridge, but a mini bar and it doesn't cool things like a usual fridge. From my perspective it didn't cool at all, but what do I know about minibars, right? - Water pressure in the shower was rather weak. I was on the 6th floor so maybe that was the reason?

Perfect location! ALL of the staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour! - Their English is exceptional. The breakfast is outstanding, there is something for EVERYONE! (Even a special table for children, of which the adults seemed to love). At the weekend it is open much later than any other hotel. The Air conditioning is quiet and worked exceptionally well. Despite being in the centre of Riga there is little noise from the out side of the hotel. The cleaning staff do an excellent job! There are actually great views of the city from inside the hotel ~ Find them...

I would have liked a bath. I would have liked a FREE bottle of water in the room after our travels. The main doors of neighbouring rooms were very noisy when they slammed shut and shook the whole room. Not enough English TV channels. I was not impressed with having interconnecting doors from one room to another. ( I know they are safe from a security aspect, however from a noise aspect I was not impressed! I could hear the women talking in their room and their TV)
