Due to some technical issues we did not stay at Barona, but were offered to stay in Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel instead. We also got a free upgrade and were very happy about everything. Special thank you to the wonderful staff members in Radisson Ridzene, both in reception and the bar. Super friendly and helpful!

The location in the very city core is excellent. There are shops, eateries all around, a train station and a bus terminal, and the old town is about a kilometre away. Friendly and knowledgeable receptionist, fast check-in and -out. The entire hotel and the room are clean and tidy. The kitchenette is equipped with a sufficient set of crockery and cutlery, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave and an electric cooker. The bed is comfortable, the number of TV channels is sufficient, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. Rooms with courtyard views are quiet.

Apart from the monotonous courtyard view, there is nothing to complain about. If only you could think about a solution where you can see the TV screen from the kitchen corner, maybe you could install a swivel TV set.

This was the best apartment hotel we have stayed in so far, it is 10/10 and possibly the best place to stay in Riga. Definitely recommended for families with children as well as couples or even business. Receptionists Jana, Tatjana and Ieva made our stay with a small baby so comfortable that we literally felt at home. I did not mention the design of the hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, the lighting is beautiful. The lobby is perfect for meeting friends for coffee or a glass of wine. The purity is beyond doubt. The location is just perfect, close to everything, a very quiet area. Hope we get back soon. Thanks a lot!

Only washing machine was missing in the room, Id be happy to have at least one laundromat in the building.

We had 1 year old baby and room with shower. Hotel has provided bath for our little one which she loved! Scale was also provided and toiletries. Park Inn has exceed our expectations! possibly the best bed I have ever had in the hotel, the same for the duvet cover, we slept very well, we loved the big size windows and the view from it, as we were on the 6th floor, the hotel stuff was super nice and helpful, thank you!

a bit disappointed because of the insufficient equipment of the kitchenette and the maintenance of the bathroom, the bathroom ist stylish (like whole apartment) but I would appreciate if there is a door for the shower and if it's better maintained ...

This is a great hotel to stay at. The location is ideal for transit, or walking. The rooms (or apartments) were spacious, and offered amazing views of the city. If you're looking for something with vintage or old world charm, this isn't it. But, if you want a comfortable, modern place to stay, with all the amenities of a small apartment, then you can't go wrong with Park Inn Barona.

It's minor, but the reception lobby always smelled of cigarette smoke. I couldn't tell if was the staff smoking in the office, or if it was coming from an adjacent courtyard restaurant patio.

Friendly and welcoming staff, stylish furnishings, daily cleaning, location, TV in bedroom as well as living room area, quiet aircon. It's a great property overall and one of the very few in Riga that provides quality apart-hotel facilities.

Noise in the room facing Lacplesa street from the traffic outside. Friday and Saturday night especially loud with bikes and party goers. Would be nice to have smart tv with youtube and netflix apps. For longer stays self-service/ per weight or bag laundry would be appreciated, as the by item laundry offered by the hotel would quickly break the bank otherwise

Bit cold in the room, worm floor in bathroom could be a perfect solution. Still no breakfast, but very close to hotel there are many nice cafe with breakfast, we had in "Rosemarine" - very good. And there is no parking. There are several Europark near by hotel, but payment only cash by coins - not really convinient.

The terrace on the 7th floor was breathtaking! It was quieter than expected. The room was spacious and has all the facilities and a kitchenette that was handy. Coffee shops, bakeries, shops were nearby and the old town just a few minute walk away.

The floor all over the apartment shakes with the bypassing trams. It is not bothersome, but just a bizarre feeling

We loved our stay in the apartament, perfect place for 3 people. We arrived very late night, stuff been very polite. In apartament is,everything what you need. Eaven iron and desk, microwave, Eaven can cook food...everything was perfect, definitely coming next time there. Location is perfect in centre.
