There are a lot of options for food, drinks, groceries and pharmacies around the hotel. As well as being within walking distance of the old town. The bed was comfortable and the room, although quite small, was more than enough for a couple of days, with a wardrobe and minibar. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy, and there was no hassle or bureaucracy. I did not use any of the services nor needed help, but the staff I interacted with were nice and polite.

Disclaimer: for the price you pay, these downsides are rather acceptable for me. Noting here for others to be aware. The room wasn't spotless, although not necessarily dirty either (dust, some strands of hair, etc). The minibar is really small and takes quite a while to refrigerate. There is not much sound isolation, and you can hear other guests in the hall/corridor. There was also some kind of construction in the internal patio, which sometimes got a bit loud. The showerhead was cracked, which made the water go untamed, and the support was broken.

Super sweet and compact hotel. The staff was absolutely lovely and super helpful, since the place is small you see the same faces (reception, breakfast and cleaners) all the time when you stay for a longer period and even get to know each other which is really nice in my opinion:) Everything worked perfectly and was really clean. Made it feel like home.

The breakfast was small but had a little bit of everything so overall a nice choice. The gym was a bit worn-out. The only thing that really bothered me, though, were the creeking floors of the corridor so whenever someone walked past you would wake up in your room because it felt like someone was right there.

This is a great, cozy hotel in a very convenient location. I have stayed here many times and am always impressed by the look of the hotel--a nicely renovated older building with a touch of elegance--the comfort in the rooms, the amazing buffet breakfast, and above all, the excellent front desk staff who are always friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed by Aleksandra, but the hotel seems to always have very cheerful and helpful staff.

WiFi is a little sketchy in the rooms. I had some trouble with a Zoom meeting. I find it best to use a WiFI hotspot from my phone. This is the #1 thing I wish the hotel could improve.

The location is a little ways away from the city center, but still very central. Over a pub, but those window panes did a lot of work to make music & bass minimally invasive. The washing machine SAVED MY LIFE. Also, YAY hot drinks!!

My room's walls were not perpendicular (trapezoid ceiling, sorta?), and that could drive some people crazy. Electric outlets in uncomfortable locations (sink, low wall), and far from the reasonable positions (desk, bedtable). Also, very minimal horizontal surfaces -- personally I like a comfortable table/board to organize my stuff.

it’s an old building adapted as a hotel and it’s decorated that way. the building has an inside courtyard and rooms nad hallways are panelled in old wood. staff was very accomodating and the location is very close to the old centre, but also near fun bars and restaurants in the wider centre area. the neighbourhood is pleasant and safe.

it’s an old building and that comes with a lot of sounds: creaking floors, you can hear when people in the other rooms are using the shower or opening/closing doors so if someone is sensitive to that or a light sleeper, it’s not ideal. the room is quite small - almost like a bedroom in a flat, so it’s a bit difficult to navigate once you have all your luggage in there as well. the utilities in the bathroom are not very logically situated: shower is too close to the sink, the toilet is very close to the corner, the mirror is next to the sink, not over it and there is very little room to put your toilertries. but this is also something that comes with adapting old buildings to other purposes.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is close to theatre and also price/quality ratio is good. Hotel is located in art deco building(s) and also rooms are decorated accordingly. In most of the rooms are spacious bathrooms with bath which is very nice. Also in most of the rooms is small fridge. There is free fresh coffee in lobby 24/7 and hotel features also a 24/7 small gym.

It has been a constant problem that gym is anything but clean. Mostly all things are laying all around and there is even no cleansing materials available to use. Quality of cleaning may vary and sometimes it is not excellent.

Great staff, tasty breakfast, inner courtyard area. Good location close to where I wanted to go and easily accessible from the airport or train/bus main station. Bathroom was cute and clean. Bed very comfortable. 24/7 reception was very convenient especially when attending late evening events. Free water/coffee available in the reception area as well as a small selection of drinks (soft drinks, beer, wine) for purchase.

Slightly more noisy than expected due to creaking wooden floors - but that's understandable in an old building. Apart from people walking in the corridor, nothing was disturbing me in the room. If the inner courtyard had better wifi connection, it would've been very pleasant for working during the day.

I didn't order breakfast, even though the hotel offers this option. Instead, I enjoyed a coffee and a freshly baked pastry at a café around the corner—they were absolutely delicious. As for the hotel itself, it's a charming boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere that reflects the elegance of the past century, while still featuring modern furniture. The bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub, though the floor tiles were slightly cracked and a bit loose in some places. However, the beautiful pattern on them made it feel more like part of the hotel’s character rather than a flaw. The same goes for the entrance and staircase, which perfectly capture the early 20th-century Art Nouveau style typical of Riga. The location is right in the city center, next to a stunning cathedral. On Sunday mornings, you might wake up to the sound of church bells, which adds to the charm of the old town. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are pleasantly reasonable. Overall, it's a great option for a short stay!

Super value for money! The room was small but looked nice and was comfortable for a solo traveller. Surprisingly quite a lot of closet and storage space. Perfect for a quick stay at the city centre as the location was a short walk away from everything in the main area. The staff was also very kind and the hotel was overall very nice and quiet.

The room and especially the bathroom were pretty cold. I understand that it's an old building and my visit was in march so it's probably a lot better in the summer. Overall clean but the floor under the bed seemingly hadn't been dusted in a while. I think the room could also benefit from having warmer toned lighting but that may very well just be personal preference.

Room was spacious and light. Staff welcomed us on arrival and we’re very friendly. Room was cleaned once whilst there and that was enough as we were only there 3 nights. Breakfast was ok but not worth €10. Great location. Manana bar/restaurant is on the next corner to your right. Great place. Old town is around a 10/15 minute walk and you see some beautiful sights along the way. Radisson Blu has a sky bar on their rooftop. Stunning views and cocktails are around €9 - €12. Well worth visiting for the view. Walk around the side streets and you’ll find hidden pockets.
