Everything was great because Mosaic is a well- established hotel accommodation in the most impressive central part of the city with the great architecture and city life. It offers hospitality and good hotel customer services to its guests. But there was a problem with heating. It was expected that the central heating would automatically turn on in the evening but it didn't and that could be a municipality issue because at another hotel in Riga not far from the city centre the central heating would work every day during the evening hours. So surviving with the heater was a bit less fun but okay.

The hotel is clean and well located; in the city center but quiet.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything; the room I booked didn't have an en suite but a shared bathroom which wasn't stated very clearly but the bathroom facilities were nice and well kept

Great location right in the Art Nouveau neighbourhood, close to the old town. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was simple but comfortable and clean.

It wasn't so easy to find as the hotel is not right on the main street, but hidden in between other buildings in the inner block. For the same reason my room had a view over the dumpster. I didn't mind a great deal, but some people might. Moreover, the walls in my room weren't entirely sound proof - both nights I was falling asleep to the sound of another guest's snoring on one side and all sorts of bathroom noises on the other side.

Hotel located in the center of the Riga, nice and safe area. Rooms are clean and breakfast were provided (however, could be a little bit more food options). Pictures of the room in the advertisement correspond to the real situation. This hotel is good option if you need to stay in the city center with breakfast.

Breakfast did not have so many options: like bread, ham, and eggs (but for 5 Є I think it's OK breakfast). The room was smaller than I expected, so take it into account.

Locations is very good, close to the city centre, old city, many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was silent at night, but maybe because I was not during the season, not many visitors. Bed is firm, comfortable, heating adjustable.

The shower basin was blocked,,,,not much space for things to take out of the suitcase, but managable for the 2 days stay. I was not informed there was a general sitting room with possibility to make own tea.

I was amazed by cleanness: everything was so clean! Visitors can cook on their own in a clean and well-equipped kitchen. Those who wished could have breakfast for an additional fee of 5 euros (the buffet was set for a light breakfast).

Beds on wheels without locks. The bedding (bed linen) is white and clean, but feels like it is made of unnatural fabric.

The cleanliness of the room and the whole facility was just perfect. The linen were clean and in good condition 👌. The male reception I met upon my arrival was amazing. He professionally guided me, and the first night shift female receptionist was equally great and approachable. I liked her services. The location of the facility is also great. Therefore, it's not easy to get lost. I'm grateful to the management team 🙏

Location is good: 15 min walk to the center it was clean hotel There is few pubs and restaurants around as well as few supermarkets

Pillow were not good had to pay extra 10 euro per night for a private bathroom For the same price, there was multiple option in the center instead of having to walk back and forth everyday No free water in the room (don't know if the water is drinkable from the tap though)

Hotel is placed very near city centre, which is great. Rooms and equipment was on a more frugal side but overall good value for the money.

Walls are not exactly the thickest, so you can hear your neighbours. Also the staff could have informed us beforehand, that we cannot park in the backyard of the hotel and that we need to use another parking lot 5 minute walk away.
