Easy checkin, good location, nice apartment overall. Large fridge/freezer, good kitchen, ok large bed in bedroom

No balcony, and the sofa was gross. The description states 'balcony'. There isn't a balcony, there is a large window door that openes, but there isn't one inch of outdoor space. I was a solos traveler, I walked into the apt and the sofa bed was made up in addition to there being a bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed occupied most of the living room, so I folded up the sofa bed so I can sit on a sofa. I found the main sofa seat in the closet. It was ripped, very used, ugly, actually quite gross. I covered it with a blanket. Though I assume they made up the unnecessary sofa bed since the sofa itself was gross. They should invest in a new sofa with the price they charge.

Lovely spacious apartment, only a few minutes walk from the centre of the old city of Riga. I would buy this place if I could! Great layout and everything you need. Will definitely stay again.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, and the pillows really need changing for new ones. The drawers in the bathroom need revamping. Would be nice to have complimentary toiletries provided (although the host did kindly bring some on request).

The apartment is very centrally located in a quiet corner of the old city, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean and the with most of the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Simple chexk-in process, despite arriving late at the place.

The property is clean and warm and in good location.

The sofa chair is torn in different places and uncomfortable. It would have been good to mention that the property has stairs because my aunt found it difficult with her bad knees.

Very central big apartment in the middle of Riga, comfy and cosy in a very nice building close to transports. The host was very reactive when I had questions! I recommend this apartment!

As improvements: - the instructions to enter the apartment could be more detailed - the shampoo & shower gel could be included

Generous space, sparkling clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and furniture. The park opposite was gorgeous in the sunny Spring weather, and we had proximity to all the points of interest.

Nice flat in a good location. Clean. The bed was so comfortable.

Stuff from previous tenants like shampoos, coffees , herbs could be left it is very handy when staying for a few days.

good location to explore center of the city, underground parking facility near-by, remote check-in, historical building, clean rooms, quiet neighbors, kitchen facilities in the apartment, good communication from hosts.

Very accomodating host. The apartment was nice, warm and has a perfect location. The photos are accurate representation what you can expect. The security deposit has been refunded.

Would be nice to have available some toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, etc. But not a big deal.
