Nice view with premium rooms

Booking let me know that I will be having free parking but thats not the case. Gym+Spa use only for 2,5H and only once. I would like to go gym on the arrival date and next morning. Also i would like to go gym and spa on different time otherwise spa time will be too short

Fantastic location, comfortable and quiet room with great views. Restaurant and bars surprisingly great, not just average “hotel food”. Staff is lovely, helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the spa as part of our package every day, also super clean and great quality pools and saunas. Make sure you book a room that has it included. It has child-friendly and also adult-only hours. Skybar views are fantastic and very tasty food and cocktails, a real special occasion.

I liked everything, had a tiny issue with shower head in bathroom which was fixed speedily. We came in August when it is not conference season, but bear in mind this is the biggest conference centre in the country, so when there is one, am sure it gets really busy so worth checking upfront.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a short business trip to Riga, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The care and attention they provided were truly remarkable. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. My room was both spacious and immaculate, offering a very comfortable environment to relax after a busy day of work. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Riga. A big thank you to the hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable!

There was a small issue with the bank guarantee during my reservation, but I must mention that the hotel staff handled it professionally, and everything was resolved in the end without any problems.

Generally pleasant experience. I stayed in a Superior Type room, which was quite small, but the facilities were okay and the room was clean. The large TV was a nice touch, although the screen-sharing function didn’t work well with my phone or my friend's phone. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start the day. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a relaxing escape. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant were very nice, and the food was delightful.

However, I did encounter some issues with the regulations at the spa. There wasn't staff present to oversee the area, which led to guests behaving inappropriately and not following the rules. People were taking pictures and videos, potentially capturing others without their consent, and nobody seemed to address it. I would recommend that the hotel limit phone usage in the spa to maintain its atmosphere as a relaxation space. Furthermore, guests were being loud, jumping into the water, and not using towels in the saunas. I believe that it should not be the responsibility of guests to manage unruly behavior from others.

The view. Amazing view over Riga. Lovely and comfortable room. As it's a conference hotel, its catered for the business side of things. As a family, we went downstairs to the spa area which was lovely. Lucky our boys are old enough for the age criteria after 18.00 as it was closed to younger families then. (Fair enough!). It was really lovely to relax after our travels. The gym looked very good too.

For the price, it should be two rooms for a family rather than sofa bed for the extra two. Again, for the price, maybe some complimentary local chocolates left in the room, considering its a family. Four robes instead of just two, seeing that we were four in the booking.

The room was as shown in the pictures, though the bathroom was older and could use a renovation for a 4-star hotel. The bed was large and comfortable, with plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was the highlight, with a huge variety of food, and eggs cooked to order. You also get 2.5 hours of spa and gym access daily. The hotel provides good quality rubber slippers and towels, and we took the bathrobes from the room.

What I didn’t like was the lack of a lounge area after leaving the sauna. There are two dry saunas and one wet sauna, a nice pool, and jacuzzi, but it was unpleasant to have kids screaming at the pool.

Check in was flawless, as was check out. The staff were excellent always a smile on their faces and very helpful. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast was out of this world. Gluten and Vegan clientele also well catered for. A lovely ambiance throughout. Very clean and appointed.

Lack of storage space no draws. Very little hangers, when more requested never showed up. No USB PORTS had to go down to reception to loan a free plug which had two ports on it.

Everything, fabulous hotel, excellent location, breakfast outstanding, quality and quantity of food at breakfast was superb, all staff so helpful.

If I was to complain, beds are too soft & you have to pay to use of pool/sauna, €25 for 2.5 hours, which I thought was expensive.

3rd time at hotel. Great hotel, Great location Hotel management excellent. they do as much as possible to make your stay enjoyable.

This time was our 3rd stay at this hotel as in the past it was excellent. .. This hotel is great. Tho this time for some unknown reason we woke up with bites,,we did report it near end of our stay and nothing was found in the room after the hotel did a professional inspection with a pest control agentcy. Somehow we got these bites but it still not explained how? Another issue ,noticed this time,, was lady of the night in the lobby area around the lifts area and where the cash machine is located,, being propositioned in such a nice hotel should not happen. Would still recommend this hotel very highly despite these problems on our 3rd visit..the management do there best to make you happy and im sure these issues were one offs and rarely happen.

I absolutely loved my stay—from the seamless check-in experience to the smooth check-out. The room was cozy and comfortable, offering a beautiful view of Old Riga, which made the stay even more special. The only minor downside was the SPA, as it was quite crowded, but the staff was very accommodating and suggested visiting the next morning. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take them up on the offer due to our plans, but their effort was appreciated. One of the highlights of the stay was the Voodoo Olympic Casino, which is conveniently located right next to the hotel, with an entrance just steps from the reception. The atmosphere there was simply electrifying—great music from the DJ, an impressive selection of delicious cocktails, and an unforgettable dining experience. We tried the ribs, and they were absolutely divine—so tender they melted in your mouth! The next morning, the breakfast spread was just as impressive—an excellent selection of fresh, flavorful dishes to start the day right. Overall, this stay was a fantastic combination of comfort, entertainment, and top-notch service. Can't wait to return!
