Ideal location, very central. The host is helpful and communicative. Instructions to find the key box were clear. Apartment is very big, has kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and living room. So much space and is decorated nicely. We liked almost everything about the apartment.

The only issue was mold in the bathroom shower area. For people with mold allergy you could not take a shower. But this was the only downside of the apartment so if mold doesn't bother you, I would still recommend this stay

The apartment was huge and spacious. It was a bit difficult to find the key left outside the staircase, but it was not a problem, more than fun. Warm and bright apartment with an interesting interior.

It could be more kitchen utilities like plates, glasses for water or wine, and cups in the apartment.

- The place is bit worn up - Only in a telephone conversation, when asked about it, host advised that the fireplace is only for decoration and should not be used "for more than 2 hours" because of some crack in the wall - It would be fair to indicate this information in the apartment advertisement, so that people could look at other options. - No wood was available. Host advised he will ask his colleague to bring some wood the next day, but noone actually came. - You will be asked to make a returnable deposit of 40 EUR - Parking is expensive in this part of the city.

Apartment was slightly old but very nice. Top floor (6th) with view over rooftops. Good kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, a filter coffe brewer, and a water boiler. Plenty of power outlets. Plenty of space for us two persons. Four persons would still be plently of space. Read instruction for key pickup carefully, a bit complex. Close to the city center and bus stop outside. Nice café with breakfast around corner.

considering the amount of people, a second set of keys would have been nice. Also, there could have been more dishes .

Pillows and bedsheets are very old There is no essential in the toilet except hand wash and toilet paper. Towels are very old and smelly

So this accommodation is in amazing locality, very comfortable. We spent there few days during cold winter and we loved it Actually I would buy this flat having spare cash. Really. I mean it. Very good pillows and heating, very very cozy.

The place is near the centre and its probably one of the cheapest in this area in Riga. The apartment is big, and it has a lot of useful things, like hair dryer, iron, microwave and coffee maker. I would definitely recommend it to everyone coming to the beautiful capital of Latvia.
