The room was okay, and bed wasn’t too soft. The view from the room was beautiful.

The pillows were too soft. Not comfortable at all. It wasn’t possible to use the shower, because for the first 5min it was only cold water, and after that it was boiling water. If you keep the windows open (because the A/C wasn’t working and lack of ventilator) it was very loud in the room from the main street. Found a spider in our bathroom on the next day. Someone with a phobia wouldn’t be happy to have such a guest in their bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel in Riga and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was spotless, with an incredible view that really added to the charm of the stay. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I also appreciated the high-quality bath accessories and found the bed exceptionally comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. All in all, though, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for the cleanliness, amenities, and beautiful views.

One aspect that could be improved was the attitude of the staff. I would have liked to feel more welcomed by both the barmen and the reception team. A more polite and helpful approach would have made the experience perfect.

The bed was super comfy, the view from 7th floor amazing, the room was clean with complentary water, coffee, tea. It was located in a perfect spot for us since we had to take a really early bus to the airport. The bus stop was a few steps away.

Ordered the breakfast to go, and I expected something else for 13€. There was a little bottle of water, an apple, a ham cheese sandwitch, a small youghurt and a muesli bar (which actually was the tastiest) Also had some technical issues with the air con machine, should have asked for help, i'm sure it would have been fixed.

I always return to Radisson hotels and I like this one because the staff are so nice and it is not full of party tourists as it is ten minutes from the city on tram. I was on 10th floor with balcony and amazing view of sunsets. Room is very comfortable and clean, housekeeping great. I chose to take breakfast some mornings, not every day.

Only downside is last year, I had Italian and French TV channels but they were in process of changing IT service so TV was very limited choice. I like to always have TV as a background, especially in colder weather.

Room nice and clean. We stayed in a standard room, so it wasn't very specious but big enough to fit 3 of us (one in sofa bed). Breakfast was very good, big selection of food, all looked fresh and was tasty. Gym - small but it is there in case you feel like doing some exercise.

Parking - it is extra, it is only 9 euros, if I remember right, but it would be a nice touch if that was included. The sofa bed was not made ready on our arrival, but staff got all we needed quickly. When booked I requested one room to have double bed, but when arrived we were advised they don't have that kind of rooms available anymore. Wasn't a big deal for us, but an option to upgrade seemed like a bit of making money out of us.

We took two rooms because we were two adults and two 10 year old kids, but we got room in different end of corridor it was so uncomfortable, also one room was with almost non working toilet water tank. The weather were crazy and isolation in rooms are so terrible like you feel as you sleeping outside with that crazy wind blowing. In the restaurant waitress hadn’t come for 10 min, when finally after two times asking I stand and go to ask for menu they told that they don’t have pizza anymore, so menu is just spaghetti and salad… Parking lot also crazy, almost no space and others left car without thinking how other people will have to drive out.

Staff were friendly, the room spacious. Amenities etc were available. Nice place.

The location is slightly far from centre but there are buses, bolt and walking is 30 minutes. We would like to have a double room instead of the twin. The pillows are very thin and not really comfortable but I noticed all Park Inn hotels I stayed recently have changed to these ones unfortunately. Also our room had an internal door connecting it to another one. The people staying at the other one came back at 5am and they were trying to open that door which gave us a scare.

We had an issue with our air conditioning and they were very nice and effective. We had to move to another room and all the hassle was definetly worth it since they gave us a bigger room with an amazing view. They also offered us cupons for free drinks. Both of the rooms were extremely beautiful and clean! You are very close to all the key means of transport and there is a super nice shopping centre nearby. If you are up to a walk the city centre is just 30 mins away and the way there is very picturesque.

Thank you for the upgrade — it was much appreciated, especially since the room we were initially given was rather noisy.

The restaurant was unfortunately very poorly managed. We experienced an unusually long wait for our order, the pizza chef appeared visibly frustrated, and many guests around us seemed dissatisfied. Only two waitresses were left to manage the entire dining area, rushing from table to table under pressure. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Perfect location, 2 bus or trolley stops to Old City. When you walk through the city, no need to go back - just hop on a tram nr.1 or nr.5 at Grecinieku Street (near the Akmens bridge) and it will take you back to the hotel. Amazing city view from the 9th floor. Rich breakfast. Comfy beds. Kind personnel. Shopping mall Olimpia is 10min walk or 1 bus stop away.

I was staying with 2 kids, with sofa bed extended for sleeping, there was little place left to move around and open the balcony.
