Location was brilliant. 20 min walk over the bridge to the old town. The rooftop bar/restaurant had great views. Rooms were comfortable but not outstanding. Breakfast was also good. Though not much vegan choices .

The facilities were not included namely the sauna and the fitness room. Not one person used the sauna at all the 4 days I was there. It was 50 euros an hour! or fitness room (except me)because I complained I received a 24 hour use and I was the only one in there over that time because it was extra. They advertised a 4 star hotel but do not include this as part of it. And in order to find that these facilities are extra, booking.com , you have buried the details to the very bottom where it should be stated at the top of the page that they are extra as this is falsely advertised as an included facility by showing the photos and stating in the introduction that the hotel has a spa and fitness centre.

"tired 4*" hotel. Bath curtain and towel had some small spots (not dirty, but maybe it's time to change those to new ones). Basically, small renovation would be good No slippers Friendly receptionist but somehow he didn't tell breakfast time and location and we forgot to ask. Found that info in booking.com though

Good breakfast, wide selection, good quality food. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Free parking is a big advantage. If you are traveling by car, this is an excellent choice.

I was surprised by the staff's claim that the minibar did not need to be cooled. It was plugged into the mains, yet the temperature inside was at least the same as the room temperature (or even higher). What's more, the back of the minibar was clearly hot, as is usually the case with refrigerators. I don't understand why they call it a minibar and what it's supposed to be used for. And why is it plugged in at all??? They also promised to replace it, but nothing happened. So I deducted points for the amenities and staff.

We chose the hotel to not have to worry about parking in Riga. It was a 25 minute walk across the bridge to the centre, so if you enjoy walking, it is a perfectly good place to stay. I'm sure there are also public transport options / taxis etc. The room was a bit bigger than usual with a separate sitting area as well. The hotel is nice, nothing too special, but clean and had everything you would need. A proper hotel. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and everything went smoothly even though we happened upon rush hour. We had a good night's sleep, the beds were great. There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel that was actually a great visit as there are a few brand discount shops.

The air conditioning is great for temperature, but the airflow is too harsh (windy) to leave it on constantly. The bathroom was spacious, but with strangely few places to hang towels or put clothes while in the shower. All in all, these things did not impact our one night stay negatively.

The hotel is located right across the river on the other side of the bridge, opposite the Old Town. We arrived at the hotel by car and there was plenty of space to park. Parking, almost in the city center, is free. Check-in at the hotel was quick and smooth. We got a room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view. The room was large and very well equipped. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people in the hotel at the time, the environment was pleasantly quiet. The climate in the room was also pleasant, because the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies all night. The breakfast was ok, but a wider choice would have raised the level. All in all, a good hotel if you want to visit the Old Town of Riga.

Free parking, the rooftop terrace, city centre is close by.

There are two parking areas, by the side and in the back of the hotel. Somewhy the whole time ca 20 spots at the main parking area (by the side) where closed off for buses: easily for 5 buses (too optimistic perhaps?) but we only saw one. So the cars had no space there and had to go to the back area. A bit mismanaged parking, but not a dealbraker. Some lack of simple logic: the bathroom was huge, but only 2 small hooks for towels 2 m away from bath and sink. There was a full unused wall where you could attach 50 hooks easily.

One of the hotels most visited by groups of travellers. Big rooms with all amenities available, good breakfast with plenty of choices. Reception was quick and helpful even if the hotel was crowded. At a walking distance from the city center. There is a shopping center right near the hotel. Has a restaurant with a view at the last floor. very good value for money.

Noisy tourists on the same floor in the first night, luckily they were gone in the second day. Towels were not changed in the last day although we placed them in the tub.

It is relatively close to the old center, you can cross the bridge on foot, but there is heavy traffic and noise and chemical pollution from too many cars.

The breakfast is not exactly 4-star, I just came from another 4-star hotel in another country and I was able to compare. If you close the window, you can no longer hear the cars passing on those streets, as the hotel is located at an intersection.

A great location, especially if you come by car, but the old town is within walking distance and the walk across the river is nice if the weather is good; also, a shopping center is close to the hotel. Breakfast is great, wifi is fine, and parking is free.

This is not exactly a 5-star hotel, but for this price, you should not expect a palace or anything like that. If the weather is very bad, then walking to the old town is not that pleasant as the river is wide and the bridge can get muddy.

We stayed for my birthday (as well as the event in Ramava for work). I kindly asked for a room in higher floor, but we got one on 3rd... Breakfast was really nice though, a lot to choose from. The restaurant at the top floor closes at 23:00.. on Saturday.. and there was a lot of people staying in the hotel, so everybody was crowding the bar at the first floor, where it was cold because of the rotating entrance door and limited space. There is no public pool/sauna time for guests (for a fee or included in a room price), you have to order that for your group only so price is steep, probably meant for bigger events and groups only. Room was ok.
