The mattress was firm enough to qualify as gym equipment, and sadly, extra blankets weren’t an option to soften the experience. Oh well! On the bright side, the room was spacious and surprisingly cozy. Breakfast was a bit of a lottery — some mornings were a delight, others felt more like a budget adventure. Still, the variety was nice. The bathroom had lovely-smelling soap and a hairdryer, which we appreciated. No bathrobes, though — so bring your own spa vibes. Speaking of which, the spa itself was actually quite pleasant and a nice way to unwind. Towels were changed sometimes… but oddly, not when we actually needed them. One time, we ended up politely hunting down a cleaner in the hallway for a fresh set. Yes, the hotel could really use a full renovation — it’s showing its age — but despite all that, we had a comfy and enjoyable stay.

Despite its modest exterior, this hotel is truly remarkable. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The SPA facilities have been recently renovated and are in very good condition. Breakfast offered a wide selection, especially of hot dishes, and with three coffee machines available, there was never a wait to use them. A highlight for families is the delightful playroom for children, featuring countless toys and even an inflatable castle. Although the hotel’s surrounding area is still being restored after the summer storm, it didn’t affect our experience as the sea is just a 5-minute walk away.

Nice place, near the sea. We loved tke SPA zone. We relaxed very well. Beds in room was comfortable, we sleep good too. Breakfast was deliciuos and we like it very!! Thanks , we recomend

room was super clean - huge thanks to room ladies! not so often you can find such clean rooms in hotels, all bedsheets, bathroom and even the balcony! Breakfast was perfect too! tasty, good quality!

price for night too high. but it is not about hotel. it's more about Jurmala itself. the quality of town is not so really perfect, that the prices for stay should be so expensive around. if there would be cheaper, we would stay at this hotel not for 2 nights.. we would take week.

This is Jurmala, which speaks for itself. A quiet, peaceful place under the crowns of pine trees, the hotel has a good SPA center, sauna, Turkish hamam (steam room), swimming pool. Very friendly team, I am very grateful to everyone. One incident occurred that further strengthened my respect for the staff: having left the hotel, my wife discovered that she had lost her smartphone. The smartphone was found by the staff and returned. Well done!

Breakfast was big and tasty, quite big choice of different dishes. Very nice pool to relax and swim. Calm location near the sea. Very friendly staff at the swimming pool desk.

Standard for the price was quite low, old windows and broken balcony ( what was quite dangerous for children). But it depends which room you have, we had two rooms and one was fine and second one was a economy standard with disapoiting standard for the price paid.

Smaller room, than my previous stay, and actually smaller than expected. In my opinion is not worth it. Go for bigger room if there's a choice. Price difference is negligible. Place looks a little run down. Occasional rust here and there, chipped tile. Stuff like that. But no mold, and everything is clean, so not a big deal. TV channels were lackluster, but I did not visit to watch TV so also not a big deal.

The Superior Room had a bedroom and a TV room with couch. Really warm inside both rooms. The staff was very friendly. SPA zone has a nice swimming pool and two different Saunas. Breakfast had wide options of very tasty food to choose from. All stay was perfect on Valentines day, we had even a really nice, festive surprise waiting on the room table prepared by the staff on arrivals 🙂

Sometimes it's not easy to find a way you want to get to. Lack of informative signs, but still manageable.

Good location and price, very old style, but really clean, nice time in the swimming pool with small kids. Value for price is really good. Breakfast isn’t the best in the world but for that price- its ok.

Some stuff in swimming pool don’t speak English and is very unfriendly but the others are nice and friendly!

Surroundings of the hotel, calm atmosphere at hotel, high ceilings in the room. I liked that there are no electronical keys used to lounch the lift or enter the room. The breakfast was excellent and tasted so much! Also the selectin of salad was super and they were really tasty.
