The breakfast was great, with variety of choice, everthing very tasty and nothing ran out. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the bus stop for airport bus, across railway station and near the city centre.

The curtain in our room didn't fully close which was annoying with the light coming in in the morning. The water cattle did not work and some electric outlets as well.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

We found a receipt from a previous guest on the floor under the table, which did not give the impression of a very clean hotel. Additionally, the deposit release took an unusually long time. There was no available parking, and the interior felt worn out and damaged.

Almost everything. BUT.... the restaurant was closed !!! I understand it is the quiet season, but this hotel, like myself has repeat guests all year around I like to have a meal and or snacks and there was no option. As you see, I have scored highly and have repeat bookings made already, but they do need to offer an all year round consistency, even if hours and options are reduced. Nuts and crisps aren't for everyone. I also appreciate that other places are close by.... but, they are not in the hotel. At point of booking and post booking, it was not mentioned...... All said, thanks for a great stay 👍

Great location especially if catching airport bus (No. 22), as bus stop on the way into the city is just past the hotel on the other side of the road (get off at bus stop called Autoosta), and to return to the airport, you can catch the bus right outside the hotel (bus stop called 13.janvara iela - look for small sign with aeroplane on it at the bus stop). Easy walk from hotel to many of the main attractions, and there is a large shopping centre (Galerija Centrs) less than 10 minutes walk away. Our hotel room on fourth floor overlooked Riga Central Markets, and was quiet. TV was good (click on the Guide on remote control to find English-speaking films). Breakfast was satisfactory with hot items like scrambled eggs and meats, as well as cereals and fruit (no muesli, but granola was in a small bowl on another table). Pamphlets on attractions available near the lifts. Staff were polite.

Would have preferred muesli instead of other cereals on offer, but this is a good hotel, so would be happy to stay here again.

A really great hotel! It sits right by the airport bus (No 22) route which is a great start. It also sits on the edge of the old town so it is right behind the hotel. It is also just a few minutes walk from the central station if you want to take day trips out of the city. The hotel is really modern and clean and light inside with a very impressive lobby and atrium. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and our room had a nice city view from 3 windows (as well as another window looking into the atrium). The room was very clean and comfortable and a good size with a modern big bathroom. The room had all the facilities you would expect of a good hotel - a safe, fridge, tea and coffee. Also a complimentary large bottle of water. The breakfast room was spacious and well laid out so even when quite busy you could get to things you wanted. The breakfast was excellent - hot and cold food, fruit, meats, cheeses, breads etc, and it had long opening hours with very attentive and well-trained staff. The hotel also had 2 very fast lifts so you never had to wait long for one even with its 8 floors. I couldn't fault the place.

Returning 3rd or 4th time with small kids, will come again! It’s comfortable and safe, so close to all public transport. The big bed is big and sofa in room 602 is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and to the Old Town, so very accessible. Our room was a good size, with a desk, sofa, bar fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee, and we had a good view from our window. The air-conditioning is cleverly interlocked with the window, so you can either have the window open, or the air-conditioning, on as you choose - both were effective. The beds and covers were without a doubt the best i have ever slept on in an hotel. Breakfast was good, with an excellent range of foods, plenty of seating and not too crowded. Staff were helpful and efficient. We would happily stay there again.

Location of the hotel is OK - close to bus, train and trams, from the other side close to restaurants and the old town. The area is as pretty as it can in Riga. It is a developing country. We went to the gym on site twice - if there were more people it would have been already crowded as there is one main machine to do everything on it and one thread mill, one bicycle and so on.

We didn't like this stupid thing that they put at the front of the bed like in old movies - eventually we dealt with this by hiding it in the safe and only getting out of there on the last day :-) TV signal was weak on some channels - apparently the provider is working on it.

Very good location. We got a room on the 6th floor, which also had a free small gym. I requested a room with a bathtub and this was kindly provided. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning was working in the summer. The hotel staff were very welcoming and pleasant. There was plenty of space in the restaurant. The waiters quickly cleared away dirty dishes and cleared the tables for new guests.

If I had to complain at all, it would be that after staying at the hotel for 3 nights, some of the hot food options for breakfast could have been little bit different. At the same time, the selection was wide and diverse.

Excellent location: right across the bus/train station, making day trips to nearby towns or travelling other cities super easy. It's closeness to the old town making everywhere being in the walking distance and yet essentially avoiding any noises. Our room was facing the canal and the tram and the girl at the reception assured us that the room's soundproof is good enough, and it certainly was. There were almost no noise from the train/tram. Our room was not high enough (6th floor) to view the canal but it still had a nice view to the markets. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and linens were good. Airconditioning was pretty good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good with variety of choices.
