It's in a great location, near restaurants and shops in a surprisingly swanky seaside location, a ten minute walk from the beach, which is great, and likewise from the train station into Riga; and likewise ten minutes from a supermarket and excellent bakery (the one nearest the supermarket). The flat was comfortable and bright and had a balcony and a roof to sit out on, which was really nice.

The sitting room/kitchen area is a bit small so you wouldn't want to hang out too much there and it doesn't have much character.

Nice apartment and a very good location near the beach! Nice area. All the rooms were big and there was an air heat/cooling machine in each of them. Good parking place. Friendly staff when we checked in. Nice comfy beds. Liked the place a lot.

The oven had some burned stuff inside it from previous people, so it smelled a bit when used. Also we never received the one time cleaning for the apartment during our stay like promised. There was never anyone in the reception when we tried to go ask about it, and just couldn’t bother starting to call them about it.

The apartments were ~5 minutes from the sea. There was a lot of space in every room. We had everything that was needed for the short stay. We were glad that there was a coffee machine (also some filter paper was left) and we had an opportunity to make ourselves good coffee.

We ordered a room for 5 people but there were only 4 chairs and also some mugs were missing. Also, the wi-fi connection was so slow (in bedrooms it was terrible) and we were not able to have proper usability of it.

The apartment itself is nice, clean, and spacious enough for a family of five.

The beds are really hard, as many have pointed out already. The owner really should fix this. It's a joke to call the kitchen a kitchen. No toaster and no knife sharp enough to cut anything. And the only glasses are six Pepsi glasses. Seriously?!?

The location was good. Check-in time was from 17:00 till 18:00. We agreed to check in at 19:00. Thanks to personnel. The apartment was clean.

The issue is parking. The hotel has its own parking, but rooms there are much more than parking places. On weekends you have to park your car on the street. Our room was on the street crossing side, and sitting on the terrace was quite loud. Not a big issue, but TV is quite old. Son is a YouTube fan. TV supports only local Latvian TV. For that price, everything should be perfect, but it was not.

Perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Would like mattresses being thicker and firmer. Quite minimalistic assortment of kitchen items.

Location and the size of the apartment was good. Also the balconies were nice.

The air condition was could not be used because it made loud noise. It made loud banging noise even when it was off and during night too.

Very good place to stay with family. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom to share. Kitchen was very well equipped. There is a restaurant and shops across the street. Beach is in a walking distance. Parking is free and safe in the yard. There are the places for bycicles.

We had a big apartment but a balcony was tiny. We could not sit outside with whole family. There was also heavy rain the day we arrived and our balcony was exposed to rainfall.

The apartment was excellent, and so was the location.

The receptionist was terrible—she treated us very poorly and in a condescending manner.
