Of course, the location is as good as it can be. It's in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I booked the option with breakfast, but I noticed that I'm the only person to choose breakfast during my entire stay. Since there are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby, I'd suggest to book without breakfast. Beds were comfy, the Linen was fresh. If the washrooms on 4th floor are fully occupied, you can use the ones on 5th floor. They're lesser used ones, hence tidier. The common hall area on 4th floor is the place where you can hang, chill and meet a lot of people. That area is fun and well maintained by the staff.

There were 11 beds in my 10-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room. So it felt a bit congested. On 1 day out of those 3 days in June end, the temperatures were in the high 30s, but they had only one table fan for the entire room, which was not at all sufficient. They couldn't provide another one fan. If you can, better try to go for a 4-bed dormitory room. You can't open a few windows because they're locked, and they aren't supposed to unlock due to safety reasons. But it can be a bit suffocating in peak summer.

The hostel is in the centre of Riga, 13 min. walk from railway/bus station. You can easily explore the city by foot. We had a room with shared bathroom which was a bit far as the hostel is quite big, but clean and well organised. Big kitchen and common spaces.

The room was in the rooftop, you couldn't see the road and was pretty cool.

The location of the hostel is great. I could see the freedom Monument from my window. Old town is around the corner.

There was very little cutlery in the kitchen. Just 2spoons to eat. And no bowls and Just 2 glasses. 2knives but not sharp... I was in the 5th floor.

Clean room, large space, budget-friendly. Great view from the room (5th floor), located in the heart of the city. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, good quality paper towels. Friendly female receptionist. I will surely return again! 🤗

Wifi can be slow, and be prepared to bring your own utensils, salt etc to the kitchen.

I got a big, nice room with towels. Everything was nicea and clean. This was my second time there. The first time I got a room with a view to the Freedom monument.

I had a really nice room, but it was quite noisy outside (music in front of McDonalds) Friday evening even after midnight and the noise could be heard even on the 5th floor with windows closed. Hopefully the government will change legislation soon and I just had a bad luck for that single night.

I stayed in two different hostels during my trip. This one is super good compare to the others. For similar price, I highly recommend this hotel. It's huge differences for everything.The shower room has big space and good facilities. They even have hair dryer. All the area is bright, kitchen is clean, they provide water machines and they have huge dining room and Sofa for customers to relax. They have professional cleaner to do the job. Customers have their own room card so it's safe. Staff are kind and helpful. I ordered breakfast and it beyond my expectation. (Even it's the first time for them that Customer has such inquiry.)

I got upgraded to a better room, very nice staff that is always at the reception.

Dorm rooms that are mixed are not good, people smell! Only book girls or boys room up to 4-5 beds, everything more than that is dificult to survive..

Because of covid we thought about changing the dates and they were very nice and allowed us to change the dates for one of the rooms we had booked. The rooms were very big and the beds quite confortable, I slept very well.

The wifi connection was not great and sometimes if you were doing something that required a lot of data, like a face call or watching Netflix it didn't work great. Overall it was all pretty good, almost perfect.

Arrived late at night but check in was very easy, the staff was professional and helpful, the hostel is in the very heart of the capital literarily opposite the statue of Liberty of Latvia.

Unfortunately there are no lockers or towels supplied or kitchen or breakfast area, but McDonald’s is right outside open 24/7 and showers are like in the hotel not hostel.

The location was great. Very accessible to the public transportation and just near the city centre. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. When went there, the room was not ready yet and ask to wait for 5 mins but when she came back she said the room doesn't smell goo because of the food the previous occupants bought, so she offered us other room upstairs which much better than our previous room. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness.
