The location is perfect, the rooms are very charming and the staff were lovely (Gleb in particular was friendly and helpful). Heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. Good value for money.

We picked this hotel for the rooftop bar, but it was closed, which was a shame. We asked if we could go up there to see the view, but was told no. Because the hotel wasn't full, we were asked to choose breakfast the night before, so the hotel didn't have to put out the full buffet. Not wanting to waste food I completely understand, but we were asked for breakfast orders when we came back from dinner; full and a bit pissed is not the best time for that! I asked for a piece of bread at breakfast and there wasn't any, my mum picked a pastry and we were given a plate of 6, so the not wasting food was a bit redundant in the end! All in all the breakfast experience was a bit disappointing.

Loved the style, location and vibe

Pretty much everything exceeded expectations. Very easy to get to. Bus from airport, a short walk and you're there. Exceptional service, and a top class restaurant worth a visit for a fine dining experience. Breakfast among the best i've had, with a great buffet comvines with an on demand hot breakfast selection. Clean and fragrant premises in a quiet little area. And the other available experiences like the sauna and more makes sure we will return.

Only one single improvement i can imagine: information about the room apecific wi-fi in order to be able to cast to the tv.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Dome Hotel in Riga! We were in Riga to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it an occasion to remember. Upon our arrival, they surprised us with treats and a bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate – such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to mark must-visit spots in Riga on a map and even recommending some fantastic cocktail bars. Their local knowledge and personal attention made exploring the city so much more enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight – delicious, freshly made dishes served with care. On the day of our city tour, they were kind enough to prepare coffees to go, ensuring we started our day on the right foot. It’s little things like this that make a big difference. The service, ambiance, and overall experience were fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to staying at the Dome Hotel again in the future. If you’re heading to Riga, this is the place to be – it’s a gem! Thank you to the wonderful team for making our trip so special.

The location is perfect for a first-time visitors, but also for those who are in love of Riga’s Old Town. The room is spacious (I’ve got a Suite), has all the necessities including bathrobe, slippers, dental kit etc. The bathroom is huge with a nice bathtub! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable both at the reception and breakfast restaurant. There are two saunas and both of them are private - definitely recommend to check the one on the 5th floor, it has a gorgeous view of Dome Cathedral. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local products and also some pastries and fruits. Coffee is great and also it’s possible to order straight from the kitchen (Cheese omelette and Eggs Benedict were excellent!)

None, it was a perfect stay!

Perfect location in the middle of Riga Old Town. Great and superb service from every employee! The employees fulfilled every wish doesn‘t matter if private sauna or table reservation in the restaurant. Receptionists and waiters have been very friendly. Our dinner has been outstanding! The hotel is very clean and has a extremely cosy and unique design! One plus we have to mention is that we could take our dog with us. The Dome Hotel has become a home away from home for us!

Everything has been perfect!

Beautiful boutique hotel, only 15 rooms of various sizes and prices in the heart of the old town. We stayed in room 201 a luxury suite , very large with king bed, bath and shower, uses ritual soaps and gels, includes a mini bar that is extra but includes coffee machine refilled daily. The staff are all friendly and helpful and Breakfast is probably the best I have had in many hotels around the world served daily in their Michelin restaurant Nell worth booking here if you are travelling to riga

The hotel - the building, the rooms, the reception - was great. The staff at the reception was polite and friendly. We stayed in the top floor suit and although it's an attic, meaning the ceilings are kind of low, the atmosphere and feeling was great. The room was well equipped with everything needed. Special thanks for higher than usual quality bathrobes.

The staff at the breakfast was rude and impolite, though. There were 2 servers, neither of them greeted us, neither offered menues, neither used any polite phrases like thanks or welcome. We waited for our coffees about 10 minutes, although there were only 6 tables occupied by about 10 guests. Other employees (for example cleaners, bartender) that we met, were as silent as the breakfast staff. We felt propoerly hated.

Very nice small design butique hotel, perfect location in the side street in the centre. Good breakfast. Design rooms, with nearly everything you meed for shorter stay. As we came on sunday, we used rooftop rereace with friends for to take evening wine, specially in middle June we had wonderful okevenings with light rill late evening. Terrace is amazimg!!!

As we preffered room without steps, we wanted to change offered room as there were steps to the bathroom, we have got room in less cathegory as we booked. At the end we agreed with hotel on some solution, but the communication with one specific person from reception,who caused this problem, was not nice and we had feeling he try to be tricky with us. Also only on the third day after our arrival was botton for the reception lebel in the lift repaired.For rhe people with walking dissabilitoes was not nice to climb historic, but also steep stairs. By usimg shower came water all over the bathroom.;)

The food at this hotel is amazing. We had dinner on the rooftop on the first evening and loved it. Breakfasts were equally delightful. We used the spa (ground floor) one evening which was lovely and relaxing. Great central location. Small hotel, private hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.

Our room was underneath the rooftop bar and we could hear the noise from people moving about. Thankfully, the rooftop restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Wish there were blackout blinds in the rooms as the light does creep in very early.
