Great location, friendly staff. The room was huge, with large windows and very comfortable seating. The hotel is full of elegant touches such as art on the walls, wrought iron tables, furnishings and details. Breakfast is great, and served in a very nice setting. The bed was excellent and also very big. We would certainly stay here again. The main pedestrian street is about a minute away on foot, with the heart of the old town about 10 minutes away. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Another bonus is that the room was completely silent, with no street noise. Very pleasant!

The hotel is brilliantly placed between the old and new town areas of Kaunas and so a great base from which to explore the city. The room was large and well equipped with fridge, safe and all you could expect. The en-suite was great and the air conditioning worked a treat during a very hot few days. The breakfasts were excellent too with a great choice and the hotel staff were superb. One of the receptionists made a call for us to the local synagogue to arrange for us to visit and although we had the wrong number, she persisted with a variety of numbers till she got through. The same lady also gave us recommendations about local sites to visit. And the car parking at the hotel was great too. A fantastic few days in a special city with so much to see made even better by a wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

King suite was large, clean and well appointed. All staff encountered were very helpful, but a folder in the room detailing the hotel facilities would have been useful.

No problems with the hotel, but the taxi booked by reception to take us to the airport made an unexpected detour to pick up another passenger at another hotel. After about 10 minutes, this person appeared but refused to get into the taxi until he had had a coffee and cigarette. He the directed the driver to a staff access point at the rear of the terminal where he alighted. We were then transported to departures much later than expected.

Breakfast was really good. Location is great. Happy people at check-in table. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Nice room.

I only give a 10 when the place is perfect, this hotel can still do a bit more before it receives a 10. I booked a king room, but was placed in the "attic" king room, this made the room a bit more uncomfortable and smaller, no bath as well. The shower should have a place for shower gels or smth, I had to put them on the floor. Warmer bathroom would be nice. This is not a disadvantage of the hotel, but take it slow with a car when you are looking for the parking entrance - the streets are one-way and if you drive past by accident, you'll end up doing a 8min new ring.

It was our 3rd time staying in this hotel. The location is absolutely wonderful, it is close to the old town, to laisves aleja and to that also quiet. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms tidy and clean. You can see, that the style of the hotel is a little bit “of the past”, but that just ads to the charm. The staff goes an extra mile to fulfill the wishes and requests of the guest. At the breakfast everyone will find something they like (my favorite always is the “lithuanian corner”. One morning after our travels we overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast by 10 minutes. After just pne quick call to the reception to ask, if we could still get something, we were told, that they will find something. That something was two beautiful hudge plates filled with all that you could ever want + the donut balls with chocolate for my mirning sweet tooth! All in all, it is for sure not the last time we are staying in this hotel and we can only recomend it.

The hotel is placed in an old building in the city center, 2 minutes from the pedestrian walk. Thus it's really close to the touristic area (old town). However it is a quiet place. The bed was really comfortable, so I could have a very good sleep each night. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast included quite the same things each day, but there were fairly enough meal choices.

I would have needed a late checkout option, but the staff told me that there were many bookings, so it was not possible. However I could temporarily store my luggage in a special room after check out, so it was fair enough for me.

The breakfast was really great and tasty with a gift on a Christmas Day - Hot Wine from a very friendly breakfast personal! Receptionist Aurelija tried her best to find us a food delivery service- thank you! Very nice hotel with comfortable bed. Clean room. Parking space in the backyard. Near old town.

In our suite we had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in our bathroom but in the toilet room was no towels at all. Very small bathroom for a suite and not enough space to place anything. Somehow furnitures aren’t so comfortably placed in the room.

Hotel is in a great location close to bars & restaurants. Room suite spacious, comfortable & warm as visit was in November. Separate bathroom with jacuzzi, lovely underfloor heating. Good buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff friendly & helpfull advising of local attractions.

The bed was on the soft side & not as comfortable to our liking. No obvious bar area to sit at. Pool not open. probably seasonal. Obvious noises coming from other rooms. No major complaints.

Staff very friendly. Free sweets in lobby. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Location was excellent. Floor to ceiling window with chairs looking out was very nice.

2 single beds are not a king size bed. Bathroom had a slight musty smell.

The location is great. Close to the main promenade street but not disturbed by its loudness. All the restaurants in 5 minute walking distance. Nice breakfast with a Lithuanian touch - local cheese and bread board. Pleasant personnel. Comfortable beds and pillows. But beware to come around 8 am. May be be i was not lucky.. the restaurant was full with people and it is too small to fit all of them , so people walk around looking for a place to eat.

Really small restaurant to fit all the people at a busy hour. Carpet in the hallway needs substantial cleaning. One day there was a conference in the hotel and a concert in the city and when I returned from the business trip in the evening, the whole parking was occupied in several rows. Even though i had an early flight I just could not go to bed as I had to wait till about to repark my car when the people left. Several other hotel guests also came with cars and were very disappointed they had to go search elsewear. I imagine all locals who know the spot can park there, as the parking is not closed.
