the room was great, I enjoyed the balcony, hight ceiling and very comfy beds! very comfortable and close to the city center. there was a kitchen and although the building is not new, the smell was very pleasant. The check in was also easy, as all the codes were provided in a clear way thanks a lot for the experience! will be back for sure!

everything was good, if i have to name something - i will add 1. inform clearly that there is no elevator, i was alone with 3 suitcases and it was a kind of challenge ) 2. have more transparent communication, there is only phone number, and it was switched off when i wanted to ask about smth. Anyway the information is in the room, but sometimes you need a human, so some chat/whatsapp available all the time - will be a great thing

It had a washing machine. Small but still TV. Ac. each each bed had a night light. hair dryer and alot of different extras. And a cat on the street that was friendly and showed up in the morning next to my window.

Toilet door lock was broken and can't close it but it's wasn't to bad . It's first floor and windows showed other rooms door what was strange but no to bad aswell. No parking spot was the worst part but found a place not to far what was ok for parking 24/7 but can't say for sure you won't get a ticket .(Kaunakiemio g. 16-22, Kaunas, 44353 Kauno m. sav., Lithuania)

Very clean and tidy room, nice bedding, comfortable furniture, bright with big windows and basically in the very center of the city

It is very very minor, the easy to follow instruction the host sent beforehand was 99% accurate - one of the 3 code-lock middle doors didn't have a code-lock anymore. And 1 of 4 hangers was broken, but I only needed 1 working so it's fiiiine.

Pictures look worse than it is in reality. Was expecting something outdated and gloomy, but was pleasantly surprised! It is simple, yet cozy room! Very clean, with crispy clean bedding, soft carpet, has everything what is needed. Great location, quiet! For a solo traveller is ideal! Could stay there more than one night for sure! Bed is comfortable, nice light setting, coffee and tea. Excellent!

Very good location, near old town and Akropolis shopping center. Liked clear communication how to come in and take a key. No contact with with human staff on this question was great for my introverted self :)

In day time the street outside window was noisy, but absolutely quite at night. We also got confused by air conditioner. It made loud, clock noises, so we couldn't keep it on through the night.

The room, in an old building, has been recently renovated and it's definitely very comfortable. Shower is very good. But what is great is the location, a 20 minutes walk from the train station and in the center of the town.

Great location, clean and cosy room. It wasn't too hot in the room even with the heatwave outside and no AC in the room.

There is some noise from the outside bar nearby, would recommend to have earplugs for sleeping

Central location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. Very smooth communication with host. Smooth keyless entrance. Tea kettle as well as shared kitchenette in the next room.

Fridge humming from time to time quite annoyingly (I mistakenly thought I had unplugged it for the night). Neighbours returning late - though they were careful not to make noise. And tobacco smell coming from somewhere in the morning. Those things deteriorated sleep. But if it were not for a tense business trip, these issues are very minor and should not discourage you from choosing this place - just find the fridge plug:)
