The hotel is in perfect location, the enterior is high quality, staff was very helpful and breakfast was very delicious.

There were no robes and slippers in the room which surprised us. Although the staff in the reception have easily sorted this issue. Also, the complimentary sauna was only open from 18:00 till 23:00 which is very incovenient. We wanted to use it after breakfast, but it was closed. Moreover, radisson website advises sauna’s opening time is 18:00-00:00, so the information online isn’t up to date.

I am use to stay at this radisson everythime I have to visit my clients in kaunas so I was already totally aware about quality of this hotel; I really like the global high standard of spaces ( room, gym, lobby ) and the breakfast is very high standard.

After many positive experiences, this time I had the bad luck to meet with a very unpolite girl at reception who should change her work as she in not the right person to have direct contact with client. I spent everymorning discussing about parking while she was "busy" watching youtube videos at reception....very very unprofessional...

Very close to the heart of the city, parking is near by, you can reach Zalgirio arena just by walking. I like breakfast (fresh juice, very good coffe mashine).

The hotel quite old, rooms are extreamly small. I didn’t have good view from room’s window. I like to make tea before going bed, for this I was needed to use espresso caps, as no bigger cups in the room, but hotel offers the tea bags. It is strange. Be careful with parking: it is much cheapper to pay for parking in the hotel (8eur/day), but before drive out local parking system can ask you to pay different price, much more bigger, as no integration between parking system and hotel parking reservation - you will need to call parking help or ask to call them on hotel reception with purpose they accept hotel reservation and then manually adjust the amount you need to pay on exit parking. Too complicated, or not?

Breakfast is good Room is decent size and beds are comfortable We could stay at the sauna after midnight and no one bothered us at all, we were alone. Was amazing.

Staff is not welcoming. The only more or less helpful and friendly at reception were guys - one in the evening and another one in the morning. The rest reception staff aren't friendly at all. Upon check in receptionist did not bother to tell about breakfast and the sauna area, just could not wait to get rid of me. I do understand hotel must have been full and busy but it did not feel nice at all.

Location, shops & cafes all directly behind hotel. Cable tv had stations Spa Shoe shine buffer in hall Water machine to refill bottles outside room with different types of water. Bus stop outside hotel door. Airport bus 29G goes right to door. Shower in bath Food at breakfast was nice Fridge & nespresso machine in room suite. Staff nice, always helpful Little mini selection of bars/sweets/drinks to purchase at reception coming in. Supermarket directly across road.

Too much decaffeinated coffee in room refill. Bath slippery using shower & i didn't like the banana smell of the toiletries. No microwave. Breakfast chopped fruit poor, it was just watermelon. Would have liked an omelette station & second waffle machine needed.

I really like it. It’s very modern.

usually, I always come to this hotel and I am staying minimum two free nice but this time I have stayed five nights and I didn’t like that’s not all the time. My dad wasn’t made and I had to ask for it. I didn’t like that when my shampoo was empty, nobody didn’t care about that and I was living without shampoo two days and I found out a lot of here in the bathroom on the ceiling and between the door so this thing I really didn’t like and what I didn’t like else that it was missing a milk for coffee. It would be better to have some milk then milk powder so if those things would be improved, it would be really wonderful because I will be back many times to this hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing at the hotel. Very lovely welcoming reception staff, bar staff were exceptional and always with a smile especially a blonde lady who kindly helped me at the breakfast, cleaners were excellent and beyond helpful. I couldn’t do my compression garment up after my op so i rang reception at late hours for some help and as the lady was alone she asked if i dont mind having a security guy to come up and help, and of course he rushed to my rescue without any hesitation. I can’t thank enough to all hotel staff who made me feel at home and very safe and cared for. Thank you so much and very well done!

Toiletries provided, decent hair dryer, USB/sockets by your bed dor mobile phone charging, spacious bathroom, big TV, a window that opens for fresh air, in-room phoney, kettle and fridge - the basics that arent always in other hotels but are absolutely essential for comfort. Pleasant, helpful receptionists both at night, and during the day.

Walls are rather thin. Ear-plugs will be your best friend for a good night’s sleep. I arrived a couple of minutes after midnight - had to wait for 17mins until I got my room key. It would be good if a quick and efficient way could be adopted to check the guests n as there is only one person working on Reception at night

From start to finish, the Radisson hotel staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and kind. I was over for surgery, so I needed a very comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Also, the fridge in the room was a brilliant extra bonus. 2 min walk to the main street, where there were beautiful buildings, fab clothes shops and any amount of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

There is nothing i didn't like. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back

Our room was spacious and had a good view and a comfortable bed. The breakfast had enough both for the meat eater and the vegetarian. The hotel's location is excellent - close to everywhere we wanted to go on our short visit.

The coffee served at breakfast could be better. There was one person in registration who was not quite as friendly and welcoming as others. In the morning, the elevator had something red smeared on the button panel and red drops on the floor, the floor near the elevator had a big wad of dust that went unnoticed by staff for hours.
