The flat (2 rooms with kitchen with separate entrance) is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need, there is also a large balcony with table and chairs. The flat is located near the old town and is very comfortable. There is a reception where you pick up the keys. The owner speaks Polish and is very nice - he allowed us to check in late. There is a gazebo and a swimming pool. There is also free parking. We unfortunately stayed only one night, but we highly recommend it!

The house is on the hill and has a fantastic view of the city. The appartment is very bright, with wooden flore. Comfortable parking place for guests, old city is just down the hill, 5 min by walk. Supermarket is very near, down the hill. Very calm place at night. Good quality bed linnen, beds are comfortable. Kitchen is small, but for short stay is good to make a breakfast. There is a little garden to enjoy time outside.

The house is on the hill, you just should mind it if you have problems with walking.

Hotel is at a convenient location- a very short walk to the Kaunas Castle, Vilnius Street and the city Centre. It is also in a very calm neighbourhood, which I really liked. The staff are very nice and always made sure my stay was great! The beds are very comfortable, and my room came with all the ammenities that I needed.

I cannot think of any dislikes

Great location on the quiet street but 5 min walk to old town center, no need to take a car and worry where to park. Also they have private parking space available. In courtyard there is beautifully garden, went to drink tea and enjoy serenity. Owner meets you at reception on arrival and is very friendly. Room has all amenities you need, including mini refrigerator, cutlery and dishes. In bathroom were small packs of shampoos and soap, clean towels. It is aparthotel style cleaning made in between few days , you don't need to worry that every morning cleaning service will be nocking on your door, just when you sleeping or using bathroom. Met after few days owners wife she is very sweet lady we had great chat and she offered clean towels, cleaned the room after I left. They make you feel welcome in their cosy family run hotel.

I have visited several times before in Kaunas. If I had known about this place during the past. I would certainly have visited here instead of where I were (with this places normal prices)

The price per night (150 €) was awfull, but I understanf it. There was a Guns N' Roses gig the same day and all the hotel prices went high. Normally this would have been much more unexpensive.

Great place to stay the night, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Beds were super comfortable which is very important after a long day, there were all the necessities which made our stay even more comfortable. Even though some of the kitchen equipment was not the cleanest, it didn't ruin the overall feel of this place. We chose the room with a terrace and it had a great view. The location itself is exceptional as it's by the old town and other popular attractions.

Very nice aparthotel in good grounds, just a 5 minute walk to the old town. Responsive host, comfy room - but the 'kitchen' facilities were really limited - you wouldn't actually want to cook there. A microwave and a plug in hob on top of a cabinet containing crockery etc - no kitchen sink or actual kitchen area. Apart from that, would recommend as a place to stay.

Speaking of facilities: the rooms were very cozy and the furniture was comfortable to hang out on. The space was clean, prepared with all basic necessities. The staff was very friendly: charismatic, like to joke around and are just very nice people.

Apart from the little things like the creaky floors, thin-ish walls and loud-ish doors, everything was exceptional.

The hostess made sure all my needs were met. There was a place to store my bike and charge it. I enjoyed sitting at covered table and chairs outside in the late afternoon. The room was simple but has everything: kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates and cups as well as tea, coffee, and sugar. Old Town is just down the hill ready to explore and grocery stores are nearby.

The lady that greeted us on our trip was lovely, shame about the language barrier so we couldnt talk more. Nice location Large room with garden views We got a room upgrade as there was extra availability

Not much of a kitchen, only a plug in stove and microwave. Leak in bathroom tap that soaked some stuff Windows didnt open so not much fresh air
