Nice for a budget! Stayed in a two single-beds room, which was equipped with a kettle, cups, fridge, fan, cabin, table, chair, hangers. Basically all you need for a weekend stay. Check in is remote, non-contact. In the hallway, just outside the rooms, there is a small space with sofa stuff to chill if there is a need. Private rooms had extra door to keep away any noise from the hallway, but there wasn't any. Toilet and shower worked fine, includes toiletries and towels. Location is as central as it can get. Old town is 20 mins walk away. Also a groceries shop 100m down the alley. Entrance easy to find, check host instructions.

You might get a room facing the pedestrian alley, and the area is packed with clubs and bars -- if you leave windows open at the weekend, expect to hear the music and party people passing by until late night. That said, noise is not super bad, or shut the windows and you're ok. Just a note for very sensitive sleepers. Wifi was loosing network really often, so don't expect stable connection.

It was cheapest place with private rooms, that i found, that was so central. I could pay just tiny bit cheaper for rooms without windows, which are more far away from center, so it was not worth it. Kaunas is very interesting place, from this hostel location i could easily walk in all possible destination. At weekends it felt, that the street was the place, where the whole city and also tourists come to for spending time I also almost didn't heard another guests, it was quiet and peaceful

Perfect location, good price, easy check-in instructions, and the possibility of late check-in (I arrived at 03:00 am). Late check-out time (11:30). Cameras in the corridors for safety. The room was clean, and I liked the bed. The room was better than in the pictures; it was spacious and bright. The walls are thick, so you cannot hear any noise. There are at least two doors, which I think helps with this. The room had a microwave, kettle, and dishes, but I didn’t use them. Also, in the general area, they provided tea and other supplies. There are two toilets, which was good. The shower and toilets were shared, but it was okay. Toilet paper, soap, towels, and a hairdryer were provided.

Could not have been better Exceeded my expectations on every level Awesome location right in the heart of everything, w’ a caring helpful host whose interesting & informative conversations & suggestions made my stay a truly joyful & memorable one! Everything was correct & clean. Quiet 2 bed Spacious room w’ balcony! Comfy bed & pillow. I slept like a baby. Tues-Friday 3 day stay Host said I had 3 girls in the next room to share the bathroom with - but I never ever heard anyone! Im Extremely happy with the quietness & private room experience. My own Dining table, Microwave, Fridge, Dishes, Tea Kettle, Toaster in my room (perfect for bfast making & heating up/ nuking meals if desired) Luxury rain showerhead as well as handheld with a blow dryer! For an older building they offer Unbelievable quality for such a low price! If they weren’t fully booked, I would have stayed longer as I was so happy that I didn’t want to leave after 3 nites. Of course the view from my particular room wasn’t the best but its no fault of theirs. The building behind is a bit abandoned. My balcony was awesome anyway!! So much light & sky view which is what I like. If you are looking for a hostel in a modern, new building with perfection in everything then you will definitely pay more to find that. This is another level of perfection & quality in an old bldg in the best location for a low price. I was so happy to have a private quiet spacious comfy equipped room at a hostel bed price!!

Centrally located on a very long pedestrian street. You get the basics without all the bells and whistles. Shared bathroom, not so well maintained. Depending on the neighbors you get the sharing is fine but...we were not lucky unfortunately. But it was quiet, we could sleep and that's what we needed for a night.

The bathroom needs more care. The room could use a deeper cleaning.

Very good location along the pedestrian street without cars. Bars, cafes, supermarkets, everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful owner, who speaks English fluently. Stayed in a clean double room with balcony and felt comfortable. Kettle, toaster and a fridge in the room. Shared bathroom with another room. Could take my touring bike inside which saved my day! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Location is the best as it is in the heart of Kaunas. Also, the room was really spacious, so was the bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Great value for money.

My room faced Laisves Aleja. It is a pedestrian street. Its lovely during the day, but can get a little noisy depending who passes by at night. Again, depends if you are a light sleeper, or not.

The room was excellent with kettle, microwave in room There was also a shared fridge and small kitchen area. The lounge was lovely but no-one sat there. The shower shared between two rooms was excellent. Large walk in shower, spotlessly clean

Great location, very quiet and peaceful, fairly clean, and nice comfy beds. It was great for a small break from the craziness to recharge and have some alone time.

The one thing I was a bit unsure about was the entrance. As a young solo female traveler, I did not feel 100% safe knowing that the front door was always open. The entrance is kind of in a back alleyway, and it was a bit creepy at night to go in alone in the dark. I understand that it's not such an easy thing to change, but that could be one area of improvement.

Exceeded my expectations! I'd love to stay here again if I come to Kaunas. Easy to find, easy check-in, close to Zalgeris Arena, Maximus, but station in 20 min by walk. My room was really nice and clean, comfy bed. Nice and friendly owner :) Thank you.

Too strong smell of washing powder from the linen. Probably not a problem for the most people but I'm quite sensitive to such things.
