Big room. Very clean. Great location.

Too many flies on the breakfast area and most of the times the food was not covered. Very few salt shakes and most got humidity and didn't work. On the first day we were told that breakfast was until 11am, but when we got there we were informed that the staff had no idea of this and everything run out by 10 am. The elevators were way too slow to come even at night time when no other people were using them. When we got in the room the first time the extra bed for the kids was not made up. We had to call reception to have this done. No refill of the coffee in the room even after we requested our room to be cleaned.

The location was perfect, the bus station was right across the street and the places that I needed to reach were also really close, within a walkable distance. Comfortable beds, nice rooms, very nice TV in the room, lovely breakfast.

The AC didn’t work for the first three days of my stay, then something happened and it started working again. So the room’s temperature was quite uncomfortable at first, but it passed. The doors were hard to close, and during the night I heard people outside slam them as there really was no other way to close them. I was scared to close my toilet door as the first time I closed it I couldn’t get it back open for a few minutes.

The location was good, opposite the main bus station and near the Kaunas Central Market. Parking in the inner courtyard was comfortable and safe, however the number of spaces is quite limited and will run out on busier evenings. Access to the courtyard is via the key card, but if you haven't checked in yet there is a button at the gate to have the front desk open the gate. Breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The room has a fresh look and feel. AC works well and kept the room cool on a warm day.

The beds are somewhat narrow and move around easily, and the mattresses on top also move in relation to each other and the bed. The AC panel on the wall is very bright and illuminates the entire room at night, so we needed to cover it with a cloth.

This hotel did all the basics well: Confortable bed, effective shower, good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good, clear A/C controls and efficient air conditioning. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the central train station (but if you have heavy or unwieldy luggage, be aware that you have to negotiate pedestrian underpass steps to get to the station). The main (?) bus station is directly opposite the hotel. There's a 10-15 minute to one end of Freedom Avenue and about another 20 - 30 minute to the Old Town with plenty of eateries along the way. Would definitely return here.

The staff are fantastic and helpful. The location was great, right by Akropilis, Nord clinic and the train station. Our room wasn't serviced for the 4 days we stayed which is fine because I recognise we paid a relatively low price, however I had to keep returning to reception to ask for toilet roll. Maybe a mid-stay top up would have been helpful. No kettle in the room but there was a coffee shop next door. Overall a really great budget stay.

The bed was super comfy, all of the facilities were good, parking had separate entrance, overall - good choice for a short stay

Bathroom was not very clean - there were leftover toothpaste and creams from previous guests, the wc seat had imprints of some liquids, breakfast was of limited choice (hot food - omlet, egg, sausage and pancake), but it was tasty

The hotel is very well located, walkable distance to the city centre. The room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures but had everything needed, which was enough comfortable.

Communications of the staff could be improved. I had an issue with my flight. I informed the hotel by a message via booking.com but nobody acknowledged it. After arrival I did not have any issues with my reservation but it would have been nice to receive reassurance in advance.

breakfast (the food for order was hard understanding and not good quality) the street is loud with a lot of party spots, and noubody was informing for this. Lucky us we had a top floor and this was not disturbing us, but if you have got a room in lower floor you could have be disturbed from street during night because of the parties and night life.

Very good location, just few steps away from Kaunas bus station, very big room, comfortable big bed, clean and quite place.

Breakfast time was very comfortable - from 6:30 am, at 7:00 a.m it was crowd of people eating, there was limited number of tables in the eating area. Since there was only one free and clean table to be sited, I was able to see how the staff member didn't try remove dirty dishes and prepare tables for a new hotel guests, but calmly ate watermelon in the kitchen and spat seeds, which could be seen through the open kitchen door. Another worker was carrying the food to the breakfast room, but was placing the buns to the container without gloves. It is very unpleasant to see such dismissive service.

I am on business trip and I travel alone with own car. The Location is so nice, you can walk from Hotel to Rimi to buy something to eat at night (Just opposite the hotel) The Breakfast was great! you can ask the staff for lactose free milk options! I love that in Hotel room there is free for Netflix so you can enjoy the movie! The car park is free and convenient because parking lot just in the hotel area and safe! I will come back again for sure!
