We chose this accommodation as it had the earliest check in we could find in the suitable accommodation available (13:00). We arrived about 12:00 (exhausted after having been up since 3am). Very thankful that they allowed us in when we arrived. We bought an adapter to charge our phones which failed after only a few minutes use late in the evening. Their office lent me a charger overnight which might seem like a little thing, but this meant we did not run out of charge in the remaining 4 days (with careful usage - our trai &,plane tickets were on our phones

Very nice apartment pretty new, fully equipped and clean with a view on promenade. Staff open to help esspecially it was more then welcommed in a case to get to parking slot. Perfect for short stay.

The apartment we were in had a mezzanine with a very comfortable bed. Nevertheless, to get there you have to use a ladder, which may be difficult for some.

Good location in the center of Kaunas. Well equipped with fridge, dishes, etc.

They promised to pick me up from the bus station the day before. When I called, they said they couldn't. I understand that things can happen, but you can let me know in advance. The room also needs some cosmetic repairs, it's quite worn out.

Location is good. I could easily walk till castle and funicular. All.bedsheets are clean and have been properly ironed.

I believe that the appartement staff proposed the best side to their opinion, but it was noisy because of neighbours in the court yard. But this s something that they cannot influence of course. I would add more towels.

The standard of furniture and fit obvious from the pictures but I think is shown in the price, the pillows are really in need of replacing, also egg cup's would be great,

It’s at the center. The apartment is pretty decent, it’s in the attic. Cooking utensils and kitchenwares are available.

I booked a different room supposedly a bigger one but the lady said there was no AC so she gave us the attic apartment, smaller than what was booked and the price was the same. - They only accept cash and since I don’t have cash, I needed to go to the machine to get cash -

The central location. It’s easy to be found.

The furniture is old and “screams”. I tried not to move through the night because of the noises. There weren’t any glasses or spoons, knives and forks. Don’t forget to bring cash. Cards are not acceptable.

Very good location in the center of Kaunas near the pedestrian street. The representatives of the apartment met me at the bus station and took me to the apartment free of charge.

There was no coffee press.

The equipment looks kind of used, but everything was working and was usable. You hear the neighbors even if they just talk normally. The bar in the yard is noisy. By the closed window one can live with it.

The location is great, very central, easy to go everywhere from there. Convenient stores are nearby - big and small. The apartment facilities are great, the place has exceeded my expectations in a way despite a couple of small hiccups. Spacious room, comfy beds, nice sofa, kitchenette including kettle, microwave, oven and fridge! Bathtub for those willing to relax in warm water. Free parking in the backyard; possible to stay with pets for a small additional fee. Friendly, approachable staff. Recommending as a place to stay!

It would be great if the price for pets was more clearly stated in the description - however, the introductory email elaborates on that quite well. For travellers by car, it could be a little difficult to navigate to the place; it would be great if complete instructions were provided in the intro email, or, say, there were some arrows pointing to the right gate between the buildings. Finally (small point, but still...) - there were no shower curtains in the bathroom, which made it a little difficult to take shower without making the whole bathroom wet.
