Room had amazing view and it was big Great location, just a walk to old town Pool was included, which is nice addition Modern addition was electric scooters, really enjoyed that option Room has good and easy useable air-conditioner Bed and pillows were comfortable Room had all needed small things, in bathroom all cosmetics, in room bathrobe, slippers, etc.

Parking was not included though in reservation and had to pay extra. Plus many floor parking space is super small for bigger cars and very hard to get up and down without moving back and force. Electric scooters were super loud like broken a bit or used too much without good care. Breakfast could have been more rich for 4star hotel. Taste of food was good and little things like option to bake own vaffel were cool. Could offer more salty options, like salads and bacon, change things from day to day. Tables are obviously old and dont stand anymore stable, some were moving while tried to cut food 😀

We loved the breakfast – it was delicious and with a good variety. The staff was kind and responsive, and the location was convenient. Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pool – it was a real highlight for them!

The bathroom had no towel dryer, so after swimming we had nowhere to dry our towels and swimsuits. In general, the bathroom was very small for a family. The rooms were spacious, but we would have appreciated more storage solutions — as a family of four, we missed having enough space to put our things from the luggage.

The rooms were very large, with a sofa area, huge window with a great view. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel provides free use of electric scooters and bikes and we enjoyed using the scooters. However, the bikes we borrowed, although we rode them for a day, had things wrong with them (a buckled wheel, defective brakes, loose saddle) and clearly hadn't been serviced for a long time (we mentioned this to the staff so hopefully this will be sorted out).

We didn't visit the swimming pool and spa as they were next to a gym area in the basement of the adjoining building (which also seemed to house a "Gentlemen's Club") and looked small and crowded.

It was a really pleasant stay! Free parking, a spa (which I unfortunately didn’t have time to visit), and great attention to guests’ comfort. We arrived early and appreciated the free water, cozy sofas, and café in the lobby. There are actually several restaurants on-site — we didn’t know about them during our stay, but we’ll definitely explore them next time. We did have an issue with the internet, but the staff resolved it quickly by offering us a different room. I truly appreciate their responsiveness. Thank you for the hospitality!

It was a little bit noisy at first due to a problem with the nearby bridge (as we found out later), but it was nicely compensated by the pleasant delicate live music coming from the park 😊. I can’t say how noisy it is at night, since we changed room and the new one was quiet and comfortable. The noise seemed to come from buses passing over the bridge (a kind of bum-bum sound) — maybe there are fewer buses at night 😊 or hopefully the city will fix the bridge soon!

We liked everything. Spacious parking (additional cost). Staff was king enough to arrange top floor apartment for us, so the views were amazing. The room was really spacious. You have everything you need in room. And even small gift from the staff, which was surprising. Location of the hotel is perfect just a few steps from the center and from the ferry.

No complementary water. Water from the tap was horrible taste. It is better to have a bath, but not shower, because shower wall was just for the view, all the water was splashing on the floor.

The staff!!!! We were traveling with 7-year-old girl and a dog. All the staff was very polite, the hospitality was the highest!!! In all places: reception, restaurants, we were walking with the dog and no one complain for us. Oposite! The managers, staff were so happy, they eere cuddling our dog, smiling to us. It was very nice and positive experience for us. The room exceeded our expectations and looked more fancy and beautiful than in the pictures. The bath tub in the apartments was very nice, well working. We had the most relaxing time here. Absolutely, we will see you soon!!!

It was cold when walking throught coridors from one building to another one.

Got a room with sea view, it was worth it. Everything was clean and looked good, exactly as in the photos. The seating area was comfortable.

divider between room and bathroom is see-through glass thing. It has a picture on it, so not like regular window, but it is still see-through. Like some cheap Asian love hotel. Totally unacceptable at this price level. Enough reason for me to not go back.

Great location, stunning view from the window. The breakfast is really fantastic, for everyone's taste, both big eaters and those who just want to have a little meal. Very kind and knowledgeable girls in the administration. Also at breakfast, they always made sure that everything was in order. As for the SPA, of course it is a bit worn out, but it does not prevent you from enjoying the pleasures of the pool and the sauna. Even then, there are quite a lot of people, there is enough space for everyone.

In one of the rooms I had reserved for my parents, the floor was not cleaned. Full of bits of chips, the table hadn't been cleaned in a while. Inconvenience is caused by one door card, because if one person leaves, they also take all the electricity with them. Also, it was a bit chilly in the month of October, but it didn't bother me.

AC'ed room. The hotel is in a great location. In the city centre, everything is near and accessible on foot. Even the ferry to access the Curonian spit. Public transport is also close. Buffet breakfast was also great. Just quality food. The hotel has a private paid parking. Very impressive rooftop terrace with bar and great views to all sides, especially in the evening. The restaurant one store bellow has also impressive views, calm environment and good food.

The hotel's private PAID parking. It was 6€ per night per car. Still cheaper than city parking which you have to pay 8 am to 8 pm and watch that it's paid, but... I did expected high quality hotel and the rooms on the same level, but they lacked maintenance. Nothing big, just very tiny things, but I tend to notice them and I did not like it (functioning but not as expected shower head; a few scorch marks on the carpet).

I really love this hotel because watching ships is my thing. We choose a room with a view of the port and I was like a little boy looking at the passing ships from the 16th floor. The room itself was very comfortable and the layout is pretty cool. I even worked from 'home' one day and the table made a pretty decent office. Breakfast was the best I've seen in a while and the staff is amazing.

The hotel is unfortunately showing its age. The walls and furniture are nothing to complain about, but the circa 2005 TV was a bit funny given that this is a somewhat high-end hotel.
