The room was very clean and quite spacious. Good breakfast. The hotel overall looks modern and fresh despite being located in a Soviet times building. Location is good, on a quiet street, about 10 minutes by foot from Old Town. The hotel is pet friendly (the fee for a cat is 10 euro/night). It was nice they even put pet bowls in the room.

We got a room with a bathtub, and there was an unpleasant technical flaw there. A protective glass screen is mounted on the edge of the bathtub to prevent water from splashing all over the place but it's that kind of screen that sits on a hinge and moves side to side, meaning there's no seal between the screen and the bathtub. Water that gets on the edge runs down right onto the floor. You end up with a big puddle that you have to wipe with one of your towels. Other than that everything was great.

Hotel is crispy clean and comfortable to stay. Matrasses and pillows are very comfortable to sleep. Eggs and pancakes to order during breakfast is a very nice option.

Breakfast: assortment was good, but the shaving dishes were empty half an hour before the end of breakfast time. Nobody filled them up. It was difficult to find a place to sit, because all tables were piled with dirty plates and waiters did not clean them. Although waters were very polite and helpful, they just did not realize that in stead of just passing by the dirty table they could grab some dirty plates and thus be more efficient. I do not blame the waiters. I think it's a management problem that do not provide a proper training for the staff.

Great Hotel in central area of Klaipeda city. Spotlessly clean room and efficient design. Power outlets are fitted exactly where they should be. Huge office table with great lightning for one to do the computer work. Even located an RJ45 socket next to water closet in the bathroom for your wired internet if needed. Bed was comfy and equipped with two pillows- one soft and other firm to fit everyone's needs. Breakfast was also great with lots of vegan options as well as bacon-omelet choices.

All was great however shower was somehow difficult to operate as no dedicated button was obviously present to toggle between the tap and shower. Do the following. Start the water by turning left knob counterclockwise. Then press a little button on that knob at some point and continue turning that knob until water will switch to the shower. On top of that in the middle of showering process, shower hose detached from the shower, fell down and sprayed some amount of the water across the bathroom. As the person in the shower had two right hands all was fixed in a fraction of a blink, however maintenance should look at that in the room 307.

King size beds are absolutely awesome! Also we went for an extra bed for our 6yo and it was so comfortable he slept all night by himself - that's not how it works at home usually ;) The balcony was a nice addition although it could have been a bit more tidy. Breakfast was nice and it's worth it to have one early when the tables are full. The options are plentiful and everyone gets something for their taste. Also the body wash and shampoo in the bathroom smelled so well i need to buy these for myself once i get home ;)

First off - the furniture on the balcony was dirty from birds feces. That's a little bit disappointing considering it's a 4-stars hotel. Second - one can hear their neighbours talking in the night. I don't know whether it's the ventilation shafts or just thin walls but it was uncomfortable. Last, but not least - the TV (although really decent size) lacks the streaming services options (such as Netflix or Disney+ f.e.). Sure you can take your Chromecast or Apple TV with you but who does that going out for a weekend?

We had a wonderful stay. All our requests were taken into account – we got a room on one of the upper floors with a balcony, just as we had hoped. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. It would be even better if pancakes or cottage cheese fritters were added to the menu. Overall, everything was great – highly recommended!

Good location, well maintained and perfectly managed. Highly skilled staff, pleasure to stay there.

The shower is designed without attention to practical use - the sidewall is ~5cm open at the bottom, allowing the water to splash (at any flow rate) over all floor in the bathroom. We had to use towels to keep the floor accident free, as they become slippery. I hope the managment will take this comment seriously - investments needed for the solution are really low, yet the effect on comfort and safety would increase a lot.

The hotel is a bit away from the city centre, so it’s a nice opportunity to enyoj peaceful neighbourhood. It’s cosy and clean. The interior design is modern and clean. The staff is welcoming and nice. We enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant - the menue is not big, but everything is delicious and well balanced. As there are not many guests, there is a nice possibility to relax.

Breakfast could have more variety. Nevertherless, what is offered, all is find fresh and well prepared :)

The room is excellent, furniture in good quality, clean and not bad breakfasts, staff friendly. With a child under 1 year old we were provided with a crib, I would like to return again to this hotel in the future

We didn't have our room cleaned the day after we arrived, maybe we left it too late, but it would be great if they replaced the garbage cans as with a baby it fills up very quickly 😀

Good location- close enough to railway station and central part of the city. Very kind and welcoming staff. Warm room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and good food selection for dinner at the restaurant. Possibility to leave luggage for storage before late departure.

Poor sound isolation between rooms and the corridor. Our room was close to the elevator, so always could hear people talking loudly.

Location is very central, near the train station and all other amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. The room I had was nice and clean. I recommended the hotel to my colleague who went for a business trip to Klaipeda and he was grateful for my recommendation. Another thing, I had my lunch there at hotel resto, the City Port, the food was great. I ordered the burrata cheese starter and it was amazingly lovely.
