This place is a winner for space and location. The rooms are genuinely huge, which is a good plus, and having free, easy parking right there is very nice. Being next to a huge park is fantastic, and the facilities seemed perfect for what I needed.

Now for the flip side: it's clear the hotel is past its prime. The rooms and the whole building are visibly old and could really use a renovation. My shower door had a terrible squeak, which was a minor annoyance, and a safe in the room would have been nice. That said, if you can look past the dated decor, this place is actually a great deal for what you get.

The hotel in itself is very posh. The staff at the reception was very friendly. There is enough parking in front of the hotel for a nominal fee or you can park at the side of the hotel for free. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. The breakfast was amazing. There were quite a lot of varieties to choose from and vegetarian options were also available. The rooms were big with enough place to move around and store luggage. The location is also quite good and there is no noise in the night so you can sleep peacefully.

The TV provided was not the latest and greatest. Could have been better considering rest of everything was quite modern. This is not a negative point but just something to point out which does not have any influence on my stay or my rating.

The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is also very convenient — it’s only a 10–15 minute drive to the Old Town and the port.

The soundproofing wasn’t great. On the first night, there was a wedding party, and the music went on past midnight. We reported it to the front desk, and the staff were very friendly and immediately offered to help us change rooms. (But we decided to stay because the room was so comfortable.)

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel welcomed and valued. However, I believe there could be an improvement in the variety of food options available. While the meals were good, a broader selection would enhance the dining experience further. The hotel main toilet by reception needs improvement. Light off, then im in the toilet.

Superb staff. Especially at breakfast. One man show. Ran round ensuring everything was perfect. We want to pass on our thanks to him (young man with glasses). Speed of response: one of the lights in the room went and it was fixed on the same day. Room size good with lots of storage.

Minor points mentioned as constructive feedback: kitchenette area could do with more light as could the living room.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had no issues with the late check-in. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, the bed was comfy. The room was clean. We barely heard our neighbors, the room was very quiet. We loved to have breakfast in the outside part of the restaurant. Also breakfast had a wide selection of goods so everyone could find something. The juices in comparison to other hotels were good. The hotel is on the edge of the center, so it's quite quiet, located next to a church and a park. So the surroundings are nice. You need maybe ten Minutes to reach the main Street. There's parking right in front of the hotel. The staff told us it was free on the weekends, I'm not sure if it's free during the week. But it was perfect for us since we had our rental for the weekend. It's also only half an hour to get to the next Airport, we used the offered transport to pick us up. It was an ordered taxi, but you can pay in the hotel for it with the rest of the bill.

So this easily could've been a 10/10 stay, but due to little details like shifting toilet seat when you sit on it, somewhat banged up and outdated Furnishing (Kitchen Counter, Tables in the room, Bathroom furnishing) i feel like we can't give more than 8/10. Also the breakfast was okay. There was a good selection of items, some of them, like the omelette, were too greasy for us. Also the fresh produce like tomatoes and cucumbers were horrible tasting... They looked fine, but if you tasted it, you wouldn't give it to your guests. So I personally missed having something fresh with my breakfast. But really it wasn't all too bad, we had a very good experience in this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room was a studio apartment, with a desk wide enough for two to work. The kitchen area had plates, utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and an eating table. The bathroom had a tub. The room was cleaned thoroughly. We ate a late lunch at the restaurant, and the food was outstanding.

There was free parking on the offer, but when we arrived, we were told that we could park in the street but that parking was only free during the night. During the day, you had to pay 0.70 euros per hour at a machine with coins only. After I turned back to inquire where to get the coins, I was told out of the blue: "Oh, you could also park by the restaurant if there are spaces, and this would be really for free." The kitchen would benefit from a dish towel.

Really great breakfast, you will find anything you can imagine. All nice and clean at the hotel. Nice staff at the reception desk. Spacious rooms/aparmetnts, equipped kitchen, tea, coffee, electric kettle.

Beds. In standard room very small for 2 persons, just 150 cm wide and very soft, but it is a matter of a personal prefernece. Choose better room than standard double room.

We have stayed before at the Ararat and we find it a good place to stay with easy access in and out of Klaipeda and close enough to walk to the centre Always spotlessly clean and friendly staff

The hotel is starting to show its age with a cracked basin in the bathroom and a large chip in the enamel in the bath. Neither affected our stay but presumably the baths will be changed to walk in showers some time in the future

The business suite we stayed was perfect. All windows are from the backyard side, so you don't hear the main street traffic noises. The room is very clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is there.

May be a little bit more kitchen utensils would be good, especially if you plan to stay longer. For example, more selection of cups. But not critical, if you are always eating elsewhere.
