Garden are useful

Refrigerator broke and I check with reception, the answer : we know , it has been broke awhile , I cannot give fruit or any food there , it make even worse . The safe lock not work and reception can not help , we have to place all the valuables things in the luggage and keep it lock. Breakfast doesn’t have vegetable, if you are vegetarian, it will be the trouble for you .

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The music throughout the cafe and garden was awful. It all seemed to be techno with a hard beat, far from relaxing. It was distracting and subtracted from the overall experience. I suggest some classical, mellow music to fit with the atmosphere of this nice hotel.

This hotel was my biggest surprise! It was beyond my expectations and was in shock for quite a while. Absolutely delightful and friendly staff at Reception and a lovely welcome. The room was huge and so quiet and comfortable overlooking what was left of the old town after the occupations. I promise you I had the best vegi omlette ever for breakfast! Really fluffy and huge and tasty and many other delights on offer. I thought the hotel was new as it is immaculate. But apparently not, around 10 years old; but what is clear the hotel has a good manager and caring staff. Thankyou. Fabulus place!

Everything has been thought through! So nothing!

It’s a nice cozy hotel in the very convenient location, hidden from the main street, so it’s not noisy during the night. The breakfast was simple and limited, but had all main dishes, like eggs, sausages, bacon, cheese, yogurt, cucumbers, tomatoes and some pastry. From the drinks - coffee, tea, juices. Has a beautiful outside garden in the back yard. Special appreciation for the receptionist, blond lady, who had shift on Sunday - she was very friendly, polite and professional.

No complimentary water in the room, only for purchase of 5€ per bottle. It would be really nice to have at least one free bottle per stay.

I’ve traveled Europe a lot. 22 countries and weeks in many. Euterpe is among the best. Friendly and very helpful. It was. Easy to reach all our tourist destinations.

Location: very close to Klaipėda castle, the old town and Svyturys brewery :-) The room: Fantastic! We were booking a room with extra bed for our kid so they've upgraded our room to huge Suite!!! Parking: inner yard of the hotel, no extra charge Breakfast: Fantastic.

Extra charge for our tiny puggy was 20€ That dog is harmless!!! :-)

The location is perfect - very easy walking distance to all the old town and tourist sites. Five minutes walk to the ferry and for just 1.30 Euro you have a return ticket to the Coronian Spit National Park. This hotel is good four star, spacious, spotlessly clean, a bath tub as well as a shower, which we prefer. The young staff team are all helpful, friendly, at same time very professional. Because we are a multi-lingual couple, the staff did really well in communicating with us - with three languages spoken, as well as Lithuanian, all spoke in English and Russian. Breakfast was faultless and there was plenty of choice. We also had our lunch in the restaurant - good food which was good value too. We would recommend Euterpe.

The staff were kind and helpful

For a 4 star hotel I expected it to be more equipped even for a standard room. Everything we asked we were told the room was standard and was only available in the business premium rooms. For example, there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. No shower cap or basic accessories. I changed the room eventually to a premium room. But for a 4 star hotel I expected more. Besides this, I think it was fine.

Nice people at the reception. Little bit pricey - 75e/night is OK for this quality, but I think for Lithuania its little bit high. Good beds!

The staff could have told immediately about the compliment breakfast menu (crepes etc). In the first morning I had already collected all the breakfast items on my plate when someone mentioned it. I upgraded the room, in the photo there was a bathtube. From the room it was missing though. The air-condition didn't really cooler the room, I didn't feel any difference when it was on.

Good location ,close to most facilities and ideal for the ferry to the Curonian Spit.
