The rooms are brand new. The beds are large and comfortable. There is a TV in each room and a shared kitchen with cooking facilities on each floor. We could check in late at night. We could also use a paid charging station for our electric vehicle in front of the hotel.

The other guests were all males and looked a bit strange, which made using the shared kitchen facilities a little uncomfortable, but since we were travelling with my partner, it was fine. The location is not very exciting, but if you use the hotel for sleeping only, then it is totally fine. We only stayed for a night on our way out of Klaipeda, so it worked well.

Everything was simply wonderful! The room was modern with air conditioning, the bed was large and the bedding felt high-quality. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was just amazing – everything fresh, you can choose any type of coffee you like. From the available options, we were able to put together a restaurant-level breakfast. If you don’t order breakfast, you can use the small kitchens on each floor, which are equipped with all the necessary appliances and nicely furnished. The whole hotel looks new, not far from city center. It’s simply a pleasure to stay here and the best part is that we can come with our furry family member. We will definitely come back next time!

We’ve been staying at this hotel every summer during our vacation for the past three years, and it just keeps getting better each time. The apartments are regularly improved to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is always clean ,without specific aromas which is a big plus! We also really enjoy the breakfast – it’s varied & fresh. The location is very convenient – not far from the city center, but in a quiet part of town. If there were shortcomings in the first year (2023) when we stay and we didn't like everything, then by giving a second and third chance we understand that it was the right decision. We especially appreciate the self check-in option - it’s quick, simple, and hassle free. We’ve already recommended this place to several friends and will definitely continue to do so. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Klaipeda, and we’re always happy to return!

Great experience- particularly amenities including washing machine! Super clean and modern. Everything you needed.

Some staff members were fab and couldn’t do enough for you! Thank you. Some need a bit of education in the workings of the service industry and being more polite. It’s not very kind for one staff member to kick someone out of the free drinks area when another colleague said it’s available to use 24/7, for example! Strange smell coming from the factory immediately opposite. Great to escape from it into the hotel, but as soon as you open a window for fresh air, it immediately comes in!

Great location – everything was within easy reach. Even when the reserved parking spots were taken, we still managed to find a place for the car nearby. The self check-in process was super convenient. We also really appreciated the shared kitchenette for guests – perfect for storing some food or preparing a quick meal. Breakfasts were simple but high quality and very tasty – and the coffee was excellent! We’re especially grateful to the staff, particularly the lovely ladies at reception, who went out of their way to help us organize a sweet birthday surprise for our dad. Their effort and kindness made it truly special. Outstanding service – thank you so much!

Tthe bathroom was very very compact:)

Big and spacy double beds. Room was very quiet although Klaipeda cargo port is very close to hotel. Easy self check-in with the QR code. Be sure that internet will be available during check-in process. W-Fi is free for all guests. Cheap BOLT TAXI when using application and driving to New ferry terminal (Naujoji perkelia), but for Smyltine (Alksnyne) - Nida bus it is better to use Old ferry terminal (Senaji perkelia). From Old ferry terminal you can catch the bus to Nida. Excellent Swedish table breakfast just only for 7 EUR/per person.

Nothing. The only problem is the location (close to port) and little bit far (about 750 metrs or more) from restaurants, eateries and supermarkets, but is still walking distance

Nicely renovated inside, beware it’s right next to large industrial area - our car got covered by large particles, not sure how I’d feel sitting in the terrace breathing it in. Room was small, nowhere to put things/clothes other than bedside tables, narrow bench and few hooks by the door, but we got by. Hot powerful shower, again limited surface space here.

Staff at the reception seem uninterested/a bit lost/busy on their phones. We were asked to pay city tax 3 times on separate days/platforms as they couldn’t mark correctly/see/check on the system it was already done. Really disappointing to see fresh orange juice machine standing unused at the breakfast area and synthetic squash being served, although the rest of the choices were more than adequate.

We stayed in a quadruple room with two bedrooms for two nights. While the space was a bit tight, everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it comfortable. The hotel has great common areas that are perfect for relaxing, especially if you're traveling with kids. The shared kitchen, free coffee, and spacious rooftop terrace are wonderful features that add a lot of value to this simple yet charming hotel. The beds were soft and large. Breakfasts were delicious.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, so the view from the windows and occasional outdoor smells weren't the most pleasant. We did miss having a larger wardrobe for clothes.

I absolutely loved that there was buckwheat available at breakfast. And during my check-in there was a receptionist named Patricia who had a great attitude while solving a minor setback of mine when I went to my room. Best regards to her, true gem of this facility. She also recommended me places where to dine and made my day truly a bit brighter.

Well, the mattress of the bed was a bit too soft for me and pillow was a bit too big for my liking. Would probably ask for an option of stiffer mattress and smaller pillow if possible in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Luna Self Check-in Hotel! The hotel was very easy to find, and the security staff were extremely helpful in guiding us where to park our car. At reception, we were greeted by a polite, professional, and very helpful receptionist – honestly the best! She truly made us feel special and welcomed. The breakfast was great, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again
