Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The service exceeded all expectations – the reception staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room itself was cozy and beautifully maintained, and we were lucky to have one with a terrace. If you can, request room 44 – it offers a lovely view of the charming street below, and despite being so central, we hardly noticed any noise. We were traveling by motorcycle, and the hotel kindly offered us a perfectly secure parking spot, which gave us great peace of mind during our stay. Overall, this hotel provided everything we could have hoped for, and we would absolutely stay here again!

One small suggestion I would like to share is regarding the pillows: while the large, firm pillows provided are of high quality, they might not be suitable for everyone, as overly firm pillows can sometimes be uncomfortable for proper neck support. It would be wonderful if an alternative – such as a softer or thinner pillow – could be available upon request to accommodate different guest preferences

It is a lovely hotel in a lovely town. It is in a very good location in the centre of the town, 5min of walking distance to the river shore, centre, park of the sculptures or a travel centre, very quiet and tidy. It has a small SPA with jacuzzi and sauna giving a very good price and quality ratio. Really loved it and would recommend for sure to anybody visiting the town. I willl come back myself too for a weekend escape to the beach town ( would have added more pics from the amazing beach here but only 4pics allowed to add) or a longer stay as homecomer for holiday.

I would appreciate doors into the bedroom rather the curtain and a bit more privacy in the bathroom ( glass wall and a curtain gives an impression of space and looks lovely for sure, but practicallity is more important here). The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable, but the sofa bed for kids not so much, however, it did the job and accomodated easily a family of 4. A big thank you to the staff too.

Cosy and tastefully furnished small hotel in an old apartment building, but everything is new. Very clean. Excellent breakfast, especially the pancakes with cottage cheese. Quite quiet location. Very cosy little spa. Quality bed linen. The mattress on the bed is a bit harder, but we liked it. Mini bar.

We were not bothered, but it is worth noting for other guests that the top floor, the fourth floor, is accessible only by stairs. The sound from the street through the windows might be less audible, so if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard. It would be nice if the bathroom also had body lotion and a magnifying mirror for putting on make-up.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Everything that was expected was there. Breakfast was also very good for what it is (both hot and cold options, all of the usual breakfast stuff). Location is within walk-able distance to old town and the people ferry to Smiltyne. We were able to park free of charge at the property (no reserved parking though). It felt safe. Hotel itself is in a bit quieter place which is a plus.

Soundproofing is not the best. 1st night we heard other guests walking in their room quite a bit. Also some flushing sounds can be heard from some other apartment. When sleeping it was not too loud to wake up but worth bearing in mind. While bed was comfortable - pillows were not so much.

Welcoming reception. Very good breakfast with constant attention to the buffet from the staff. Very comfortable bed. Bedroom had a sofa to relax on. Parking on site.

On one night only there was s constant noise from the spa which lasted until after 11.30. We initially thought this was our air conditioning until we enquired at reception who were aware the spa was in use. As we don't go to sleep until after this time we were not disadvantaged but this would surely be unacceptable to some clients. Easily remedied by closing the spa at an earlier time. The same time perhaps as the front door is put on code entry ie 11pm.

Comfortable and very clean. The staff in the check in was very nice. Breakfast not generous but ok.

The staff in the check out tried to charge us for the minibar when we even did not have a fridge! The check out time was hours after we left but she did not allow us to leave the car for those hours. The morning staff was not very nice... Breakfast with no lactose free options

Very nicely kept building, the location was very good. Dange Hotel is situated close to the city center. It's possible to reach all the main points of interest on foot. We didn't try the private parking because the free street parking was available on the day we arrived. The room was very clean and newly furnished. The comfort was very good. We really enjoyed the breakfast food selection.

Overall, these are only minor details. We booked a room for three and it was prepared for three but it felt a bit crowded with the three of us staying there. The bathroom was rather small although we completely understand that the building is historic and there isn't much to be done. The breakfast was very nice but the area could have been slightly more cosy.

A very nice boutique hotel, maybe a 7-10 minute walk from the bus station. My room was clean and comfortable, with an en suite bathroom, a kettle and a fridge. Crockery and cutlery were also provided. Everything in the room worked well and was in good condition. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was efficient and helpful. The en suite bathroom was big, clean, and with a powerful shower and lots of hot water and toiletries. Linen and towels were good quality. I didn't use the spa, but heard good things about it. Breakfast was good, with a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, juices, cereals etc. There are also shops and restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel, if you don't want to walk far, plus a nice park. Very good service, and a good place to stay.

Recently built (or renovated) facility with good location and possibility for on-site parking. Good bed, decent size room (standard) and very silent A/C device.

It's very annoying, if you have to fill in some additional paper with data you already provided while making booking. I mean your personal data, company name and etc. could be easily catched from original booking. It's not a big deal but if you're travelling abroad and you have long days then you try to avoid unnecessary hazzle and duplication.
