Amazing location - pubs, bars across the street. Old Town and port with in 10min walking distance. Helpful staff, large food choices for breakfast. Safe places to park your car, if there are spaces available (around 10 parking spaces) under 24/7 video surveillance.

There were no windows to the outside, the only windows we got were to the inside of the hotel/restaurant/lobby area - which resulted in a lack of privacy and daylight.The SPA area was a bit tight, a bit overpriced, and if there are more than 6 people - uncomfortable.

TV was rather old, no option to connect netflix, youtube, etc. Breakfast was somewhat average compared to everything else.

Good location, very beautiful passage, couple of bars, restaurants inside the hotel, friendly and polite staff. Room was very big, tidy and comfortable. Many goods included such as body lotion, toothpaste and brush, sewing kits etc. Stylish spa zone with easy access. Great restaurant in main hall, as well as bar on top floor and all of them have long working time. Good breakfast with plenty of different food and drinks.

Very small dedicated parking, you’ll have to drive around to find good spot. Spa zone is very small, only 2 saunas, 1 jacuzzi and pool. And because it’s family friendly there was plenty of kids which disturbed all people around. They should consider an option to make it adult only zone.

Beautiful Victoria Hotel! Fell in love :) From the outside it looks good but you would never imagine what a gorgeous interior they have inside. The space, lighting, decor, music, special atmosphere and beautiful people working there. We stayed in room 401 for 5 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. Really loved that the room had Nespresso machine. Comfortable beds, so clean and everything is new, same as white marble bathroom gives a comfort feeling. Fabulous breakfast and so much choice. Lovely spa! Reception was very welcoming and helped with anything we needed. Excellent place to stay in Klaipeda and the location is central and very convenient! Maybe pillows were a little old as the foam felt only on the side while sleeping. Very strange that bathroom doesn't have heating so if you need to dry your clothes it's not possible but housekeeping has a great service and they can replace towels when needed. So overall no complaints.

Great location in the heart of the city centre. Modern hotel with well equipped rooms. Good sound insulation. Cosy SPA centre is available at the hotel with all basic facilities. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish sauna, and jacuzzi. Also, two restaurants are available at the hotel. In the morning, perfect breakfast with a wide selection is served.

Cold bathroom - no radiators or warmed floor. Also, due to improper installation of the bath, huge puddles form after taking a shower. Only one set of towels, without the possibility of drying them, seems as not enough in this situation.

It is frankly one of the most beautiful hotel I've been lately, architecture and facility are fascinating, top-notch, well maintained and clean. As close to perfection as it can be.

I think staff is not at par with the facility. Some of them could not speak English or Russian (for how much unpleasant it may be in these days it is still common in the previous generation of Baltic citizens), which means there's personnel that just speak Lithuanian, which is unusual in hospitality.

Spa Breakfast Pillow Lobby Restaurant Quiet

Room was not made up after first night, even though the sign was left all day (8 hours) People not using towels in sauna (should put signs on the doors) NOBODY taking shower after sauna, going straight to the pool. Literally nobody in 2 days… never seen such. Can’t look at that pool after this. Should put signs on doors to read etc. Clock missing in spa area (and sound clock in sauna)

The hotel has just opened, it is in perfect conditions. The room was spacious. Water, tea and coffee were available in the room free of charge. The bed and the sofa where our 6 y.o. kid slept were very comfortable. Personal care products were of very good quality. Spa center was available for free at any time. It is very good, the design, pool, saunas, jakuzzi were great. We spent an amazing time in spa being there all alone. Bathrobes, slippers and additional towels for spa were left at our room. The breakfast was great, our son was happy to have his favourite pancakes with cottage cheese. The staff at the receptin (also in spa area) were super kind and friendly. When we are back in Klaipeda, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff serving breakfast was not helpful, very slow and not organized. A lot of people who could not effectively do their work. Some of them even seemed rude. I felt not welcomed when asked for help. There were always missing meals and canteens. The toaster was turned off, when I turned it on, it was heating up for ages.

a) breakfast was rich and was changing every day (during 4 nights, we experienced 3 different set ups) b) interior - it is definitely one of the pretiest hotels in Klaipeda c) beds were very comfortable

a) we had a bath in our room but washing yourself with a shower is a bit complicated - water drops everywhere on the floor because of the very tiny glass cover and unreasonably planned bath b) i planned the late checkout and paid for it in advance but the staff did not manage to mark it out and i was called to move out. We easily sorted it out, but attention to detail is also important.

Very clean room, great SPA, very good location. Had all the necessary items in the bathroom - body scrub, cream, dental kit etc. Interior and building architecture is impressive. Loved the SKY Bar offer - pretty and tasty cocktail menu.

There was not enough information about parking. Breakfast didn't have soy milk or other vegan options, also nothing in the lunch, dinner menu but I asked before arriving and was assured there will be options - the staff should know before they answer.
