Location was super, very easy to reach and to walk around - a beautiful park with lights and bridges over canals just across the street, the main street towards the old town next to hotel. Otherwise, a calm area, close to the center. Breakfast had a good variety. Secure parking behind the hotel. Spacious room. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke good English.

Soundproofing could have been better - although the hotel was quiet, I could hear neighbours speaking. Beds were a bit too hard for my comfort. The room was too warm to sleep in, but I was able to turn down the radiator and open the window. My room was on the street side, so it could be noisy to open the windows due to the cobblestone street in front of the hotel, but luckily the traffic was light and I had a good sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, near Jonas Hill, with the city center, park, and several dining options close by. The hotel facilities are good as well. Our room was cozy, though the layout was a bit unusual. We also enjoyed the breakfast that came with our stay; it was satisfying.

The TV in our room was mounted very high, which made it uncomfortable to watch. Additionally, the TV remote was very basic and didn't allow access to the TV GUIDE or information panel. Although the TV was clearly a smart model, the remote lacked the functionality to open the APPS screen, so we couldn't watch YouTube or other streaming services. It would also be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast options each day.

Pretty cool Hotel, with its 3*** well deserved. Spotlessly clean room and nice bed. The piece of the cake is overhead fan just above the bed. Silent and efficient. Breakfast completely fulfilled one's expectations. Plenty of free parking in front and aside of the Hotel. I recommend staying in this Hotel.

This is not a didn't like but probably the Hotels should consider getting rid of flat screen TVs in tiny Hotel rooms as I'm not sure if anybody watches them. May TV was squeezed between entrance and WC door, above the mirror, high in the sky,

Nice atmosphere, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, wooden floor as requested, perfect location (next to centre, various options to eat nearby, busstation easy to reach with bus 8 - all in between walkable)

Staff at reception polite but rather distant (other staff more attentive) Not under control of the hotel: Noice from 'fanzone olympic games' and building site next door... Wifi instable/limited on our top floor

Breakfast is super delicious. Also, some food changes every day and that was a nice surprise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good.

The rooms headed towards the street are a bit noisy in the mornings. Less busy street during a weekend though.

Highly recommended, if you are looking for a simple and affordable option. I’ve rarely seen such a clean double room with breakfast included at this low a price. The breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but definitely worth the price! The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly.

The safe was so small that a regular-sized laptop didn’t fit inside.

The staff are always friendly whenever I visit, and the little shop/bar in the reception area is really useful. The breakfast features lots to choose from, and you can eat it outside on the terrace during the summer. If you're travelling by bicycle, there's a safe courtyard where you can keep it at no extra cost.

If you're a light sleeper, try to get a room at the back of the building as the rooms at the front overlook a road with a surprising amount of traffic on it.

First time staying here, but not a last one for sure! Very friendly and helpful staff - they provided a kettle to the room (was asked additionally before arrival), also a large vase for flowers (which I got on a second stay day from my friend). Room was really clean, and it cold be cleaned daily (if you want), beds are very comfy. If room is to the street side - it could be a bit noisy on evening, but for me it wasn't big problem. But beautiful view through the window (2nd floor). Location is very good - just a few min and you in the beginning of and old town, 15 min - and you are right at the city heart :) They have a breakfast included in the room - very reasonable time and very good variety! Food is fresh and delicious - we really liked and enjoyed it a lot! Many thanks for all the staff for help and being very professional! <3

TV a bit down to date and small. Kettle and some cups could be included in the room by default. We tried Wifi couple of times, but it was not very good in our room.

The hotel is in an excellent location - close to the old town and the ferry crossing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts - the best we have eaten in Lithuania :) Clean in the room. Absolutely dog friendly hotel. Great value for money. Access to hot and cold drinking water in the corridor. Easy check-in and check-out.

The hotel lacks in the common area a place to relax outside the room e.g. a couch or a small garden, which is important when travelling with small children who go to bed earlier.

The location was excellent, even better than before due to the restauration of the nearby Jonas Hill park. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the breakfast was tasty. Rain sounded fascinating when it dropped against the roof windows.

"What didn't you like?" I didn't like the behavior of the local traffic bus driver who I had to confront on my way to Memel Hotel. Not the hotels fault, but stained my stay.
