Good parking.

Very strange rules of stay. You have to wash the dishes and throw away the garbage on the day of departure, because if you don't do it, a fine of 100-200 euros is provided. And this is what you see immediately upon entering the apartment. In addition, the location is not very convenient and there is very little space in the shower and toilet.

Great location near the city center, with a convenient parking spot. Very clean, a comfortable bed, and everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

The air temperature inside can’t be regulated. There’s a door and a window facing the parking lot (ground floor), but they can’t be opened at night. It did get quite warm inside, which made it a bit hard to rest. Adding an AC could be a great improvement for the summer months. This was the only reason our overall score wasn’t a straight 10—otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great location close to the town centre, quiet with high cleaning standards. Property had iron and hair dryer, furniture seemed in good working order and new. Any questions we had the owner responded promptly and quickly. There was also allocated free parking just next to property which is a great bonus. Also property has a rule for no smoking so it was great for me as I didn’t encountered smell from previous guests which can normally still stay in a property.

Kitchen wasn’t a room, it was more like a small corridor with essential facilities, no table to have a proper sitting area and no terrace. Didn’t find it convenient for group of 5 people. I appreciate it was their largest flat however I wish I knew this before booking. To sum all up I can’t complain as it was reasonably priced with self check in/check out.

The location was excellent, the place was very clean. The hosts responded to my messages immediately, were very attentive, provided great information, and were very helpful.

Cooking could have been easier – it would have been nice to have a stove. Since the house is new, there are a few minor shortcomings.

Kudos to cleaners, flat was super clean, also, the interior looks modern and cosy. Really like parking, communication, the fact that it is nearby the city

Bed on second floor was a bit dangerous to kid (so protections could be higher) could have more space to put clothes, recycle bin could be inside and for dishes more places on top hung. Also it could be more clear that place is without windows when ordering, since it is a big disadvantage.

Everything was good. I would say the apartment looked even better than in the photos. The interior was fresh & clean. Really nice bathroom. Great that there was a small terrace outside & free private parking. Perfect for short stay in Klaipeda.

Maybe the space is a bit limited if you plan to stay longer, but as we generally spend time outdoors, then it didn't bother us at all. At night could hear a bit noisy neighbours, but luckily they went to sleep fast. :)

Perfect location, new building. Terrace!!! Quite spacious room for 2 people who are not a couple, privacy level was ok. Quick communication with host, easy remote check in. I like the apartment very much.

Curtain could be thicker, because morning sun disturbs a little. No paper towels in kitchen and only 1 towel per person for 3 nights. But i was not a big problem.

The property was very clean, tidy and well-kept, Apartment guests enjoy guaranteed parking spots just outside the building, which is very convenient. The area is quiet and the check-in instructions were very clear. The host was very caring and responsive when we had to reach out to him with a question.

More storage room would be highly appreciated. It is understandable that it is not easy to come up with storage solutions for tiny rooms like these, but some additional wall shelving might help.

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and communication was good, arrival and departure without problems. We had everything we needed. Be aware that it is a quite small apartment (kitchen is also a corridor).

smaller than we expected

Very clean, good location in a walking distance from all of the main sights. Big and comfortable bed. Everything’s pretty brand new.

Missing a few essentials like salt, pepper and oil for cooking (since there is a small kitchen), a kitchen towel as well. There are stairs in the apartment that aren’t visible in any of the photos. We probably wouldn’t have chosen the apartment if we knew that since we were traveling with a one year old but we managed ok.
