Very professional accommodation. Hostel is in the cellar of a hotel. Just few steps from the Bazar. Clean and hotel quality comfy beds.

Needs maintaining of small issues. Like doors of toilets and showers are not locking. Lockers are broken. Took four rounds to find a bed that was with functioning locker. It's just a shame that they lack good employees to maintain this smartly built hostel. I stayed for two days and no one still fixed the bed I left first... Doesn't seem like people care more than they need to... 😂 Otherwise some basement smell of humidity, but not as much to be bothered or get sick of..

Considering there's aver 20 beds in an area, I wasn't kept awake by the other people. It was private and safe. Facilities were kept clean. Great value for money. Location is ideal for Skopje city centre.

The place is in the basement, smells a bit old and damp and no natural light.

Location was excellent, bed was really big and comfortable. The pod was actually really roomy and I liked the privacy blind. The staff were helpful and everything was really clean.

I didn't check the message on Booking.com so this was MY fault - but for anyone else who misses it - Hostel Inbox is inside Hotel De Koka 😊

We really don't understand all the bad comments about the hostel. For this price it was really good. Our bed was clean, everything else too. The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i would like to point out is that it is very cold in the hostel during the winter months as there is no heating. It's also a good idea to take earplugs with you, as it can get a bit noisy in hostels in general. Overall very good value of money. We would come back!

I overall liked this hostel and booked for more days than I was planning to. If you're looking for a good sleep in a silent, dark environment, this is the place for you. Beds were really comfortable, too. Staff was helpful and easy to reach.

Hostel was unventilated. Lockers could be cleaner. Not all of the toilets and showers were available to use. Toilets and showers smelled pretty bad and weren't clean enough. I hope they improved this point since my stay.

Really comfortable mattress and very nice sheets. Enough space for the luggage in the locker. Having a towel included in the price was also very useful. Very good location. Internet worked well and there was a kettle in the common space which was very useful.

The lock in the locker looked very cheap so if somebody wanted to open it, wouldn't be difficult. There was also no door in the room and the reception is for a very big building so they don't check who enter. But even this way, we felt pretty safe. The bathroom smelled of humidity and there was mold in the showers, which was pretty disgusting. Would be good to have a fridge in the common room and some cutlery to prepare simple meals or even breakfast. Still for the price, cant really complain.

- the location is great. The hostel's right next to the old town and a short walk away from the Macedonia square - the bed was actually comfortable and the wardrobe was spacious - the staff was polite and helpful This was my first time staying in a "capsule" and the experiense was surprisingly pleasant.

- toilets and showers need better locks. Right now the locking mechanism isn't in line with a hole it's supposed to go in (in most shower doors at least on the mens side)

Location-very Central Bed- double bunk bed is all you need after a busy day in Skopje, or long night in the vibrant night pubs Staff,-very friendly and willing to help with any question, be it for the city Hotspots or even the exchange rates on the local currency. Tea in particular was the lady i spoke to, and was indeed very professional above all else.

Personally, from the visitors perspective, I'd request, or made a home rule that all the footwear, shoes be left outside the perimeter where visitors sleep. It's summer time now, and you cannot ignore the smell from people shoes, leaving outside or near their bed...which means, within the perimeter where all visitors sleep.

The idea of you closed in your bed is great, is better than a normal hostel in terms of privacy, everything was thought well and I really liked stuffs like the secure closet behind the bed… location over the top

The bathrooms were dirty and you couldn’t close yourself up properly while doing the shower cause the door lock was mounted wrong… Anyway it’s worth the price

A super location in the middle of the old town. The price was good and it's great with a 24/7 reception. A lot of toilets and showers so it's wasn't a problem with a queue. Sleeping felt private even tough sharing rooms with a total of 50 beds or around that many. Not crowded at all. Easy to secure your things with a locker inside the cube that was huge.

Could been better with cleaning of the beds and lockercompartments in the cubes.
